Abstract
一种小区选择的方法和终端,该方法包括:当终端驻留在不支持语音业务的第一网络时,若需要发起或接收语音业务时,所述终端基于电路域交换回落CSFB方式回落至支持语音业务的第二网络;当所述终端与所述第二网络未成功建立语音业务时,所述终端将所述第一网络的位置标识和所述第二网络的位置标识作为一条记录保存到黑名单中,所述黑名单至少包括一条记录;其中,所述黑名单用于所述终端再次执行CSFB时选择第二网络的小区进行驻留。这样,终端再次执行CSFB时利用黑名单选择驻留的小区,能够降低CSFB语音通话的失败概率。
