Background
Spray painting refers to a method of dispersing paint into uniform and fine droplets by air pressure through a spray gun and applying the droplets to the surface of an object to be coated. Most of the existing paint spraying devices spray paint for square plates, namely, the left and right reciprocating movements of a spray gun are controlled, so that paint is sprayed on the square plates. Because the width of the square plate is a fixed value, the distance of the left and right reciprocating movement of the spray paint is preset to be equal to the width of the square plate. However, for the irregular plate, the irregular plate is not as regular as a square plate in shape, so the width of the irregular plate is not a fixed value, and setting the distance between the left and right reciprocating movements of the spray gun to be a fixed value causes the outer side of the irregular plate to be sprayed with paint, thereby causing the waste of redundant paint, or the local part of the irregular plate is not sprayed with paint, which affects the paint spraying quality of the irregular plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a paint spraying device for an irregular plate, which is used for spraying paint on the irregular plate and preventing the outer side of the irregular plate from being sprayed with the paint or preventing a local part of the irregular plate from being sprayed with the paint.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a paint spraying device for irregular plates comprises a rack, wherein an air cylinder for pushing the irregular plates to move is arranged on the rack, a horizontally arranged clamping mechanism is arranged on the rack and comprises a fixed part fixedly connected to the rack and a sliding part slidably connected to the rack, a pressure spring is connected between the sliding part and the rack, a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller are respectively and rotatably connected to the fixed part and the sliding part, a telescopic rod is connected between the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller, a first extrusion rod is connected to the fixed part, a second extrusion rod is connected to the sliding part, and a first air bag is arranged between the second extrusion rod and the first extrusion rod; the rack is connected with a rack in a sliding manner, one end of the rack, which is positioned above the clamping mechanism, is provided with a paint box, the paint box is communicated with a spray head, a rotary table which is rotatably connected onto the rack is arranged above the rack, the rotary table is connected with a driving mechanism, a radial groove is arranged on the rotary table, a pin shaft is connected in the groove in a sliding manner, a spring is connected between the groove wall of the groove, which is close to the middle part of the rotary table, and the pin shaft, a second air bag is arranged between the groove wall of the groove, which is far away from the middle part of the rotary table, and the pin shaft, the second air bag is communicated with an air inlet; the rack is engaged with a sector gear, the circle center of the sector gear is rotatably connected to the rack, the circle center of the sector gear is fixedly connected with a poke rod, a waist hole is formed in the poke rod, and a pin shaft is slidably connected in the waist hole.
The working principle of the scheme is as follows: the driving mechanism is used for driving the rotary table to rotate, when the rotary table rotates, the rotary table drives the pin shaft to rotate around the middle of the rotary table, and because the pin shaft is connected in the waist hole in a sliding mode, when the pin shaft rotates around the middle of the rotary table, the pin shaft slides in the waist hole and is abutted against the waist hole, the pin shaft drives the poking rod to swing in a reciprocating mode around the circle center of the sector gear, and the poking rod drives the sector gear to swing in a reciprocating mode around the circle center of the sector. When the technical scheme is adopted, the rack adjusts the moving amplitude according to the width of the irregular plate, so that the positions of the irregular plate with different widths are sprayed, the moving amplitude of the rack is increased when the width of the position of the irregular plate clamped by the clamping mechanism is increased, the spraying range of the spray head is increased, and the whole surface of the irregular plate with larger width can be sprayed with paint. When the width at the position of the irregular panel of fixture centre gripping diminishes, the range of movement of rack diminishes to reduced the spraying paint scope of shower nozzle, prevented that the outside of irregular panel can spout the paint waste that paint caused, to sum up, the range of movement of shower nozzle is followed the width of irregular panel and is changed, thereby adapts to the position of the different widths of irregular panel.
Further, the fixed part and the sliding part are both rotatably connected with rollers. Further, a slide rail is arranged below the clamping mechanism, the fixing part is fixedly connected to the slide rail, and the sliding part is connected to the slide rail in a sliding mode. The slide rail supports the clamping mechanism, disperses the gravity of the irregular plate and prevents the clamping mechanism from deforming and damaging under the action of the irregular plate.
Furthermore, the sector gear is rotatably connected to the rack through the bolt, so that the rotary connection between the sector gear and the rack is realized.

Because the pin shaft 26 moves towards the middle of the rotating disc 23, the distance between the pin shaft 26 and the middle of the rotating disc 23 is reduced, when the pin shaft 26 rotates along with the rotating disc 23, the pin shaft 26 reduces the swing amplitude of the poke rod 24, the swing amplitude of the sector gear 4 is reduced, the distance for the rack 3 to move left and right is reduced, the distance for the sprayer 20 to move left and right is reduced, and the sprayer 20 sprays paint on the part of the irregular plate 18 with the reduced width.
When the width of the part clamped by the first roller 6 on the fixed block 5 and the second roller 17 on the sliding block 16 is increased, the sliding block 16 moves rightwards under the action of the counterbalance of the irregular plates 18, the second vertical rod 15 of the sliding block 16 slides rightwards on the sliding rail 10, the distance between the second extrusion rod 14 and the first extrusion rod 8 is increased, the first air bag 13 is extruded by the first extrusion rod 8 and the second extrusion rod 14, the gas in the second air bag 27 enters the first air bag 13 through the gas inlet pipe 29 and the gas outlet pipe 22, the first air bag 13 expands, the second air bag 27 contracts, and the pin shaft 26 moves towards the direction far away from the middle part of the rotating disc 23 under the action of the spring 25. Because the pin shaft 26 moves in the direction away from the middle of the rotating disc 23, the distance between the pin shaft 26 and the middle of the rotating disc 23 is increased, when the pin shaft 26 rotates along with the rotating disc 23, the pin shaft 26 increases the swing amplitude of the poke rod 24, the swing amplitude of the sector gear 4 is increased, the distance of the rack 3 moving left and right is increased, the distance of the sprayer 20 moving left and right is increased, and the sprayer 20 sprays paint on the part of the irregular plate 18 with the increased width.
