For a hospital with 300 cases/day of operation, the calculation is carried out according to the 20% demand of the postoperative analgesia pumps, 60 analgesia pumps need to be configured in an accumulated mode at irregular time, and a large amount of human resources are consumed; due to the structural requirement of the analgesia pump, when the analgesia pump is configured, injected liquid needs to pass through the filter and then enters the liquid storage bag of the analgesia pump, and much time and physical strength are needed for nurses. The problem of patient demand for analgesia pumps not matching the analgesia services available to medical personnel is now becoming more and more prominent. The designed instrument capable of automatically configuring the analgesia pump is expected to save the labor of medical personnel, save labor, improve efficiency and reduce errors when the analgesia pump is configured.
