Abstract

本发明属于园林设备领域,尤其是涉及一种环保耐用型打草机,包括连接头、驱动电机和转动盘,转动盘固定安装在驱动电机的驱动轴上,转动盘的两侧均安装有打草机构,两个打草机构关于转动盘的中心旋转对称设置,打草机构包括与转动盘轴线平行设置的竖筒,竖筒的下部侧壁固定连接有打草软管,打草软管的一端与竖筒相连通,打草软管的另一端内滑动连接有伸缩刀头,伸缩刀头包括活塞块和条形刀,活塞块滑动密封连接在打草软管内。本发明通过设置隐藏式可伸缩的伸缩刀头,在停机状态下,会自动收缩隐藏在打草软管内,在工作状态下,由于受到离心力的作用,能够自动从打草软管内伸出,能够对较为坚韧的草茎进行切割,大大提高修剪的效率。

技术领域
本发明属于园林设备领域,尤其是涉及一种环保耐用型打草机。
背景技术
打草机,是一种用于修剪草坪的手持式草坪修剪工具,打草机一般由握持操作杆、连接头、电机、旋转盘以及打草绳组成,利用电机驱动,带动旋转盘转动,使打草绳飞速转动形成环形切割轮,对草茎进行切割,使草皮保持同一高度。
现有的打草机结构比较简单,打草绳一般为塑料材质,在使用的过程中,打草绳损耗程度较高,并且,在遇到较为坚韧的草茎时,由于打草绳本身较为柔软,不能对草茎进行有效地截断,需要进行反复操作,效率低下,对能源的消耗较大。
为此,我们提出一种环保耐用型打草机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的打草绳易损坏、切割效果不佳的问题,提供一种切割效果好、不易损坏的环保耐用型打草机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种环保耐用型打草机,包括连接头、驱动电机和转动盘,所述转动盘固定安装在驱动电机的驱动轴上,其特征在于,所述转动盘的两侧均安装有打草机构,两个所述打草机构关于转动盘的中心旋转对称设置,所述打草机构包括与转动盘轴线平行设置的竖筒,所述竖筒的下部侧壁固定连接有打草软管,所述打草软管的一端与竖筒相连通,所述打草软管的另一端内滑动连接有伸缩刀头,所述伸缩刀头包括活塞块和条形刀,所述活塞块滑动密封连接在打草软管内,所述条形刀的一端与活塞块的侧壁固定连接,所述条形刀的另一端可沿打草软管的末端伸出,所述竖筒的内底面上固定连接有沿其轴向设置的弹簧,所述弹簧的上端固定连接有密封塞,所述密封塞与竖筒的内侧壁滑动密封连接。
在上述的环保耐用型打草机中,所述活塞块、打草软管、竖筒以及密封塞形成的密闭空间内填充有非牛顿液体。
在上述的环保耐用型打草机中,所述打草软管的截面为菱形。
在上述的环保耐用型打草机中,所述打草软管的截面为圆形,所述打草软管通过转动接头与竖筒转动密封连接,且所述打草软管的侧壁上沿其轴线方向均匀设有多条旋转槽。
与现有的技术相比,本环保耐用型打草机的优点在于:
1、本发明通过设置隐藏式可伸缩的伸缩刀头,在停机状态下,会自动收缩隐藏在打草软管内,在工作状态下,由于受到离心力的作用,能够自动从打草软管内伸出,能够对较为坚韧的草茎进行切割,大大提高修剪的效率。
2、本发明通过向打草软管内填充非牛顿液体,利用非牛顿液体遇强则强的特性,能够提高打草软管的抗击能力,从而延长打草软管的使用寿命,并提高对草茎的抽打能力。
3、本发明通过设置截面为菱形的打草软管,能够减少打草软管在转动过程中受到的阻力,并提高打草软管对草茎的切割能力。
4、本发明通过设置截面为圆形的打草软管,且通过转动接头与竖筒转动连接,在工作状态下,打草软管能够沿其轴线自由转动,使得打草软管能够被均匀损耗,另外,由于设置有旋转槽,能够增加草茎与打草软管之间的附着力,进一步提高了对草茎的修剪效果。

