一种防火保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,在聚苯乙烯泡沫板上打若干个孔,2)预制防火保温灌注料,所述的预制防火保温灌注料由以下组分按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100‑200、萤石矿渣粉10‑20、矿渣微粉10‑20、矿渣骨料40‑60、铝氧熟料40‑50、石棉纤维20‑30、煅烧硅藻土5‑10、二甲基硅油5‑10、液体石蜡2‑4、氢氧化铝2‑4;石棉纤维2‑4;纤维素醚3‑5、水镁石粉2‑3;3)将预制的灌注料加入孔内,加完灌注料后用防火密封胶密封;烘干即可。本发明大大提高了保温板的抗燃烧性能,极大降低了聚苯乙烯泡沫板产生的烟量和烟毒,还具有良好的保温效果和防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种防火保温板的制作方法。
背景技术
传统的阻燃发泡保温板均是采用阻燃剂至于苯板中发泡制成,其抗燃烧性能差,产烟量大不但给墙体防火带来了极大的危害,也给人员逃生带来了极大的威胁。这就要求在人员集中的建筑、高层建筑中使用的建筑材料防火等级必须要大大提高。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防火保温板的制作方法,大大增强了现有技术中防火保温板的阻燃性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防火保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)在聚苯乙烯泡沫板上打若干个孔,孔的一侧密封,另一侧敞开,孔径为3-5mm,打孔的密度为5-10个孔/平方厘米;
2)预制防火保温灌注料,所述的预制防火保温灌注料由以下组分按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100-200、萤石矿渣粉10-20、矿渣微粉10-20、矿渣骨料40-60、铝氧熟料40-50、石棉纤维20-30、煅烧硅藻土5-10、二甲基硅油5-10、液体石蜡2-4、氢氧化铝2-4;石棉纤维2-4;纤维素醚3-5、水镁石粉2-3;
3)将预制的灌注料加入孔内,加完灌注料后用防火密封胶密封;烘干即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
保温板具有隔热保温及防水、阻燃性能好的特点,适用于建筑外墙保温。本发明大大提高了保温板的抗燃烧性能,极大降低了聚苯乙烯泡沫板产生的烟量和烟毒,还具有良好的保温效果和防水性能。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细地描述,但是应该指出本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
实施例1
一种防火保温板的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)在聚苯乙烯泡沫板上打若干个孔,孔的一侧密封,另一侧敞开,孔径为4mm,打孔的密度为8个孔/平方厘米;
2)预制防火保温灌注料,所述的预制防火保温灌注料由以下组分按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥150、萤石矿渣粉12、矿渣微粉15、矿渣骨料50、铝氧熟料40、石棉纤维22、煅烧硅藻土6、二甲基硅油8、液体石蜡2、氢氧化铝4;石棉纤维4;纤维素醚3、水镁石粉2;
3)将预制的灌注料加入孔内,加完灌注料后用防火密封胶密封;烘干即可。
实施例2
一种防火保温板的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)在聚苯乙烯泡沫板上打若干个孔,孔的一侧密封,另一侧敞开,孔径为3mm,打孔的密度为5个孔/平方厘米;
2)预制防火保温灌注料,所述的预制防火保温灌注料由以下组分按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100、萤石矿渣粉10、矿渣微粉10、矿渣骨料50、铝氧熟料50、石棉纤维30、煅烧硅藻土10、二甲基硅油10、液体石蜡4、氢氧化铝2;石棉纤维2;纤维素醚5、水镁石粉3;
3)将预制的灌注料加入孔内,加完灌注料后用防火密封胶密封;烘干即可。

一种防火保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:

2)预制防火保温灌注料,所述的预制防火保温灌注料由以下组分按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥200、萤石矿渣粉20、矿渣微粉20、矿渣骨料60、铝氧熟料50、石棉纤维30、煅烧硅藻土10、二甲基硅油10、液体石蜡4、氢氧化铝3;石棉纤维3;纤维素醚4、水镁石粉2;
3)将预制的灌注料加入孔内,加完灌注料后用防火密封胶密封;烘干即可。
