According to the technical scheme, the spraying on the building site can be realized, but the technical scheme has the defects that on one hand, the dust removal device introduces external equipment to adjust the spraying area of the spray head, and due to the fact that the external equipment is used, the work delay exists, the real-time adjustment of the spraying area of the spray head cannot be guaranteed, and therefore the dust removal effect of the building site is influenced; on the other hand, when the nozzle sprays the water mixed with the dust raising agent, the range of the nozzle spraying the water mixed with the dust raising agent is always consistent when the angle of the nozzle is not adjusted by the adjusting unit, so that the dust removing effect on the construction site is influenced; so that the technical solution is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up the defects of the prior art and solve the problems that the spraying range of the spray head cannot be adjusted in real time and the spraying range of the spray head cannot be adjusted singly; the invention provides a spraying dust-settling system for a construction site.

Because the dust raising agent is easy to adhere to the filtering holes of the filtering net 83 to cause the blockage of the filtering holes of the filtering net 83 in the mixing of the dust raising agent and the water, the invention utilizes the dredging rod 86 to dredge the filtering holes on the filtering net 83 by arranging the dredging rod 86 and mutually matching the filtering net 83 and the dredging rod 86, thereby avoiding the blockage of the filtering holes on the filtering net 83 and improving the dredging property of the filtering net 83.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning block 861 is provided on the outer ring of the dredging rod 86; the cleaning block 861 is used for cleaning the filter holes in the filter screen 83. According to the invention, the cleaning block 861 is arranged on the outer ring of the dredging rod 86, and the cleaning block 861 is used for fully cleaning the filtering holes in the filtering net 83, so that the cleaning effect of the filtering holes in the filtering net 83 is improved.
When the dust raising device works, firstly, a dust raising agent and water are respectively conveyed into the water tank 61 from the feeding hole and the water conveying hole, the forward and reverse rotating motor 81 is driven, when the forward and reverse rotating motor 81 rotates clockwise, the filter screen 83 moves towards one side close to the first block 85, and the first block 85 and the filter screen 83 are connected through the first elastic sheet 84, so that the first blocks 85 which are mutually hinged into an arc shape swing, and the mixing of the dust raising agent and the water is increased; meanwhile, in the movement of the filter screen 83 to be close to the first block 85, the filter screen 83 straightens the first hose 62, and the wavy channel 621 in the first hose 62 is opened; when the reverse motor rotates anticlockwise, the filter screen 83 moves towards one side far away from the first block 85, so that the first blocks 85 which are mutually hinged into an arc shape swing reversely; the dust raising agent and the water are fully mixed through the movement of the filter screen 83 in the vertical direction, and the outer ring of the filter screen 83 is in contact with the side wall of the water tank 61, so that the filter screen 83 scrapes off the side wall of the water tank 61; after the dust raising agent and the water are fully mixed, the forward and reverse rotating motor 81 is stopped to be driven, the wavy channel 621 in the first hose 62 is in an open state, at the moment, the spraying and dust falling system is driven to operate through the controller, and meanwhile, the water mixed with the dust raising agent in the water tank 61 is pumped into the spray head 63 through the water pump; through the mutual matching among the wheels 11, the rotating shaft 12 and the mounting seat 13, the spraying dust-settling system sprays in the operation process; the first wheel 31 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 12, the second wheel 32 is sleeved on the first wheel 31, and the first wheel 31 and the second wheel 32 are transmitted through the belt 33, so that the second wheel 32 rotates; meanwhile, the first rod 35 and the second rod 36 are hinged with each other, the end part of the first rod 35 is hinged on the second wheel 32, the end part of the second rod 36 is hinged on the mounting plate 6, and the mounting plate 6 moves in the vertical direction through the rotation of the second wheel 32; when the mounting plate 6 moves in the vertical direction, the fixing shaft 22 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 6, so that the fixing shaft 22 moves in the groove on the fixing column 21, and gas is generated in the groove on the fixing column 21; when the mounting plate 6 moves towards one side close to the second wheel 32, the third rod 45 pulls the T-shaped rod 44 to move towards one side close to the second wheel 32, the third rod 45 is blocked by the blocking rod 46, so that the T-shaped rod 44 swings towards one side close to the arc-shaped plate 41, and the mounting block 43 is sleeved on the T-shaped rod 44 and the mounting block 43 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped plate 41; in the process that the T-shaped rod 44 swings towards one side close to the arc-shaped plate 41, the arc-shaped plate 41 is pushed to slide, so that the two spray heads 63 move towards one side away from each other, and the spraying range of the spray heads 63 is changed; meanwhile, the first air cylinder 48 is communicated with the groove on the fixed column 21 through a hose, and the first air cylinder 48 is controlled through air generated by the fixed shaft 22 in the groove on the fixed column 21, so that the spray head 63 swings; in the process that the mounting plate 6 moves towards the side far away from the second wheel 32, the T-shaped plate swings towards the side far away from the arc-shaped plate 41, so that the arc-shaped plate 41 is pulled to slide, and the two spray heads 63 move towards the sides close to each other; when the spraying dust-settling system stops operating, at the moment, the size of the nozzle 632 on the spray head 63 is controlled through the mutual matching between the second cylinder 71 and the semicircular elastic sheet 72, so that the spraying range of the spray head 63 is adjusted.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on the figure 2 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
