The invention is used for injection molding or casting molding manufacturing of the cylindrical storage box. The structure of the cylindrical storage box body comprises a main box body and an auxiliary box body with openings at the top, wherein grids are arranged on the main box body and the auxiliary box body and consist of annular grid strips which are axially distributed at intervals, solid parts and grid parts which are axially divided and connected into a whole are respectively formed on the main box body and the auxiliary box body, the thickness of the solid parts is greater than that of the grid parts, the grids of the main box body and the auxiliary box body are assembled in a staggered inserting mode, inner grooves corresponding to the grid strips are respectively formed in inner cavity walls of the solid parts of the main box body and the auxiliary box body, and after the main box body and the auxiliary box body are assembled in a butt joint mode, the grid strips are correspondingly embedded into the grooves, so that the outer walls of the solid parts and the inner cavity walls form a flat surface.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the manufacturing mold comprises a mold frame, an outer mold and a core mold, wherein the mold frame comprises a sprue plate, an outer mold pressing plate 5, an outer mold sliding seat 7 and a base 12, the outer mold comprises a top plate 15, a bottom plate 17, a front outer mold 10 and a rear outer mold 14, the core mold comprises sliding pieces and fixing pieces 18 which are matched with each other, and the main box body and the auxiliary box body respectively correspond to one group of sliding pieces and fixing pieces.
The sprue plate, the outer die pressing plate 5, the outer die sliding seat 7 and the base 12 are sequentially overlapped from top to bottom and are limited by a vertical limiting mechanism. The sprue plate and the outer die pressing plate are fixedly connected through screw and nut fastening, and the outer die sliding seat and the base are fixedly connected through screw and nut fastening. The vertical limiting mechanism comprises a pull rod 9, and two ends of the pull rod are connected with the sprue plate and the base through screw fastening. The two side surfaces of the sprue plate, the outer die pressing plate 5, the outer die sliding seat 7 and the base 12 are provided with hanging ring mounting holes, and hanging rings 6 are arranged in the hanging ring mounting holes so as to suspend and transport the whole die.
The sprue gate plate is formed by overlapping a first sprue gate plate 2 and a second sprue gate plate 3 and fastened by screws, a first vertical material injection hole 201 is formed in the first sprue gate plate 2, a second vertical material injection hole 301 is formed in the second sprue gate plate, the first vertical material injection hole 201 and the second vertical material injection hole 301 are connected end to form a vertical material injection hole, a material injection nozzle 1 is installed at an orifice of the first vertical material injection hole, and the material injection hole of the material injection nozzle 1 is in a horn shape.
The front outer die 10 and the rear outer die 14 comprise a sliding part 31 and a die sleeve part 30, sliding grooves are formed in the outer die sliding seat 7, the sliding parts 31 of the front outer die 10 and the rear outer die 14 are arranged in the sliding grooves, sliding lugs 33 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the sliding parts 31, the side walls of the sliding grooves close to the front side face and the rear side face of the outer die sliding seat are concave inwards, four upward mounting end faces are arranged, each mounting end face is provided with a guide pressing block 8 extending towards the sliding grooves to form a transverse moving guide groove matched with the sliding lugs 33, and the sliding lugs 33 and the transverse moving guide grooves are matched and limited, so that the front outer die and the rear outer die can only transversely slide back and forth relative to the sliding seat to realize opposite matching and opposite separation. The opposite vertical surfaces of the front outer die and the rear outer die are matched surfaces of die sleeve parts, two vertical semicircular through holes 32 are formed in the matched surfaces of each die sleeve part, two vertical cylindrical through holes are formed by surrounding the matched front outer die and the rear outer die, and the diameter difference of the semicircular through holes in the front outer die and the rear outer die is the outer diameter difference of the solid part of the cylindrical storage box and the grid part. The front side surface of the front outer die sleeve part and the rear side surface of the rear outer die sleeve part are inclined surfaces, the bottom surface of the outer die pressing plate 5 is provided with a die pressing groove, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the die pressing groove are taken as die pressing inclined surfaces, the die pressing inclined surfaces are correspondingly inclined with the front side surface of the front outer die sleeve part and the rear side surface of the rear outer die sleeve part, the die sleeve parts of the front outer die and the rear outer die extend into the die pressing groove, and when the outer die pressing plate is pressed down, the die pressing inclined surfaces form transverse pressure to the front side surface of the front outer die sleeve part and the rear side surface of the rear outer die sleeve part which are used as stress surfaces, and the two die sleeve parts are oppositely matched and form die pressing limit. The bottom of the outer die pressing plate is fixedly supported by two cylindrical sliding driving rods 11 through a sliding driving rod mounting block 26, and the sliding driving rods 11 axially incline from top to bottom towards the front outer die and the rear outer die away from the sliding direction; the front outer mold 10 and the rear outer mold 14 are provided with sliding driving holes corresponding to the sliding driving rods 11, and the sliding driving rods are arranged in the sliding driving holes in a penetrating mode.
