Abstract
本发明提供一种防火保温复合墙板,涉及一种新型建筑材料技术领域。该发明两侧面材和中间芯材,两侧面材包括设置在前端的第一面材和设置在后端的第二面材,中间芯材位于第一面材和第二面材之间,第一面材和面材材质相同;两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25‑30份、氯化镁50‑60份、木屑25‑30份;中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50‑60份、蛭石发泡材料25‑30份。本发明防火性能好,用无机发泡材料代替聚苯,使用更安全,复合材料的重量更轻,更易于安装和运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型建筑材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种防火保温复合墙板。
背景技术
目前市场上的保温墙板多采用聚苯做为保温材料,存在着遇热容易产生有害气体的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种防火保温复合墙板,使其本发明防火性能好,用无机发泡材料代替聚苯,使用更安全,复合材料的重量更轻,更易于安装和运输。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种防火保温复合墙板,其中,包括两侧面材和中间芯材,所述两侧面材包括设置在前端的第一面材和设置在后端的第二面材,所述中间芯材位于所述第一面材和所述第二面材之间,所述第一面材和所述面材材质相同;
所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25-30份、氯化镁50-60份、木屑25-30份;
所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50-60份、蛭石发泡材料25-30份。
优选的,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25份、氯化镁50份、木屑25份。
优选的,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁28份、氯化镁55份、木屑28份。
优选的,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁30份、氯化镁60份、木屑30份。
优选的,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50份、蛭石发泡材料25份。
优选的,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料55份、蛭石发泡材料28份。
优选的,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料60份、蛭石发泡材料30份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明防火性能好,达到了国家级标准;
2、本发明使用安全,用无机发泡材料代替聚苯,使用更安全;
3、本发明重量轻,此复合材料的重量更轻,更易于安装和运输。

实施例1
一种防火保温复合墙板,其中,包括两侧面材和中间芯材,所述两侧面材包括设置在前端的第一面材和设置在后端的第二面材,所述中间芯材位于所述第一面材和所述第二面材之间,所述第一面材和所述面材材质相同;
两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25份、氯化镁50份、木屑25份;主要起到防火、防潮、抗冲击的作用。
中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50份、蛭石发泡材料25份;主要起到保温、防潮、隔音和减轻重量的作用。
实施例2
一种防火保温复合墙板,其中,包括两侧面材和中间芯材,所述两侧面材包括设置在前端的第一面材和设置在后端的第二面材,所述中间芯材位于所述第一面材和所述第二面材之间,所述第一面材和所述面材材质相同;

中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料60份、蛭石发泡材料30份;主要起到保温、防潮、隔音和减轻重量的作用。

所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25-30份、氯化镁50-60份、木屑25-30份;
所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50-60份、蛭石发泡材料25-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁25份、氯化镁50份、木屑25份。
3.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁28份、氯化镁55份、木屑28份。
4.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述两侧面材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁30份、氯化镁60份、木屑30份。
5.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料50份、蛭石发泡材料25份。
6.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料55份、蛭石发泡材料28份。
7.如权利要求1所述的防火保温复合墙板,其特征在于,所述中间芯材由包含下述重量份的原料制备而成:氧化镁发泡材料60份、蛭石发泡材料30份。
