Abstract
本发明公开了一种灭蟑螂饵剂及其制备方法和应用。该饵剂以质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:取代吡啶硝酸盐类杀虫活性成分0.5~1.5%,引诱剂4~6%,谷物55~62%,糖类18~22%,防腐剂0.3~0.6%,余量为水,以上重量满足100%。与市售普通饵剂不同,本发明的灭蟑螂饵剂产品防治效果好、对人畜及环境安全。并且该产品对蚂蚁等室内害虫也有很好的防治效果。

本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种灭蟑螂饵剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
蟑螂作为一类重要的卫生害虫,严重影响人类的健康和生活。由于蟑螂生命力顽强,繁殖速度快,有效地防控蟑螂一直是一项世界性难题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种以2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(取代苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐为活性成分的灭蟑螂饵剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明的灭蟑螂饵剂用于防治蟑螂和蚂蚁,使用量少,防治效果好。
本发明的技术方案具体介绍如下。
一种灭蟑螂饵剂,以质量百分数计,其由以下组分组成:
余量为水,以上重量满足100%;
其中:所述取代吡啶硝酸盐类杀虫活性成分为2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐和2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(3‐甲氧基苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐中的一种或两种。
优选的,其由以下组分组成:
余量为水,以上重量满足100%。
本发明中,所述引诱剂为植物油。优选的,选自芝麻油、花生油或大豆油中任一种或几种。
本发明中,所述谷物选自面粉、玉米粉、大豆粕、花生粕或芝麻粕中的至少一种。
本发明中,所述糖类为蔗糖或麦芽糖。
本发明中,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明还提供一种上述的灭蟑螂饵剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
首先将谷物和糖类分别粉碎至50~100目;再将所有原料按比例混合均匀;湿法造粒机造粒;最后将制成的饵剂分装并真空包装。
本发明进一步提供一种上述的灭蟑螂饵剂在防治蟑螂和蚂蚁方面的应用。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以取代吡啶硝酸盐为杀虫剂为活性组分,制备成灭蟑螂饵剂,在害虫防治中,特别是蟑螂和蚂蚁防治方面有很好的应用前景,其在一周内,可实现对美洲大蠊和东方蜚蠊100%的消灭效果;针对室内空间,1个月内可使得德国小蠊和小黄家蚁绝迹。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,其目的仅在于更好理解本发明的内容。因此,本发明的保护范围不受所举之例的限制。
实施例中,化合物2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐和2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(3‐甲氧基苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐按照文献(Journal of ChemicalResearch,2017 41,384‐389)合成。
实施例1灭蟑螂饵剂A的制备
各组分比例如下:
将上述原料按比例混合均匀,湿法造粒机造粒,最后将制成的饵剂分装并真空包装。
实施例2灭蟑螂饵剂B的制备
各组分比例如下:
将上述原料按比例混合均匀,湿法造粒机造粒,最后将制成的饵剂分装并真空包装。
实施例3灭蟑螂饵剂C的制备
各组分比例如下:
将上述原料按比例混合均匀,湿法造粒机造粒,最后将制成的饵剂分装并真空包装。
实施例4灭蟑螂饵剂室内杀蟑螂活性测定
在20cm×20cm的方形玻璃缸内放入20只蟑螂成虫,正常饲养24h后除去不健康个体,并作相应补充后,用足量灭蟑螂饵剂替代饵料,正常供水,记录死亡虫体数目,以常规饲养作为对照,每种饵剂设置5个重复,计算一周内的死亡率。测试结果见表1。

表1结果表明以2‐氨基‐1‐(3‐氧代‐3‐(取代苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐为活性成分的灭蟑螂饵剂,对多种室内常见蟑螂害虫具有很好的杀灭效果。
实施例5灭蟑螂饵剂使用效果
2016年7‐8月,选择室内面积为70m2住宅1处,室内面积100m2单位食堂厨房1处。这些均为多年栖息高密度德国小蠊的场所。施药前未经打扫,直接将饵剂B直接撒在住宅厨房、单位食堂灶台、水池、冰箱、橱柜等蟑螂经常出没的场所,每周撒药一次,每处投放10克饵料。70m2住宅每次共计投放50克饵料,100m2食堂厨房每次投放饵料100克。
灭杀效果:两处均在一个月后蟑螂绝迹。另外两处均存在的小黄家蚁也被灭净。

1.一种灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,以质量百分数计,其由以下组分组成:
余量为水,以上重量满足100%;
其中:所述取代吡啶硝酸盐类杀虫活性成分为2-氨基-1-(3-氧代-3-(苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐和2-氨基-1-(3-氧代-3-(3-甲氧基苯胺基)丙基)吡啶硝酸盐中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,其由以下组分组成:
余量为水,以上重量满足100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,所述引诱剂为植物油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,所述引诱剂选自芝麻油、花生油或大豆油中任一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,所述谷物选自面粉、玉米粉、大豆粕、花生粕或芝麻粕中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,所述糖类为蔗糖或麦芽糖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的灭蟑螂饵剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
8.一种根据权利要求1~7之一所述的灭蟑螂饵剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
