本发明公开了一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,包括氟虫腈与残杀威组成的有效成分,还包括引诱剂、防腐剂和饵料,引诱剂包括食用油和红糖,饵料包括饼干粉、芝麻渣和大豆粉,有效成分的质量分数为1-2%,食用油含量为2%‑5%,红糖含量为10-15%,防腐剂含量为0.5%,饼干粉含量为50%,芝麻渣含量为10%‑20%,大豆粉用于补足,氟虫腈和所述残杀威的质量比为1︰30-1︰10。本发明对蟑螂的击倒速度快、杀死率高,对已产生抗性的害虫击杀效果显著。

Description

一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫药剂领域,特别涉及一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂。
背景技术
蟑螂是蜚镰的俗称,过去又有石姜、滑虫、茶婆虫、负盘、香娘子等诸多名字;蟑螂是渐变态的昆虫,整个生活史包括卵、若虫或成虫3个时期。蟑螂为杂食性昆虫,食性很杂,能吃任何有机物质,几乎无所不食,有边吃边吐边排泄之恶习,体内有臭腺,能分泌臭液,被蟑螂爬过的食物,留下极难闻的异味,使人闻之恶心,食之欲吐。
蟑螂喜暗怕光,昼息夜出,喜欢在潮湿、温暖的缝隙和阴暗的角落等场所栖息,终年可在室内孳生繁殖。蟑螂耐饥力很强,甚至在无食物无水的条件下,能生存很久时间,如雌性德国小蠊和美州大蠊分别能存活12天和43天。
蟑螂爬行速度很快,且能在光滑垂直表面上自由爬行。在有噪音、振动、强光和在某些杀虫剂处理过的物面上会自动回避和逃窜等等。这些特性,使蟑螂繁衍神速,抓捕不易,防治很难。
残杀威能杀体外寄生虫、家庭卫生害虫(蚊、蝇、蟑螂等)和仓贮害虫,是速效、长残效氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用,无内吸作用。
同时氟虫腈饵剂是目前较新的卫生杀虫剂产品,防治白蚁,效果明显,环境危害低,对有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯等类杀虫剂已经产生抗性的或敏感的害虫均有较好的防治效果,是目前较好的卫生杀虫剂品种。
但是就目前防治现状而言,化学卫生杀虫单剂的长期使用极易出现抗性问题,导致用量不断加大,风险增加,不利于环境生态安全。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,残杀威和氟虫腈复配,两者相加,对蟑螂击倒速度快、杀死率高,对已产生抗性的害虫击杀效果同样显著。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,包括氟虫腈与残杀威组成的有效成分,还包括引诱剂、防腐剂和饵料,引诱剂包括食用油和红糖,饵料包括饼干粉、芝麻渣和大豆粉,有效成分的质量分数为1-2%,食用油含量为2%-5%,红糖含量为10-15%,防腐剂含量为0.5%,饼干粉含量为50%,芝麻渣含量为10%-20%,大豆粉用于补足,氟虫腈和所述残杀威的质量比为1︰30-1︰10。
进一步地,防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
作为一种就具体的方案,本复合型饵剂由质量分数为0.05%的氟虫腈、1.5%的残杀威、5%的食用油、15%的红糖、0.5%的山梨酸钾、50%的饼干粉、10%的芝麻渣和19.45%的大豆粉配制而成
在制作方式上,具体包含如下步骤:
S1、将氯虫腈和残杀威原药加入高岭土搅拌,并经过气流粉碎机粉碎,使原药粒径达到400目,然后搅拌均匀,形成物料A备用;
S2、将红糖与饼干粉混合,然后经过摇摆粉碎,将红糖粉碎成细小颗粒,形成物料B备用;
S3、将大豆粉、山梨酸钾以及物料A和物料B加入到高速捏合搅拌机中,开启飞刀进行高速搅拌,15分钟后喷入食用油,5分钟后再额外喷入5-8%的水,持续捏合搅拌10分钟后放料;
S4、将物料导入造粒机,进行挤压造粒;
S5、造粒完成后将物料投入沸腾干燥机,经60℃热风鼓吹,25分钟后停止干燥;
S6、干燥后物料通过摇摆机,对颗粒进行整形,随后分装。
综上所述,本发明具备以下优点:
1、本发明两种有效成分复配大大提高了产品的持效期和药效,还能更好的控制害虫的抗药性。
2、本发明对蟑螂击倒速度快、杀死率高,对已产生抗性的害虫击杀效果同样显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1:
一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,包括氟虫腈与残杀威组成的有效成分,还包括引诱剂、防腐剂和饵料。
具体的,引诱剂包括食用油和红糖,饵料包括饼干粉、芝麻渣和大豆粉。
在成分含量上,有效成分的质量分数为1-2%,且氟虫腈和残杀威的质量比为1︰30-1︰10。
其他成分上,食用油含量为2%-5%,红糖含量为10-15%,防腐剂含量为0.5%,具体为山梨酸钾,饼干粉含量为50%,芝麻渣含量为10%-20%,大豆粉用于补足。
结合其制作方式,进一步说明,本复合型饵剂在制作方法上,具体包含如下步骤:
S1、将氯虫腈和残杀威原药加入高岭土搅拌,并经过气流粉碎机粉碎,使原药粒径达到400目,然后搅拌均匀,形成物料A备用;

