Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，包括由上至下依次设置的瓷砖、SPC石塑复合板、IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材，瓷砖通过胶水与SPC石塑复合板粘合连接，SPC石塑复合板上设有用于连接相邻两块SPC石塑复合板的锁扣结构，SPC石塑复合板底部复合连接有IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材，瓷砖的厚度为1‑6mm，SPC石塑复合板的厚度为4‑10mm，IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材的厚度为0.5‑2mm，锁扣结构为设置在SPC石塑复合板四侧的凹凸面或者拉槽面，相邻的SPC石塑复合板通过凹凸面或者拉槽面拼接为一体；本发明安装时无需像传统瓷砖一样现场涂抹水泥砂浆，保持了安装环境的清洁，从而不会造成环境污染，且安装简易。

Description

新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板
[技术领域]
本发明涉及瓷砖技术领域，具体地说是一种新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板。
[背景技术]
目前，市场上现有的瓷砖在铺贴时需要使用水泥砂浆在地面上施工，从而在实际操作时，施工比较复杂费力，工作效率低。此外，这种瓷砖安装后，不可随意拆卸，造成了资源的浪费。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，安装时无需像传统瓷砖一样现场涂抹水泥砂浆，保持了安装环境的清洁，从而不会造成环境污染，且安装简易。
为实现上述目的设计一种新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，包括由上至下依次设置的瓷砖1、SPC石塑复合板2、IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3，所述瓷砖1通过胶水4与SPC石塑复合板2粘合连接，所述SPC石塑复合板2上设有用于连接相邻两块SPC石塑复合板2的锁扣结构5，所述SPC石塑复合板2底部复合连接有IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3。
进一步地，所述瓷砖1的厚度为1-6mm，所述SPC石塑复合板2的厚度为4-10mm，所述IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3的厚度为0.5-2mm。
进一步地，所述锁扣结构5为设置在SPC石塑复合板2四侧的凹凸面或者拉槽面，相邻的SPC石塑复合板2通过凹凸面或者拉槽面拼接为一体。
本发明同现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
(1)本发明SPC石塑复合板四边带锁扣，从而安装简易，并且可以随意拆卸，从而可以再次利用；
(2)本发明底部的IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材起到了缓冲效果，使得踩踏时静音,也增加了瓷砖的抗压能力；
(3)本发明安装时候无需像传统瓷砖一样现场涂抹水泥砂浆，保持了安装环境的清洁，不会造成环境污染且安装后清洁简易；
(4)本发明价格不高，安装便捷，不含有甲醛、重金属、邻苯二甲酸酯、甲醇等有害物质，节能又环保。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作以下进一步说明：
如附图1所示，本发明包括：由上至下依次设置的瓷砖1、SPC石塑复合板2、IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3，瓷砖1通过胶水4与SPC石塑复合板2粘合连接，SPC石塑复合板2上设有用于连接相邻两块SPC石塑复合板2的锁扣结构5，SPC石塑复合板2底部复合连接有IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3。
其中，瓷砖1的厚度为1-6mm，SPC石塑复合板2的厚度为4-10mm，IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材3的厚度为0.5-2mm；锁扣结构5为设置在SPC石塑复合板2四侧的凹凸面或者拉槽面，相邻的SPC石塑复合板2通过凹凸面或者拉槽面拼接为一体，且安装和拆卸均非常方便，连接稳定，节能又环保。
本发明所述的新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板的表面是1mm-6mm瓷砖，中间是带四边锁扣(凹凸面或者拉槽面)的SPC层，底部是IXPE层，瓷砖通过胶水与SPC层粘合，SPC层四边带锁扣，底部是IXPE层，该瓷砖+带锁扣SPC层+IXPE层组合为一体构成SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板；其中，SPC是Stone Plastic Composites(石塑复合材料)的缩写，IXPE是聚乙烯发泡片材的简称。
本发明并不受上述实施方式的限制，其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化，均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，其特征在于：包括由上至下依次设置的瓷砖(1)、SPC石塑复合板(2)、IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材(3)，所述瓷砖(1)通过胶水(4)与SPC石塑复合板(2)粘合连接，所述SPC石塑复合板(2)上设有用于连接相邻两块SPC石塑复合板(2)的锁扣结构(5)，所述SPC石塑复合板(2)底部复合连接有IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，其特征在于：所述瓷砖(1)的厚度为1-6mm，所述SPC石塑复合板(2)的厚度为4-10mm，所述IXPE聚乙烯发泡片材(3)的厚度为0.5-2mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的新型SPC锁扣瓷砖复合地板，其特征在于：所述锁扣结构(5)为设置在SPC石塑复合板(2)四侧的凹凸面或者拉槽面，相邻的SPC石塑复合板(2)通过凹凸面或者拉槽面拼接为一体。