The top plate 15 is fixed at the bottom of the pressing die groove, and two die cavity grooves which are in one-to-one correspondence with the box bottoms of the main box body and the auxiliary box body are formed on the bottom surface of the top plate. Two material injecting through holes 152 penetrating through the top surface of the top plate and the cavity grooves are formed in the top plate, two third vertical material injecting holes 502 corresponding to the material injecting through holes one to one are formed in the outer mold pressing plate 5, and a transverse material injecting groove 501 with two ends communicated with the third vertical material injecting holes 502 and corresponding to the second vertical material injecting holes 301 is formed in the top surface of the outer mold pressing plate 5, so that a material injecting channel communicated with the third vertical material injecting holes 502 and the two material injecting through holes 152 is formed.
The middle part of the bottom surface of the sliding groove is provided with a bottom plate accommodating groove, the bottom plate 17 is accommodated in the bottom plate accommodating groove, and the top surface of the bottom plate is in contact fit with the bottom surfaces of the front outer die and the rear outer die and is pressed and limited by the front outer die and the rear outer die; the top plate 15, the bottom plate 17, the front outer mould 10 and the rear outer mould 14 enclose two cavities.
The fixing member 18 includes a slide guide portion and a mounting portion integrally connected, the slide guide portion having a radial dimension which is contracted radially inward from bottom to top, and an outer peripheral surface formed by six inclined surfaces circumferentially joined so that a radial cross section thereof is hexagonal. The sliding piece is sleeve-shaped and is formed by surrounding six sliding blocks along the circumferential direction, and is provided with a hexagonal vertical inner hole with a radial cross section corresponding to the radial cross section of the sliding guide part, and the sliding piece is sleeved on the sliding guide part. The sliding blocks are formed by cutting the sleeve obliquely downwards along the wall of the vertical inner hole by taking the non-adjacent side of the radial cross section of the vertical inner hole as a string line, and comprise an arc sliding block 16 where the string line is positioned and a trapezoid sliding block 20 clamped between the two arc sliding blocks. The inner wall of the sliding block of the sliding part and the inclined plane forming the outer peripheral surface of the sliding guide part form a sliding fit which is guided and limited by a sliding guide limiting mechanism; the sliding guide limiting mechanism comprises a T-shaped chute arranged on the inclined plane of the sliding guide part of the fixing piece and a T-shaped protruding block arranged on the inner wall of the sliding block, and the T-shaped chute and the T-shaped protruding block can be matched in a sliding type inserting and clamping manner.
The top of the fixing piece 18 is provided with an outwards protruding limit shoulder for limiting the highest rising position of the sliding block, the radial cross section of the limit shoulder is polygonal with the same radial cross section as that of the sliding guide part, the outer circumferential surface of the limit shoulder is parallel to that of the sliding guide part, the T-shaped protruding block is arranged at the bottom end of the sliding block, and a sliding groove corresponding to the limit shoulder is formed in the inner wall of the sliding block. The outer side surface of the limit leaning shoulder corresponding to the trapezoid sliding block 20 is provided with a guide groove, and a guide cushion block 19 which can slide along with the lifting of the trapezoid sliding block is accommodated in the guide groove to form lever type radial support for the trapezoid sliding block.

