The rear wall of the spraying cavity 11 is fixedly provided with a support plate 32, an upward-opening motor groove 31 is formed in the support plate 32, a motor 57 is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the motor groove 31, a driving screw 33 is dynamically connected to the upper side of the motor 57, a transmission block 34 in sliding fit with the motor groove 31 is connected to the driving screw 33 in a threaded mode, a shaft support frame 16 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the transmission block 34, and the gear shaft 35 and the transmission shaft 28 are both rotatably connected with the shaft support frame 16.
The clamping mechanism 91 comprises a connecting plate 67 fixedly arranged at the right end of the transmission shaft 28, a left clamping plate 27 capable of sliding left and right is arranged on the front end face of the connecting plate 67, a sliding cavity 24 with a left opening is arranged in the left end face of the support plate 32, a supporting block 23 is arranged in the sliding cavity 24 in a sliding mode, a connecting shaft 25 is rotatably arranged on the left end face of the supporting block 23, a right clamping plate 26 is fixedly arranged at the left end of the connecting shaft 25, and the plate 21 is placed between the right clamping plate 26 and the left clamping plate 27.
The front end face of the connecting plate 67 is provided with a guide groove 19, the left clamping plate 27 is slidably arranged in the guide groove 19, the front end face of the connecting plate 67 is fixedly provided with a screw supporting block 30, the screw supporting block 30 is internally and threadedly connected with an adjusting screw 29, and the right end of the adjusting screw 29 is fixedly connected with the left clamping plate 27.
The transmission shaft 28 is provided with a limiting hole 18 which is opened upwards, and the front wall of the spraying cavity 11 is fixedly provided with a limiting rod 56, wherein the limiting rod 56 can be inserted into the limiting hole 18.
When the side sliding block 37 is located at the topmost end of the side sliding chute 36, the height of the rack 15 is smaller than that of the gear 55, that is, the gear 55 is meshed with the rack 15 after descending for a certain distance.
Sequence of mechanical actions of the whole device:
1. placing the plate 21 between the left clamping plate 27 and the right clamping plate 26, and clamping the plate 21 by rotating the adjusting screw 29;
2. the lower end of the first positioning rod 63 abuts against the upper end face of the plate 21, the upper end of the first positioning rod 63 abuts against the first sensor 65, the transverse electric guide rail 14 is started, the transverse sliding block 38 moves from left to right, the detection block 39 drives the spraying box 41 to slide rightwards through the linkage rod 40, and spraying materials enter through the connecting pipe 48 and are sprayed on the front surface of the plate 21 through the electric nozzle 46;
3. when the width of the plate 21 is narrowed from wide, the first positioning rod 63 extends downwards under the action of the jacking spring 64 and does not abut against the first sensor 65 any more, the transverse electric guide rail 14 is closed, the vertical electric guide rail 22 is opened to enable the transverse electric guide rail 14 to descend, when the first positioning rod 63 abuts against the first sensor 65 again, the vertical electric guide rail 22 is closed, the detection block 39 is driven to descend in the descending process of the transverse electric guide rail 14, the detection block 39 drives the positioning block 50 to descend through the linkage rod 40, so that the air in the air cavity 53 is pressed into the adjusting cavity 45 through the piston 54 to enable the closed piston 44 to descend, and therefore the corresponding electric nozzle 46 on the upper side is closed, and the spraying width is matched with the width of the front surface of the plate 21.
4. When the second positioning rod 66 is pressed by the plate 21 to enable the second positioning rod 66 to abut against the second sensor 61, the transverse electric guide rail 14 is closed, the vertical electric guide rail 22 is started to drive the transverse electric guide rail 14 to move upwards, when the second positioning rod 66 does not abut against the plate 21 any more, the second positioning rod 66 is separated from the second sensor 61, the vertical electric guide rail 22 is closed, and the transverse electric guide rail 14 is started to continue enabling the detection block 39 to move rightwards;
5. after the front end face of the plate 21 is sprayed, the motor 57 is started to enable the driving screw 33 to rotate, so that the transmission block 34 descends, the transmission block 34 drives the gear shaft 35 and the transmission shaft 28 to descend through the shaft support frame 16, when the gear 55 is meshed with the rack 15, the gear shaft 35 drives the transmission shaft 28 to rotate, the transmission shaft 28 drives the connecting plate 67 to rotate, so that the plate 21 is turned over, the motor 57 is started to reset, and the limiting rod 56 is inserted into the limiting hole 18 to prevent the plate 21 from rotating during spraying;
6. at this time, the painting is performed again, and when the painting mechanism 93 moves to the position where the width of the plate 21 changes, the lower corresponding electric nozzle 46 which is the mirror image of the previously closed electric nozzle 46 is automatically closed, as in the case of painting the front surface, the upper two electric nozzles 46 are closed, and when the rear surface is painted, the lower two electric nozzles 46 are automatically closed.
