In the production process of the liquid crystal panel, detection stations are frequently arranged, and part of the detection stations exist in a water environment. During detection, a CCD camera is required to grab the mark on the liquid crystal panel. But the influence of water drops can cause the CCD camera to fail to grab the mark. In order to improve the capturing success rate of the camera, an air blowing pipe with an adjustable angle is used in the industry to blow off water drops at the marked part. The angle-adjustable blow-up pipe is of a modular structure, the number of sections can be increased or decreased randomly according to needs, and the angle of each section can be adjusted, so that the aim of convenient adjustment is fulfilled.
However, in the process of equipment maintenance and repair, the air blowing pipe is touched, so that the next time the CCD camera fails to grab the mark, the CCD camera needs to be debugged again, and the efficiency is greatly reduced.

The blowing end 141 is flat so as to collect the air flow more, so that the air flow at the side of the air outlet end 12 is stronger, and the water drops on the display panel can be blown off quickly.
The second air hole 142 extends from the male end 131 of the mouthpiece 14 to the air blowing end 141 of the mouthpiece 14; the first air guide hole 133 and the second air guide hole 142 are communicated with each other. Finally, the air flow can be blown out from the air outlet end 12 through the blowing nozzle 14.
In an air guiding member 13 closest to the air outlet end 12, the female end 132 thereof is embedded in the cavity 1311 of the male end 131 of the mouthpiece 14, and the protrusion 1321 is snapped in the groove 1312. The air guide 13 connected to the mouthpiece 14 can be angularly adjusted.
When the angle of the adjacent air guiding pieces 13 needs to be adjusted, the protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 of one air guiding piece 13 is separated from the clamping groove 1312 of the male end 131 of the other air guiding piece 13, the air guiding piece 13 can be rotated, the blowing nozzle 14 is aligned to a target water droplet on the display panel, and finally the protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 can be clamped in the groove 1312 to enable the connection part to be in close contact with each other, and air flow is conveyed to blow off the water droplet. In addition, the angle between the blowing nozzle 14 and the adjacent air guide 13 can be adjusted.
The resilient member 16 is disposed in the cavity 1311 of the male end 131 and supported between the cavity 1311 and the female end 132.
Specifically, the protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 supported by the elastic force of the elastic member 16 is tightly clamped in the groove 1312 of the male end 131, and the joints can be tightly contacted. And furthermore, air leakage can be avoided when air is blown.
The elastic member 16 is a spring, the spring is provided with at least two springs, and the springs are far away from the inlet 1311a, and the springs in each air guide 13 are distributed around the first air guide hole 133; the spring is disposed at both sides of the first air guide hole 133 near the male end. The spring is also disposed at both sides of the second air guide hole 142 at the male end of the mouthpiece 14.
The elastic member 16 provides an elastic force to the female end 132, so that the protrusion 1321 supporting the female end 132 is tightly clamped in the groove 1312, and the joint of the adjacent air guide members 13 is stabilized.
And the protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 supported by the elastic member 16 is stably caught in the groove 1312, which stabilizes the joint.
The springs in the mouthpiece 14 are distributed around the second air holes 142. Is mainly distributed on the bottom side of the male end 131 of the mouthpiece 14, close to the second air holes 142, and is uniformly distributed. This may achieve a more uniform spring support of the spring.
The protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 supported by the elastic force of the spring is tightly clamped in the groove 1312 of the male end 131 of the mouthpiece 14, and the connection part of the mouthpiece 14 and the air guide 13 connected with the mouthpiece 14 can be tightly contacted. Further, air leakage can be avoided at the air outlet end 12.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention provides the principle of the angle adjustment of the elastic member 16 of the air-blowing device: in two adjacent air guide members 13, when the elastic member 16 is compressed, the protrusion 1321 of the female end 132 of one air guide member 13 is disengaged from the groove 1312 of the male end 131 of the other air guide member 13.
According to the corresponding angle adjustment of the positions of different panel beads, the air outlet end 12 of the blowing nozzle 14 is adjusted to be aligned with the beads on the display panel by rotating the female end 132, and finally the female end 132 is loosened, and the elastic force of the spring clamps the protrusion 1321 in the groove 1312.