The bottom plate 17 and the bottom plate accommodating groove bottom surfaces are provided with core mold through holes, and the corresponding positions of the base 12 are provided with fixing piece inserting holes communicated with the fixing plate mounting grooves. The mounting part of the fixing piece 18 is an inverted truncated cone, a plane notch is formed in the peripheral surface of the mounting part of the fixing piece 18, the fixing piece inserting hole corresponds to the mounting part of the fixing piece, and a plane key slot is formed in the side wall of the fixing piece inserting hole; the mounting parts of the fixing pieces are inserted into the fixing piece inserting holes, the end faces of the mounting parts of the two fixing pieces are connected with the fixing plate 21 and are connected and fastened through the fixing piece fastening screws, and the mounting parts of the fixing pieces can be axially pulled and fastened and axially limited. And a flat key 22 is arranged in the planar key groove, and the flat key 22 and the planar notch form circumferential limit fit to limit the fixing piece circumferentially. The fixing piece 18 is internally provided with an air through hole 181, a fixing plate air through hole 211 communicated with the air through hole 181 is formed in the fixing plate 21, the fixing piece is cooled through air flow, and the fixing piece plays a role in an exhaust channel of a die cavity, so that complete filling in the die cavity is ensured.
The sliding guide part of the fixing piece and the sliding piece penetrate through the core mold through hole and extend into the cavity formed by the top plate, the bottom plate, the front outer mold and the rear outer mold in a surrounding mode, and a cavity is formed by the top ends of the sliding piece and the fixing piece and gaps among the top plate, the bottom plate, the front outer mold and the rear outer mold. The bottom end of the sliding block is provided with an outward convex shoulder, the bottom plate 17 is pressed against the shoulder end face of the upward shoulder, and the bottom plate plays a radial limiting role on the sliding piece of the core mold and plays a role in fixing the whole core mold.
The top plate 15 is internally provided with a top plate cooling flow passage formed by connecting a top plate cooling flow passage transverse section 151 and two top plate cooling flow passage vertical sections 153, the outer mold pressing plate 5 is provided with two top plate cooling conveying flow passages, the top plate cooling conveying flow passage is formed by connecting a top plate cooling conveying flow passage transverse section 503 and a top plate cooling conveying flow passage vertical section 504, and the top plate cooling flow passage vertical section 153 and the top plate cooling conveying flow passage vertical section 504 are correspondingly connected; a bottom plate cooling flow passage is arranged in the bottom plate, and consists of a bottom plate cooling flow passage transverse section 171 and two bottom plate cooling flow passage vertical sections 172 which are connected end to end. Two bottom plate cooling conveying runners are arranged in the outer die sliding seat 7, the bottom plate cooling conveying runners are formed by connecting a bottom plate cooling conveying runner transverse section 701 and a bottom plate cooling conveying runner vertical section 702, and the bottom plate cooling conveying runner vertical section 172 is correspondingly connected with the bottom plate cooling conveying runner vertical section 702.
Two mold sleeve part cooling flow passages are respectively arranged in the front outer mold 10 and the rear outer mold 14, and each mold sleeve part cooling flow passage correspondingly surrounds one vertical semicircle through hole 32; each die sleeve part cooling runner comprises an input transverse section 23, an input vertical section 28, a surrounding transverse section 25, an output vertical section 27 and an output transverse section 24 which are sequentially connected, wherein the input ports of the input transverse section and the output ports of the output transverse section are positioned on the front side surface of the front outer die sliding part and the rear side surface of the rear outer die sliding part, the input transverse section and the output transverse section are communicated to the die sleeve part from the sliding part and then surround the die sleeve part, the surrounding transverse section is positioned in the die sleeve part and is axially separated from the input transverse section and the output transverse section by a distance, the surrounding transverse section and the input transverse section are connected through the input vertical section, the surrounding transverse section and the output transverse section are connected through the output vertical section, and double-layer surrounding cooling is realized in the axial direction of the die sleeve part. Cooling is realized in all cooling flow channels through cooling liquid. And the connection ports of all the cooling flow channels are sealed by sealing rings.

Claims (8)
