Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置。本发明的技术方案是:包括导线夹头组件、绝缘杆组件、棘轮手柄组件、验电器组件以及接地线组件,本方案采用穿刺的方法在不破坏绝缘导线绝缘层绝缘性能的前提下实现了架空绝缘导线的接地,且本发明为便携式装置,可根据工作地点在需要装设接地线的位置装设接地线,携带及装、拆灵活方便,极大的提高了工作效率,既解决了任一工作地点接地线的装设,又保证了架空绝缘导线的绝缘性能,减少了固定接地线挂环安装处由于导体裸露处于非绝缘状态造成的人身及电网的安全隐患,同时还减少了固定接地线挂环的安装成本。

一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统安全工具领域,适用于10kV配电网架空绝缘导线接地线装设。
背景技术
为了最大限度的保证人身及电网安全,目前电力系统10kV配电网架空线路绝大多数采用绝缘导线,当需要对架空线路及其所属设备进行维护检修时,根据国家及电力行业相关电力安全规程规定,工作人员在电力设备上工作时,在可能送电到工作地点的各个方向必须装设三相短路接地线,这是保护工作人员在工作地点防止突然来电的可靠安全措施,同时设备断开部分的剩余电荷,亦可因接地而放尽。由于绝缘导线不能直接使用传统的便携式三相短路接地装置装设接地线,现有技术是在架空绝缘导线上按一定距离逐段安装固定的接地线装设挂环,满足接地线装设的需要。
由于现有技术是在架空绝缘导线上按一定距离逐段安装固定的接地线装设挂环,便使得接地线装设挂环处出现裸露点,该处便处于非绝缘状态,对人身及电网运行造成一定的安全隐患,其次是当检修、维护时需要装设接地线的位置附近未安装有固定的接地线装设挂环时,则需要在装设接地线位置最近的接地线装设挂环处装设接地线来满足必要的安全措施,如需要装设接地线的位置与最近的接地线装设挂环距离较远,不仅增加了工作人员的工作量,且由于所装设的接地线与工作地点距离较远,其状态不在工作人员的视线和控制范围内,再则如工作地点附近有临近或交叉跨越的电力线路,则会产生感应电,使其保证工作地点的安全系数大大降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种便携式穿刺接地装置,使其能够解决架空绝缘导线不能在任一位置装设接地线的问题,既能降低人身及电网安全风险,又减轻了工作人员的工作量,同时还减少了固定接地线挂环的安装成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,包括导线夹头组件、绝缘杆组件、棘轮手柄组件、验电器组件以及接地线组件,所述导线夹头组件包括框架以及与框架组成旋转副的正反向丝杠,所述正反向丝杠两侧分别与两个对称的穿刺夹上设置的内螺纹组成螺纹副,所述穿刺夹上设置有检测钉、若干个穿刺钉以及弧形罩,所述正反向丝杠的下端穿过框架并连接有万向联轴器,所述万向联轴器的下端设置有插接头,所述插接头设置在固定环中并与所述固定环组成旋转副,所述固定环与框架之间设置有连杆,所述框架上还设置有接地线挂钩以及接触提示器,所述接触提示器通过导线分别与两个对称的所述穿刺夹上的所述检测钉连接;所述绝缘杆组件包括空心的绝缘管,所述绝缘管内部的两端分别设置有轴套,所述轴套与绝缘传动杆组成旋转副,所述绝缘传动杆的两端分别设置有承插口;所述棘轮手柄组件包括棘轮手柄以及设置在棘轮手柄上的插接头,所述棘轮手柄上还设置有正反向开关;所述验电器组件包括接触电极、报警器以及连接报警器的插接头;所述接地线组件包括导线端线夹、软铜线以及接地极,所述导线端线夹螺杆下端设置有插接头。
优选的,所述弧形罩上对应检测钉、穿刺钉开设有导向孔,所述弧形罩两端设置有伸缩杆,所述弧形罩为绝缘体,所述伸缩杆上套设有弹簧,所述伸缩杆穿插在所述穿刺夹两端带台阶的孔道内弹性伸缩。
优选的,所述承插口内设置有定位槽,设置在各组件中的插接头上设置有与所述定位槽配合的定位珠。
优选的,所述承插口为内六角形承插口,各组件中的插接头均为相同规格的外六角形插接头。
优选的,所述连杆的两端分别开设有椭圆形孔通过螺丝连接框架和固定环。
优选的,所述绝缘管的下部设置有防滑护环。
优选的,所述检测钉设置在所述绝缘套内且固定在所述穿刺夹中部与所述穿刺夹绝缘并通过所述导线与所述接触提示器连接。
优选的,所述接触提示器设置有延时断电开关,所述接触提示器提示音为语音提示,区别于报警器提示音。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下优点,本方案采用穿刺办法在不破坏绝缘导线绝缘层绝缘性能的前提下实现了架空绝缘导线的接地,且本发明为便携式装置,可根据工作地点需要装设接地线的位置装设接地线,携带及装、拆灵活方便,既解决了任一工作地点接地线的装设,又保证了架空绝缘导线的绝缘性能,减少了人身及电网的安全隐患,同时还减少了固定接地线挂环的安装成本。

