本发明提供一种物理化学肥料,它由单元或多元 化学肥料加5—85%的添加剂,经粉碎、混合搅拌、造 粒成型、磁处理加工制成,改善化肥的施用效果,使其 营养成分被作物吸收充分,而且成本较低,具有改良 土壤的作用。

Description

本发明提供一种肥料,特别是涉及一种物理化学肥料。
化学肥料肥效较高、见效较快,但不易被农作物充分吸收,特别是长期施用会使土壤变性、板结,且成本较高。
本发明的目的是提供一种物理化学肥料,它可以改善现有各种化学肥料的施用效果,使其营养成分能充分地被作物吸收,同时改良土壤、降低肥料成本。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术措施实现的。
在化肥中加入5~85%适当的添加剂,经粉碎、混合搅拌、水分调整、造粒成型、磁处理制成一种物理化学肥料。粉碎后物料的粒度应能满足造粒成型的要求,混合搅拌是在搅拌机中将所选用的化肥与添加剂混合均匀,所含水分调整至适合造粒,造粒成型是将混匀的物料在造粒机中制成颗粒状以便施用,磁处理是将粒状肥料在0.1~5.0特斯拉磁场强度的电磁场或永磁场中处理0.05秒~60秒钟。
本发明中使用的化学肥料可以是单元化肥,也可以是多元复合肥。
添加剂中既有能提供作物所需微量元素铁、硼、锰、铜、锌、钼等的物质,也有能改良土壤、并含有作物所需营养成分的物质如矿渣、粉煤灰等。
选用化肥与添加剂的种类、数量应与作物类别、土壤的性质及施肥的阶段等相适应。
本发明含有被活化的营养成分,容易被作物吸收,提高肥效,降低成本,并可改良土壤。
实施例一:选用的化肥为尿素34.5%、过磷酸钙15%、硫酸钾15%,添加剂为炼钢副产品矿渣35%、硝酸稀土混合物0.5%,经上述工艺制成φ3×3mm颗粒物理化学肥料,采用永磁磁场进行磁处理,场强0.55特斯拉,处理时间15秒。将该物理化学肥料用于生长在中性土壤中的玉米作基肥和追肥,每亩平均施用56kG,平均增产25~30%,略高于对应的化肥等量施用的效果。
实施例二:选用的化肥为硫酸铵22%、重过磷酸钙10%、氯化钾12%,添加剂为火力发电厂燃煤废弃物粉煤灰55%、硫酸锌0.2%、硼砂0.1%、钼酸铵0.01%、硫酸铜0.01%,硫酸锰0.1%、经上述工艺制成φ3.5×3mm的园柱状颗粒物理化学肥料,采用电磁场进行磁处理,场强1.5特斯拉,处理时间3秒,将该肥料施用于生长在水稻土中的水稻作基肥和追肥,每亩施用60KG,平均增产20~25%,达到了对应的化肥等量施用的效果。

Claims (4)

1、一种物理化学肥料,其特征在于:
在单元或多元化学肥料中加入添加剂,经粉碎、混匀、造粒、磁处理加工制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的物理化学肥料,其特征在于添加剂含量为5-85%。
3、如权利要求1所述的物理化学肥料,其特征在于所选用的化肥及添加剂与作物的类别、土壤的性质及施肥的阶段相适应。
4、如权利要求1所述的物理化学肥料,其特征在于磁处理可在电磁场或永磁场中进行,磁场强度0.1~5特斯拉,磁处理时间0.05-60秒。
