Background

At present, in the corrugated paper box production process, the flanging of the corrugated paper board is generally completed manually, and because the manual flanging position accuracy is poor, the flanging operation is labor-consuming and labor-consuming, and the production efficiency is very low. At present, there are also some simple flanging devices on the market, and the principle is that the flanging is realized by using the pressure of a flanging knife, and the flanging processing improves the production efficiency, but the flanging flatness is poor, and the corrugated board is damaged in the flanging process.

The binding roller and the pre-binding roller are rubber rollers, so that the binding effect is good, and damage to corrugated boards in the binding process can be effectively avoided. After the edge folding is finished, the edge rolling cylinder moves the edge rolling supporting seat to move downwards, then the conveying motor moves again, the corrugated board subjected to edge folding is fed to the right, and the next corrugated board to be folded is fed to the lower part of the edge pressing mechanism. When the thickness of the corrugated board is changed, the blank pressing position needs to be adjusted, and the blank pressing adjusting motor drives the blank pressing support to slide left and right through the blank pressing adjusting screw rod, so that the adjustment of the left and right positions of the blank pressing right-angle supporting frame is realized. The blank pressing regulating motor is a servo motor, the rotating speed is adjustable, the rotating angle is very accurate, and accurate regulation of the left and right positions of the blank pressing right-angle supporting frame is facilitated. The invention can rapidly realize the flanging processing of the corrugated board, has high production efficiency and good flanging flatness, and effectively avoids the damage of the corrugated board in the flanging process.

Through the technical scheme, when the folding device for the corrugated board is used, the conveying motor 11 acts, the left conveying roller 7 is driven to rotate clockwise through the first conveying belt wheel 13, the conveying belt 15 and the second conveying belt wheel 14, and the corrugated board is driven by the conveying curtain 9 to be conveyed rightwards stably. When the corrugated board is conveyed to a designated position, the conveying motor 11 stops acting, the blank pressing piston rod 25 of the blank pressing cylinder 22 extends out to drive the blank pressing right-angle supporting frame 23 to act downwards, and the lower edge of the right-angle supporting plate 26 compresses the corrugated board. Then, the trimming piston rod 35 of the trimming cylinder 29 extends out to drive the trimming supporting seat 31 to move upwards, and the trimming guide assembly 30 ensures the stability of the up-and-down movement of the trimming supporting seat 31. With the upward movement of the binding support 31, the pre-binding roller 38 mounted on the pre-binding support 39 performs pre-rolling of the corrugated board, and the binding roller 40 mounted on the binding support 41 performs rolling of the corrugated board, thereby performing hemming processing of the corrugated board. The adoption of the double structure of pre-rolling and rolling is beneficial to improving the reliability of the folded edge. After the edge folding is completed, the edge rolling cylinder 29 moves the edge rolling supporting seat 31 to move downwards, then the conveying motor 11 moves again, the corrugated board subjected to edge folding is fed to the right, and the next corrugated board to be folded is sent to the lower part of the edge pressing mechanism 3. When the thickness of the corrugated board is changed, the blank holder position needs to be adjusted, and the blank holder adjusting motor 21 drives the blank holder 18 to slide left and right through the blank holder adjusting screw rod 19, so that the left and right positions of the blank holder right angle 23 are adjusted. The invention can rapidly realize the flanging processing of the corrugated board, has high production efficiency and good flanging flatness, and effectively avoids the damage of the corrugated board in the flanging process.