优选的,所述承插口25为内六角形承插口,设置在各组件中的插接头111均为相同规格的外六角形插接头,六角形的形状比较容易插接且连接效果好,适用于本方案。

本方案的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,当在10kV配电网架空绝缘导线上停电作业需要在可能送电至工作地点各侧装设接地线时,根据接地线装设人员手臂位置与导线夹头组件1安装位置之间的连线与架空绝缘导线形成的夹角(大约45°),通过万向联轴器19调整导线夹头组件1与固定环110之间夹角,使穿刺夹11与绝缘导线处于平行位置后用螺丝114将连杆113压紧,再将导线夹头组件1上的插接头111和棘轮手柄组件3上的插接头插入绝缘杆组件2上的承插口25内,通过插接头111上的定位珠112与承插口25内的定位槽26固定,然后将导线夹头组件1上的上、下穿刺夹11卡在绝缘导线上,顺时针转动棘轮手柄组件3上的把手33,绝缘杆2内的绝缘传动杆24顺时针转动带动万向联轴器19使正反向丝杠15顺时针旋转,与丝杠15组成螺纹副的上、下穿刺夹11便沿正反向丝杠15轴向同向运动,上、下穿刺夹11上设置的穿刺钉14和检测钉118通过弧形罩13上的导向孔刺破绝缘导线的绝缘层进入绝缘导线的导线层,当上、下穿刺夹11上的穿刺钉14和检测钉118接触到绝缘导线的导线层时,上、下检测钉118通过绝缘导线的导线层接通接触提示器117电源使接触提示器117发出穿刺钉14已接触绝缘导线的导线层的提示音,当提示音经延时提示停止后,确认导线夹头1已与绝缘导线的导线层接触良好,将绝缘杆组件2从导线夹头组件1上取下,然后将验电器组件4上的插接头111插入绝缘杆组件2上的承插口25,将接触电极41与接地线挂钩115接触验电,确认无电后将验电器组件4从绝缘杆组件2上取下,将接地线组件5上的插接头111插入绝缘杆组件2上的承插口25,将接地极53插入地下,再将导线端线夹51挂在接地线挂钩115上,顺时针转动棘轮手柄组件3上的把手33,使导线端线夹51夹紧接地线挂钩115后取下绝缘杆组件2即完成架空绝缘导线一相的接地线装设,另两相接地线的装设顺序完全相同;工作结束后拆除接地线装置的顺序与装设顺序相反。
由于本方案采用穿刺办法在不破坏绝缘导线绝缘层绝缘性能的前提下实现了架空绝缘导线的接地,且本发明为便携式装置,可根据工作地点需要装设接地线的位置装设接地线,携带及装、拆灵活方便,既解决了任一工作地点接地线的装设,又保证了架空绝缘导线的绝缘性能,减少了人身及电网的安全隐患,同时还减少了固定接地线挂环的安装成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:包括导线夹头组件、绝缘杆组件、棘轮手柄组件、验电器组件以及接地线组件,所述导线夹头组件包括框架以及与框架组成旋转副的正反向丝杠,所述正反向丝杠两侧分别与两个对称的穿刺夹上设置的内螺纹组成螺纹副,所述穿刺夹上设置有检测钉、若干个穿刺钉以及弧形罩,所述正反向丝杠的下端穿过框架并连接有万向联轴器,所述万向联轴器的下端设置有插接头,所述插接头设置在固定环中并与所述固定环组成旋转副,所述固定环与框架之间设置有连杆,所述框架上还设置有接地线挂钩以及接触提示器,所述接触提示器通过导线分别与两个对称的所述穿刺夹上的所述检测钉连接;所述绝缘杆组件包括空心的绝缘管,所述绝缘管内部的两端分别设置有轴套,所述轴套与绝缘传动杆组成旋转副,所述绝缘传动杆的两端分别设置有承插口;所述棘轮手柄组件包括棘轮手柄以及设置在棘轮手柄上的插接头,所述棘轮手柄上还设置有正反向开关;所述验电器组件包括接触电极、报警器以及连接报警器的插接头;所述接地线组件包括导线端线夹、软铜线以及接地极,所述导线端线夹螺杆下端设置有插接头,所述弧形罩上对应所述检测钉、所述穿刺钉开设有导向孔,所述弧形罩为绝缘体,所述弧形罩两端设置有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆上套设有弹簧,所述伸缩杆穿插在所述穿刺夹两端带台阶的孔道内弹性伸缩,所述弧形罩与所述穿刺夹之间间隙设置为绝缘导线绝缘层最大厚度,所述穿刺钉以及检测钉尖部设置为与所述弧形罩内弧面平齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述承插口内设置有定位槽,设置在各组件中的插接头上设置有与所述定位槽配合的定位珠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述承插口为内六角形承插口,各组件中的插接头均为相同规格的外六角形插接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述连杆的两端分别开设有椭圆形孔通过螺丝连接框架和固定环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘管的下部设置有防滑护环。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述报警器为声光报警器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式架空绝缘导线接地装置,其特征在于:所述接触提示器设置有延时断电开关,所述接触提示器提示音为语音提示。
