Abstract
The application discloses a method and a device for processing orders to be delivered, wherein the first order only comprising standard package goods and the second order only comprising goods single products are obtained by splitting the orders to be delivered of a first category; and determining the corresponding target distributor according to the first order information, and if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the demand capacity of the second order, completing the distribution of the first order and the second order by the target distributor at the same time. The method and the device avoid the problem that the deliverer cannot independently finish the delivery and the delivery due to the fact that the order to be delivered simultaneously comprises the standard package goods and the goods single products, and meanwhile, the target deliverer corresponding to the second order is determined based on the association of the first order and the second order, so that the transportation capacity resources in the system can be saved; and dispatching the distributors only having capacity resources to participate in the distribution link of the second order, thereby further improving the resource utilization rate of the logistics system.
Description

In order to solve the problems, in the goods distribution method based on the standard box, idle storage in a logistics system of a distributor is used as preposed storage of a goods brand or distributor, goods are loaded in the standard box and are stored in a warehouse of the distributor in advance; and generating standard package information according to a goods set borne by a standard box, simultaneously releasing the selling information of the goods single and the selling information of the standard package on a network platform at the same time for a store user to choose through a store terminal so as to generate an order to be delivered, distributing the order to be delivered to a proper distributor by a platform server, and distributing the goods in the order to an order placing store by the proper distributor.
However, in the concrete implementation process, the applicant finds that the above technical solution has at least the following defects, which still reduce the utilization rate of the logistics system, and at the same time, are not favorable for commodity marketing and have poor store experience. First, if the order to be delivered includes both the commodity items and the standard box goods, and the commodity items are not stored in the warehouse of the distributor, the distributor cannot independently complete the delivery and delivery of such order, which will affect the freedom and experience of the shop in purchasing goods and is not favorable for commodity marketing. Secondly, for some distributors with capacity and no warehouse, the capacity resources cannot be scheduled and utilized, thereby reducing the utilization rate of the logistics system of the distributors.

determining the type of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information;
if the order to be delivered belongs to the first category, splitting the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information to obtain first order information and second order information which is associated with the first order information through the delivery address information;
determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information, and determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the correlation between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information;
and respectively sending the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals so that the target distributors complete the distribution of the corresponding first orders and second orders.
Further, the determining the category of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information includes:
judging whether the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods single-item information;
if the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods item information, determining that the order to be delivered belongs to a first category;
and if the goods ordering information is the goods item information, determining that the order to be delivered belongs to a second category.
Further, the method further comprises:
if the order to be delivered belongs to the second category, acquiring a planned delivery task of a delivery provider preset by the delivery address; the planned delivery task comprises a planned delivery address and a planned idle capacity;
determining a target distributor corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders of the second category according to the distance between the planned distribution address and the distribution address of each distributor and whether the planned idle capacity meets the demand capacity corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders;
and sending the order information to be distributed to the corresponding target distributor terminal.

matching the first goods ordering information with the stock information of a distributor preset by the distribution address, and determining the distributor of which the stock information is partially or completely matched with the first goods ordering information;
and selecting a plurality of distributors of which the stock information is partially matched with the first goods ordering information as target distributors corresponding to the first orders according to a preset rule, or selecting one distributor of which the stock information is completely matched with the first goods ordering information as the target distributor corresponding to the first orders.
Further, the determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information includes:

and the sending unit is used for respectively sending the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals so that the target distributors complete the distribution of the corresponding first orders and second orders.

As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the method and the device for processing an order to be delivered provided by this embodiment, the type of the order to be delivered is determined first, and if the order to be delivered belongs to the first type, the order to be delivered is split, so as to obtain first order information only including standard package goods and second order information only including goods items; and then determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order information according to the first order information so that the target distributor completes the shipment and distribution of the first order, and if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order information meets the demand capacity of the second order information, determining that the target distributor corresponding to the first order information also corresponds to the second order information, and completing the distribution of the second order by the target distributor, otherwise, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information. Therefore, the method and the device avoid the problem that the deliverer cannot independently finish shipment and delivery when the to-be-delivered order comprises the standard package goods and the single goods at the same time, and meanwhile, the target deliverer corresponding to the second order is determined based on the association of the first order and the second order, so that the transportation capacity resources in the logistics system can be saved. In addition, the distribution provider only having capacity resources is scheduled to participate in the distribution link of the second order, so that the resource utilization rate of the logistics system is further improved, and the store user experience is improved.