在复配过程中,对氟虫腈和残杀威及二者不同配比对蜚蠊的毒力进行试验,得到不同配比的毒力,具体参见表1。

通过分析得知,5个不同的配比对蜚蠊的共毒系数均大于120,说明两药剂复配对蜚蠊有增效作用,其中,氟虫腈、残杀威有效成分比例为1︰30时,共毒系数最高,为150.97。
而在药效的对比上,采用实施例1的中方案形成检测方案D1,而单剂组分形成对比方案D2和D3。
对比方案D2中更成分质量分数组成为:
氟虫腈:0.05%;
残杀威:0;
食用油:5%;
红糖:15%;
山梨酸钾:0.5%;
饼干粉:50%;
芝麻渣:10%;
大豆粉:补足。
对比方案D3中更成分质量分数组成为:
氟虫腈:0;
残杀威:1.5%;
食用油:5%;
红糖:15%;
山梨酸钾:0.5%;
饼干粉:50%;
芝麻渣:10%;
大豆粉:补足。
对此,进行药效试验,试验分别取100只蜚蠊,然后取相同数量饵剂进行喂食,观察每天蜚蠊的死亡数量。
得到蟑螂的杀死比例和时间关系如表2所示。

通过分析得知,3个供试药剂分别在第9天、第9天、第5天死亡率达到100%,复配型饵剂在相同条件下药效显著,几乎减少一半的防治时间。

1.一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,其特征在于:包括氟虫腈与残杀威组成的有效成分,还包括引诱剂、防腐剂和饵料,所述引诱剂包括食用油和红糖,所述饵料包括饼干粉、芝麻渣和大豆粉,所述有效成分的质量分数为1-2%,所述食用油含量为2%-5%,所述红糖含量为10-15%,所述防腐剂含量为0.5%,所述饼干粉含量为50%,所述芝麻渣含量为10%-20%,所述大豆粉用于补足,所述氟虫腈和所述残杀威的质量比为1︰30-1︰10。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,其特征在于:由质量分数为0.05%的所述氟虫腈、1.5%的所述残杀威、5%的所述食用油、15%的所述红糖、0.5%的所述山梨酸钾、50%的所述饼干粉、10%的所述芝麻渣和19.45%的大豆粉配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种高效的杀蟑复合型饵剂,制作方法包含如下步骤:
S1、将氯虫腈和残杀威原药加入高岭土搅拌,并经过气流粉碎机粉碎,使原药粒径达到400目,然后搅拌均匀,形成物料A备用;
S2、将红糖与饼干粉混合,然后经过摇摆粉碎,将红糖粉碎成细小颗粒,形成物料B备用;
S3、将大豆粉、山梨酸钾以及物料A和物料B加入到高速捏合搅拌机中,开启飞刀进行高速搅拌,15分钟后喷入食用油,5分钟后再额外喷入5-8%的水,持续捏合搅拌10分钟后放料;
S4、将物料导入造粒机,进行挤压造粒;
S5、造粒完成后将物料投入沸腾干燥机,经60℃热风鼓吹,25分钟后停止干燥;
S6、干燥后物料通过摇摆机,对颗粒进行整形,随后分装。
