In a mode of uploading transaction data to an ETC charging management terminal by an RSU in the prior art, the RSU is not necessarily uploaded immediately after a transaction is completed, and the stored transaction data may be uploaded uniformly at a certain time node (for example, 0 point per day), so that a user cannot rapidly issue an electronic invoice according to a transaction record if the user cannot inquire the transaction record immediately at the ETC charging management terminal after the ETC charging is completed.

logging in a specified APP to obtain user information, wherein the user information comprises OBU registration information provided when the specified APP is registered, such as an ID (identity) of the OBU;
acquiring identity information of the OBU, such as an ID of the current OBU;
verifying according to the identity information of the OBU and OBU registration information provided when the appointed APP is registered, namely verifying whether the ID of the registered OBU is consistent with the ID of the current OBU;
if the verification is passed, sending verification success information to the OBU so that the OBU can send specified transaction data to the specified APP according to the verification success information;
and the appointed APP generates an electronic invoice according to the appointed transaction data and the user information.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of an OBU according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the OBU of the present invention includes: the security module comprises a first communication module 100, a security module 200, a second communication module 300 and a main control module 400, wherein the main control module 400 is respectively connected with the first communication module 100, the security module 200 and the second communication module 300.

The predetermined terminal obtains the appointed transaction data and then gives the appointed transaction data to the appointed APP of the ETC charging management terminal, and user information is provided for the appointed APP.
In one embodiment of the invention, the intelligent terminal is registered through a designated APP of the ETC charging management terminal, and the ETC charging management terminal carries out verification according to information provided when a user registers. And when the intelligent terminal logs in the appointed APP after the verification is passed, the appointed APP obtains user information. The OBU related information in the OBU security module is bound by the user information, and the user information comprises information required for invoicing. The main control module 400 is configured to control the first communication module and the security module to perform ETC charging, and generate the transaction history data when the ETC charging is performed. The main control module 400 is further configured to obtain the specified transaction data from the transaction history data according to the data obtaining instruction. The user needs to log in the appointed APP to obtain the user information when the user wants to obtain the appointed transaction data from the OBU. The user information includes OBU registration information provided when the specific APP is registered, for example, an ID for registering the OBU. Identity information of the OBU, such as the ID of the current OBU, is then obtained via the second communication module 300.
