The air leakage rate is an important indicator for measuring the air preheater. The air leakage of the air preheater is divided into direct air leakage and carrying air leakage. The carrying air leakage is small, and is unavoidable due to the structure of the air preheater. The direct air leakage is caused by a certain gap between the air and the flue gas in order to ensure the safe operation of the air preheater. The direct air leakage is divided into radial air leakage, axial air leakage, bypass air leakage and central barrel air leakage. Wherein the radial air leakage accounts for about 80% of the direct air leakage. The air leakage rate can greatly reduce the output of a unit, increase the power consumption of a plant and reduce the running economy of equipment.
Controlling the amount of air leakage from the air preheater is most important to reduce the leakage gap. To reduce radial leakage, a sealing plate is typically added between the movable fan-shaped seal plate in the upper portion of the air preheater and the continuously rotating rotor. The sealing piece can reduce radial leakage clearance and reduce air leakage quantity. However, when the air preheater is expected to operate in a hot state, the temperature difference between the cold end and the hot end of the rotor can reach 300 ℃ during the operation because the rotor of the rotary air preheater has a large diameter. The temperature differential causes the rotor to undergo a "mushroom" non-linear deformation. This can result in uneven and large gap between the adjustable seal plates of the hot side radial seal, resulting in increased air leakage from the air preheater. The maximum deformation of the mushroom shape can reach 80mm. In the case of thermal operation, the rotor is deformed to a large extent, and the linear installation method cannot well reduce the air leakage gap due to the nonlinear characteristics of deformation. Although the method of adopting the flexible spring sealing assembly is adopted at present to reduce the air leakage gap, the deformation of the elastic elements at all parts of the rotor is inconsistent during operation, so that equipment is greatly damaged, meanwhile, the flexible spring sealing assembly has a complex structure, the complete set of the flexible spring sealing assembly is expensive to replace, and the operation economy is poor.
In the installation process of the sealing element of the traditional air preheater, a straight installation scale made of channel steel is adopted. However, the deformation of the preheater is a non-linear irregular mushroom deformation, resulting in poor sealing effect under hot conditions, thereby reducing the operation efficiency of the unit.
Disclosure of Invention
In the existing air preheater sealing method, the sealing device is installed in a straight line. But the linear installation cannot effectively solve the problem of air leakage of the air preheater. Also, a method for installing a sealing device by folding lines has been proposed, in which a sealing sheet is divided into segments, each segment is adjusted according to a thermal state operation deformation amount of an air preheater rotor, and finally a radial sealing device is formed in a form of a folding line segment obliquely upward. However, the installation method cannot completely solve the problem of increased air leakage gap in hot running. The invention aims to provide a measuring scale for sealing installation of an air preheater and provides a nonlinear reverse deformation installation method. The nonlinear reverse deformation installation method is to obtain deformation amount according to a deformation curve by utilizing an informatization means, and the reverse deformation installation curve is adopted by more precise installation without re-breaking line segments. This mounting method can further greatly reduce the air leakage gap.