The commodity selling information may be selling information of a single commodity or selling information of standard package information composed of a plurality of single commodities carried by a standard box, such as 6 bags of laundry detergent and 4 bags of washing powder. Therefore, the store user can shop on the network platform based on the commodity single product or based on the standard package. The standard package goods which are stored in a certain amount and are based on the standard boxes are placed in a warehouse of a distributor in advance, and after an order is placed in a store, the platform server appoints the distributor to distribute the order of the store.
It should be noted that, in the technical context of the present application, a distributor may be understood as an organization or an entity that provides goods delivery services. Most distributors have both storage and transportation capabilities, and a few have only storage or only transportation capabilities. In step S142, if there is no distributor whose stock information completely matches the first item order information, the target distributor corresponding to the determined first order is a set of a plurality of distributors whose stock information partially matches the first item order information; on the contrary, if there is at least one distributor whose stock information is completely matched with the first goods ordering information, the distributor is determined to be the target distributor corresponding to the first order.
In this embodiment, the preset rule may be a rule based on the stock information of the distributor and/or the distribution distance and/or the theoretical capacity. For example, the preset rule may be that, if there is no distributor whose stock information completely matches the first item order information, a distributor in a set whose sum of the stock information is completely matched with the first item order information, which is the smallest number, is selected as the target distributor, or a distributor in a set whose sum of the stock information is the smallest sum of the route distances is selected as the target distributor, which is the smallest number, in a set whose sum of the stock information is completely matched with the first item order information. For a scenario where there is at least one distributor whose inventory information and goods order information completely match, if the number of completely matching distributors is one, it is determined that the distributor is a target distributor, and if the number of completely matching distributors is multiple, it is determined that the distributor having the smallest distribution distance is the target distributor.
In addition, a corresponding target distributor can be selected according to whether the transport capacity condition of the distributor can meet the transport capacity requirement of the first order, which all belong to the implementation manners of the technical scheme of the application and are not described herein again.
The delivery distance may be calculated based on the warehouse address information and the delivery address information of the delivery company. The warehouse address information and the delivery address information are sets of indexes representing geographic positions.
In other preferred embodiments of the present application, the target distributor corresponding to the second order is determined according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information, according to the following steps:
in step S143, it is determined whether the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the demand capacity corresponding to the second order information associated with the first order information;
as mentioned above, the capacity of the distributor is realized by the distribution equipment, and the distribution equipment comprises a distribution vehicle and staff. In the commodity logistics system shown in fig. 2, if the distribution equipment of the distributor is in a state of waiting for the source of the commodity or the distribution is not fully loaded in the way, idle transportation occurs. In this application, the planned idle capacity is understood to mean the remaining capacity of the distribution equipment to which the distributor belongs, after removing the capacity required for completing the planned distribution task, in one time unit or in consecutive time units, generally characterized by the amount of cargo that the distribution vehicle can carry, the space or the weight that can accommodate the cargo. For example, a 24-hour time unit in which the planned delivery tasks of the delivery devices include: the first 4 hours (total round trip time) are delivered to the stores on the first delivery route, and the volume of goods ordered by the stores occupies two thirds of the available space of the delivery vehicle; after returning, it takes 5 hours to deliver goods to several stores on the second delivery route, and the volumes of the goods ordered by the several stores enable the delivery vehicles to be fully loaded; after returning, it takes 15 hours to deliver goods to several stores on the third delivery route, and the volume of goods ordered by the several stores occupies three fifths of the storage space of the delivery vehicle; the planned free capacity of the delivery device is the remaining containable space for the first delivery and the remaining containable space for the third delivery. Similarly, the required capacity corresponding to the second order information may be understood as a space or a load of a delivery vehicle required to deliver the goods of the second order, which is calculated based on the second goods order information.
In this embodiment, if the planned idle capacity of the distributor is greater than the required capacity of the second order, it indicates that the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the required capacity corresponding to the second order, otherwise, it does not meet the required capacity.
In step S144, if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the demand capacity corresponding to the second order information, it is determined that the target distributor corresponding to the first order corresponds to the second order at the same time;
at this time, it is stated that the target delivery company corresponding to the first order can deliver the second order to the same delivery address while delivering the first order, thereby saving the transportation resources in the logistics system and improving the utilization rate of the system resources.
In step S145, if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order does not satisfy the demand capacity corresponding to the second order information, the target distributor corresponding to the second order is determined according to the second order information.
In contrast to the situation of step S144, if the target suppliers corresponding to the first order cannot complete the distribution of the second order at the same time, the target suppliers corresponding to the second order need to be determined separately according to the second order information and the transportation capability of each supplier.
