技术领域
本发明关于衬垫螺栓,其用于固定牺牲性磨损表面,例如研磨机内的衬垫。
背景技术
研磨机使用衬垫,该衬垫通过衬垫螺栓固定在磨机内表面。衬垫既提供了一个保护表面,也提供了有助于磨削加工的表面特征。
由于衬垫磨损,必须周期性的替换所述衬垫。衬垫螺栓通常包括具有加宽头部的轴,其从内侧穿过衬垫中的孔被接收。所述衬垫螺栓的端部延伸到磨机的外部,并在此处用螺母固定。当需要更换所述衬垫时,移除所述螺母并且所述螺栓向内推入所述磨机内部。由于这些螺栓在磨机运行期间可能卡在衬垫内,向内推动所述螺栓经常需要使用冲击工具用于向内推动螺栓。可选的,所述螺栓可以通过在其外端放置杆并由垂直敲击来推动。
对此种冲击工具的使用可能对操作员造成危害并导致受伤。此外,推动所述螺栓所花费的时间可能非常重要。在磨机不能运行的任意时间都导致增加的成本,由此确保尽可能高效地完成更换所述衬垫是非常重要的。
在国际专利公开号WO 2013116892中提出了一种快速拆卸衬垫螺栓。该衬垫螺栓包括容纳在所述衬垫和所述磨机壳体内部的内部螺栓部分,该磨机外端包括有螺纹孔。一外螺纹螺栓从所述磨机的外部容纳在这个孔中。所述衬垫螺栓的移除因此需要转动外部螺栓部分,以将其与内部螺栓部分分离。这样的设置创造了所述外部螺栓部分的缩小部分,该外部螺栓位于所述壳和所述衬垫之间的连接周围。这样的设置会导致使用中的故障。
本发明涉及一种衬垫螺栓,其具有允许通过旋转螺栓的外部而非冲击来拆除衬垫的结构,其形式能够支撑足够的负载以减少磨机运行期间破裂的可能性。
发明内容
本发明一个方面提供了一种衬垫螺栓,其包括:
长形的螺柱;
头部,其具有与所述螺柱第一端相配合的第一端,所述头部包括与其第一端相邻的向内收缩的第一端部;和
螺纹部分,其设置在相邻于所述螺柱第二端,用于接收螺母;
其特征在于,所述头部的第一端包括具有内螺纹的向内收缩的开口,所述螺柱的第一端包括具有外螺纹的向内收缩的端部部分,使得所述螺柱的第一端与所述头部的所述开口是能够配合的。
优选地,所述螺柱包括位于其第二端用于与旋转工具配合的工具配合部。
优选地,所述头部包括第一端部,其朝向所述头部的第一端向内收缩,和第二端部,其具有不变的横截面。
在一个优选实施例中,所述头部的第二端部的横截面是椭圆形。
优选地,所述头部的第一端部关于高度而不是宽度向内收缩。
优选地,第一端部在其全部长度上的横截面是椭圆形,在所述头部的第一端的横截面是圆形。
在一个优选实施例中,所述工具配合部包括设置在所述螺柱第二端的方形驱动套筒。