实施例1
如图1-4所示,一种环保耐用型打草机,包括连接头1、驱动电机2和转动盘3,转动盘3固定安装在驱动电机2的驱动轴上,转动盘3的两侧均安装有打草机构4,两个打草机构4关于转动盘3的中心旋转对称设置,打草机构4包括与转动盘3轴线平行设置的竖筒5,竖筒5的下部侧壁固定连接有打草软管6,打草软管6的一端与竖筒5相连通,打草软管6的另一端内滑动连接有伸缩刀头7,伸缩刀头7包括活塞块71和条形刀72,条形刀72可采用硬质金属制成,活塞块71滑动密封连接在打草软管6内,条形刀72的一端与活塞块71的侧壁固定连接,条形刀72的另一端可沿打草软管6的末端伸出,需要说明的是,打草软管6的末端边沿向内延伸形成用于对活塞块71限位的凸起,防止转动盘3转动速度过快,使活塞块71从打草软管6中完全滑出。
竖筒5的内底面上固定连接有沿其轴向设置的弹簧51,弹簧51的上端固定连接有密封塞52,初始状态下,密封塞52的上端与转动盘3的上表面平齐,密封塞52与竖筒5的内侧壁滑动密封连接,需要说明的是,活塞块71、打草软管6、竖筒5以及密封塞52形成的密闭空间内填充有非牛顿液体,非牛顿液体是一种剪应力与剪切应变率之间不是线性关系的流体,有着“遇强则强”的特性,通过向打草软管6内填充非牛顿液体,利用非牛顿液体遇强则强的特性,能够提高打草软管6的抗击能力,从而延长打草软管6的使用寿命,并提高对草茎的抽打能力。
本实施例中,打草软管6的截面为菱形,能够减少打草软管6在转动过程中受到的阻力,并提高打草软管对草茎的切割能力。
本实施例的工作原理如下:本实施例在使用时,由驱动电机2带动转动盘3转动,转动盘3带动打草软管6转动,在离心力的作用下,伸缩刀头7从打草软管内滑出,打草软管6和伸缩刀头7在飞速旋转时形成一个切割环,且伸缩刀头7形成的较为锋利的切割环外接在打草软管6形成的切割环外(如图2所示),能够起到更好的切割作用,并且,在停止作业时,伸缩刀头7能够自动收回打草软管6内,不但可以更好地对伸缩刀头7起到保护作用,还能防止对园林工作人员造成损伤。
实施例2
如图5-6所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:打草软管6的截面为圆形,打草软管6通过转动接头8与竖筒5转动密封连接,且打草软管6的侧壁上沿其轴线方向均匀设有多条旋转槽61。
在本实施例中,由于设置有旋转槽61,能够增加草茎与打草软管6之间的附着力,进一步提高了对草茎的修剪效果,同时,在旋转槽61受到草茎的反作用力后,能够驱使打草软管6沿其轴线自由转动,使得打草软管6能够被均匀损耗。

1.一种环保耐用型打草机,包括连接头(1)、驱动电机(2)和转动盘(3),所述转动盘(3)固定安装在驱动电机(2)的驱动轴上,其特征在于,所述转动盘(3)的两侧均安装有打草机构(4),两个所述打草机构(4)关于转动盘(3)的中心旋转对称设置,所述打草机构(4)包括与转动盘(3)轴线平行设置的竖筒(5),所述竖筒(5)的下部侧壁固定连接有打草软管(6),所述打草软管(6)的一端与竖筒(5)相连通,所述打草软管(6)的另一端内滑动连接有伸缩刀头(7),所述伸缩刀头(7)包括活塞块(71)和条形刀(72),所述活塞块(71)滑动密封连接在打草软管(6)内,所述条形刀(72)的一端与活塞块(71)的侧壁固定连接,所述条形刀(72)的另一端可沿打草软管(6)的末端伸出,所述竖筒(5)的内底面上固定连接有沿其轴向设置的弹簧(51),所述弹簧(51)的上端固定连接有密封塞(52),所述密封塞(52)与竖筒(5)的内侧壁滑动密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1中任一项所述的环保耐用型打草机,其特征在于,所述活塞块(71)、打草软管(6)、竖筒(5)以及密封塞(52)形成的密闭空间内填充有非牛顿液体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保耐用型打草机,其特征在于,所述打草软管(6)的截面为菱形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的环保耐用型打草机,其特征在于,所述打草软管(6)的截面为圆形,所述打草软管(6)通过转动接头(8)与竖筒(5)转动密封连接,且所述打草软管(6)的侧壁上沿其轴线方向均匀设有多条旋转槽(61)。
