Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical cleaning, in particular to a self-priming underwater cleaning device for a fishing net.
Background
The long term soaking of fishing nets in water often causes a series of problems due to the deposition of fishing lures and the attachment of some marine organisms: the mesh blockage causes that the water in the fishing net is not smooth with the external water exchange, and the 'dead water' is easy to form, so that on one hand, the problem of oxygen deficiency of the fishing net is caused, and on the other hand, the breeding of bacteria is caused, thereby threatening the survival of aquatic organisms in the fishing net; the attachments can greatly increase the weight of the fishing net and reduce the service life of the fishing net. At present, manual cleaning or high-pressure water gun cleaning is still adopted for cleaning the fishing net in China, and the cleaning modes have the problems of low efficiency, high cost and the like, such as a fishing net cleaning device disclosed in Chinese patent document with publication number of CN107971301A and a fishing net rapid cleaning device disclosed in Chinese patent document with publication number of CN 207929639U.
The domestic existing fishing net cleaning equipment is divided into three types: (1) The equipment has the problems of high energy consumption and uncleanness in cleaning by using high-speed air flow for flushing; (2) The water is washed by high-speed water flow, the water flow speed in the water can be obviously reduced, and the problems of high energy consumption and uncleanness in washing are also caused; (3) On one hand, the water flow washes away the fishing net, so that the fishing net cannot be thoroughly washed, and the washing efficiency is low; on the other hand, the attachments contain some harmful bacteria, artificial feed and chemical drugs, which can cause marine environmental pollution and are extremely easy to cause secondary attachment.
The prior art and related patents of the existing fishing net cleaning equipment have two unsolvable problems: the fishing net cannot be thoroughly cleaned, especially the inside of a nylon rope forming the fishing net; the waste after washing the fishing net cannot be recovered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-priming fishing net underwater cleaning device which can ensure full contact with a fishing net, can recycle solid attachments, reduce environmental pollution and prevent secondary attachment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the self-priming fishing net underwater cleaning device provided by the invention comprises a barrel and an underwater pump arranged at the end part of the barrel, wherein the other end of the barrel is provided with an opening; a driving mechanism and a brush connected to the output end of the driving mechanism are arranged in the cylinder body, and the brush head of the brush extends to the opening end of the cylinder body; when the underwater pump works, the fishing net is adsorbed at the open end of the cylinder.
In the technical scheme, the underwater pump is started, water flow is sucked from the outside and poured into the barrel, and the opening end of the barrel is sucked after approaching the fishing net and is fully contacted with the brush head. The tension applied to the fishing net can be changed by adjusting the rotating speed of the underwater pump, so that the inside and outside of the nylon rope of the fishing net are comprehensively cleaned. The rotating speed of the underwater pump is changed, so that the underwater pump can be cleanly washed by 360 degrees, the nylon rope can be slightly scattered in certain rotating speeds, and the inside and the outside of the underwater pump can be cleanly washed by at least two rotating speed changes according to the result of a physical test. The driving mechanism drives the brush to rotate so as to brush off the scale on the fishing net. The attachments washed and brushed off can be all sucked into the underwater pump machine along with the water flow direction, and the water passing through the underwater pump machine can be discharged to the external water environment after being filtered. The whole device has simple structure and easy operation, and does not need to carry out cleaning work after the fishing net is completely retracted on the shore.
In order to realize convenient removal of solid waste in water, preferably, a filter is connected to an outlet of the underwater pump. The filter can separate and store the solid waste in the pump water without affecting the flow of the water. After the device is cleaned each time, the solid waste in the filter can be recovered and treated.
For convenience of recycling operation, the filter is preferably provided with a detachable filter screen. The filter can be disassembled after the cleaning operation is finished, so that the solid waste recovery and the filter screen cleaning are realized.
Preferably, the driving mechanism comprises a mounting seat, a transmission shaft penetrating through the mounting seat and an impeller arranged at the end part of the transmission shaft, and the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with the brush handle of the brush. The impeller is driven by the high-speed water flow to rotate by impacting the impeller, and the brush is driven by the impeller to rotate through the transmission shaft so as to brush off the scale on the fishing net. The water flow is used as power, so that the resources are saved.
Preferably, the mounting seat is cylindrical, bearings for mounting the transmission shaft are arranged at two ends of the mounting seat, and the mounting seat is connected with the inner wall of the cylinder body. In order to facilitate the disassembly, assembly and replacement of the bearing, preferably, threaded end caps are provided at both ends of the mounting base.
In order to fix the mounting base, a plurality of radial steel bars are preferably arranged between the mounting base and the inner wall of the cylinder.
Preferably, the underwater pump and the cylinder are fixedly connected through a flange. The disassembly and the maintenance of the underwater pump can be facilitated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the traditional cleaning equipment, the self-priming fishing net underwater cleaning device does not need manual participation, has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, clean, green and environment protection and the like, and particularly has the characteristic of self-priming fishing net cleaning, the problem that the fishing net cannot be thoroughly cleaned by the traditional method and the related patents of the traditional fishing net cleaning equipment is solved, and the removed waste can be recovered through the device, so that the aims of reducing environmental pollution and preventing secondary adhesion are achieved. The device can be controlled by hoisting the water surface ship or can realize autonomous motion control by additionally arranging a propeller and a controller on the shell. The whole device has extremely high system integrity and function expansibility, can ensure full contact with the fishing net, can recycle solid attachments, reduces environmental pollution and prevents secondary attachment.