具体实施例
参考附图,其显示了衬垫螺栓10,其包括长形的螺柱12和头部14。所述头部14与所述螺柱12的第一端16是能够配合的,用以形成衬垫螺栓10。所述衬垫螺栓10用于将衬板11固定到磨机的外壳13上。
所述螺柱12包括圆形横截面的长形部分。所述螺柱12包括临近其第二端17的螺纹部分18。所述螺纹部分18设置为在使用中接收螺母20。所述螺柱12的第二端17从所述磨机的壳体13向外凸出,使得将所述螺母20配合至所述衬垫螺栓10的所述螺纹部分18能够将所述衬垫螺栓10与所述衬板11配合,使得所述衬板11固定到所述壳体13的内表面。
所述螺柱12还包括位于其第二端17的工具配合部40。所述工具配合部40设置用于允许通过适合的工具施加旋转力矩到所述螺柱12。在实施例中所示,所述工具配合部40包括设置在所述螺柱12的第二端的方形驱动套筒。
所述头部14包括第一端21和第二端22。所述头部14包括第一端部24,其临近于第一端21,朝向所述头部14的第一端21向内收缩。所述头部14还包括第二端部25,其从第一端部24向第二端22延伸。第二端部25具有不变的横截面。
如图3a所示,所述头部14的第二端部25为椭圆形的横截面。即,临近第二端部25的所述头部14包括线性平行侧壁26,其通过弧形端壁27连接在相对端。所述头部14的第一端部24仅关于高度(在所述端壁27之间的距离)而不是宽度(所述所述侧壁26之间的距离)向内收缩。因此,第一端部24在横截面上也是椭圆形,随着第一端部24在横截面面积上减小,使得第一端部24在所述头部14的第一端21处的横截面是圆形。
所述头部14包括在其第一端21的开口28。所述开口28横截面为圆形,并且向内收缩,使得其内端比其外端具有较小的直径。所述开口28包括在其内表面上的内螺纹30。所述螺柱12的第一端16包括位于其第一端16的收缩的端部32。所述收缩的端部32还相应于向内收缩的所述开口28向内收缩,使得所述收缩的端部32能够被接收在所述开口28中。所述螺柱12的所述收缩的端部32包括其上的外螺纹34。所述外螺纹34与所述内螺纹30互补,使得所述螺柱12的第一端16能够拧进到所述头部14的所述开口28中。
图4显示了配合在磨机中的所述衬垫螺栓10用于将所衬板11固定至所述壳体13的内表面。所述衬垫螺栓10设置有与所述螺柱12连接的所述头部14,并从所述磨机的内侧插入所述衬板11的开口15中。在所述衬板11中的所述开口15与所述壳体13的孔17对齐,使得所述螺柱12的第二端17向外穿过所述壳体13的外部。密封件36和垫圈38可放置在所述螺柱12的第二端,然后将所述螺母20固定到所述衬垫螺栓10的所述螺纹部分18上。拧紧所述螺母20向所述壳体13的内表面拉动所述衬板11。在所述衬板11和所述壳体13之间设置有可压缩的衬里19。通过拧紧在所述衬垫螺栓10上的所述螺母20,所述衬板11固定在于所述壳体13内表面相对的位置。
当需要移除所述衬垫螺栓10时,扳手或其他适合的工具可以与所述螺母20配合。于是,工具与所述工具配合部40配合用于相对于所述螺母20旋转所述螺柱12。由于所述头部14的形状,所述头部14不在所述衬板11内旋转,并且所述螺柱12因此相对于所述头部14旋转。该旋转将所述螺柱12从所述头部14拧下,由此允许所述衬板11和头部14从所述壳体13的内表面分离和脱离。
因此,这种设置允许通过仅从所述壳体13外部旋转所述螺柱12,将所述衬板11脱离。在所述螺柱12的第一端和在所述衬板11内部的所述头部14之间使用收缩的螺纹配合部移除了潜在的薄弱区域,并且因此允许连接足够强到支撑所需要的载荷。

Claims (7)

1.一种衬垫螺栓,其包括:
长形的螺柱;
头部,其具有与所述螺柱第一端相配合的第一端,所述头部包括与其第一端相邻的向内收缩的第一端部;和
螺纹部分,其设置在与所述螺柱第二端相邻,用于接收螺母;
其特征在于,所述头部的第一端包括具有内螺纹的向内收缩的开口,所述螺柱的第一端包括具有外螺纹的向内收缩的端部部分,使得所述螺柱的第一端与所述头部的所述开口是能够配合的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺柱包括在其第二端的工具配合部,并且其用于与旋转工具配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:所述头部包括第一端部,其朝向所述头部的第一端向内收缩;和第二端部,其具有不变的横截面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:所述头部的第二端部的横截面是椭圆形。
5.根据权利要求5所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:所述头部的第一端部关于高度而不是宽度向内收缩。
6.根据权利要求6所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:第一端部在其全部长度上的横截面是椭圆形,在所述头部的第一端的横截面是圆形。
7.根据权利要求2至6之一所述的衬垫螺栓,其特征在于:所述工具配合部包括设置在所述螺柱第二端的方形驱动套筒。
