Compared with the prior art, the device adopts the motor, the double main shaft heads and the perforated electrode wire to perform perforation, can perform quick machining of tiny holes, is not easy to generate burrs, can perform single-sided machining, can continuously process single-sided upper and lower workpieces, is suitable for batch production, and has high production efficiency.

Background
The high-pressure oil rail is used for storing fuel oil, and simultaneously suppressing pressure fluctuation generated by oil supply of the high-pressure pump and oil injection of the oil injector, so that the pressure stability of the system is ensured. In the process of machining the high-pressure oil rail, punching holes are required on the high-pressure oil rail. At present, some tiny holes (phi 1mm, phi 1.5 mm) of high-pressure oil rail (integral type forge rail) are processed through the cutter, and the burr that produces is difficult to get rid of, and when follow-up loading was used, continuous high-pressure pulse in oil rail inner chamber made the burr drop, and the burr easily blocks up the nozzle or cuts the nozzle filter screen, seriously influences vehicle safety of traveling, and in addition, current perforating device machining efficiency is low, is unsuitable for batch production.