It should be noted that, for determining the target distributors corresponding to the second orders, only the transportation capacity of each distributor that can be selected needs to be considered, and of these selectable distributors, the distributor having both warehouse and transportation capacity may be used, or the distributor having transportation capacity resources may be used. And for the second order, the corresponding distributor warehouse or the sorting center warehouse is used for delivering the second order, and the corresponding target distributor completes the distribution task.
It should be further noted that, the required transport capacity corresponding to the second order may be determined according to the goods ordering information in the second order information, and then one distributor may be selected as the target distributor from the distributors whose planned idle transport capacity is greater than the required transport capacity of the second order.
Step S150, respectively sending the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals, so that the target distributors complete distribution of the corresponding first order and second order.
In step S150, the split first order and the split second order may be distributed to corresponding target distributors, and for the target distributor corresponding to the first order, corresponding goods need to be extracted from the warehouse of the target distributor according to the first goods ordering information and distributed to the stores; for the target distributor corresponding to the second order, the target distributor needs to arrive at a specified goods taking place, such as a distributor warehouse or a sorting center warehouse, according to the instruction of the order processing server, acquire the corresponding goods and distribute the goods to the stores. For the case where the first order and the first order correspond to the same target distributor, the target distributor will complete the simultaneous distribution of the first order and the second order by one distribution.
In this embodiment, the "first" and the "second" in the first order and the second order are both used to distinguish the split sub-orders to be delivered.
The method for processing the to-be-delivered order includes determining a category of the to-be-delivered order, splitting the to-be-delivered order if the to-be-delivered order belongs to a first category, and thus obtaining first order information only including standard package goods and second order information only including goods items; and then determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order information according to the first order information so that the target distributor completes the shipment and distribution of the first order, and if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order information meets the demand capacity of the second order information, determining that the target distributor corresponding to the first order information also corresponds to the second order information, and completing the distribution of the second order by the target distributor, otherwise, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information. Therefore, the method and the device avoid the problem that the deliverer cannot independently finish shipment and delivery when the to-be-delivered order comprises the standard package goods and the single goods at the same time, and meanwhile, the target deliverer corresponding to the second order is determined based on the association of the first order and the second order, so that the transportation capacity resources in the logistics system can be saved. In addition, the distribution provider only having capacity resources is scheduled to participate in the distribution link of the second order, so that the resource utilization rate of the logistics system is further improved, and the store user experience is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 5, the second embodiment provides another method for processing an order to be delivered, which includes the following steps:
step S210, receiving order information to be distributed sent by a store terminal; the order information to be delivered comprises goods ordering information and delivery address information;
step S220, determining the type of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information;
step S230, if the order to be delivered belongs to a first category, splitting the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information to obtain first order information and second order information related to the first order information through the delivery address information;
step S240, determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information, and determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information;
step S250, sending the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals, respectively, so that the target distributors complete distribution of the corresponding first order and second order;
step S260, if the order to be delivered belongs to a second category, acquiring a planned delivery task of a delivery provider preset by the delivery address; the planned delivery task comprises a planned delivery address and a planned idle capacity;
step S270, determining a target distributor corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders in the second category according to the distance between the planned distribution address of each distributor and the distribution address and whether the planned idle capacity meets the demand capacity corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders;
and step S280, sending the order information to be distributed to the corresponding target distributor terminal.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in that a method for processing the second category of orders to be delivered is further included. According to the embodiment from step S121 to step S123, the item ordering information of the second category of orders to be delivered is standard package information, that is, the item ordering information of the second category of orders to be delivered is based on the information of the standard box item, which is similar to the first order.
In this embodiment, for the order to be delivered of the second category, the sorting and shipment work is completed by the distributor or a sorting center provided between the distributor and the distributor. Specifically, the order processing server generates sorting information according to the goods ordering information of the second category of the orders to be delivered, and sends the sorting information to the sorting center server, so that the sorting center completes the sorting task of the orders.
In this embodiment, the target distributors corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders of the second category are determined through step S270, and optionally, the distributor with the smallest distance between the planned distribution address and the distribution address of the to-be-distributed order is selected from the distributors whose planned idle capacity meets the required capacity, as the target distributor corresponding to the to-be-distributed order of the second category.
EXAMPLE III
According to the method for processing an order to be delivered, the present embodiment provides a device for processing an order to be delivered, the device being built in or external to an order processing server, and referring to fig. 6, the device includes:
the receiving unit U110 is used for receiving order information to be distributed sent by a store terminal; the order information to be delivered comprises goods ordering information and delivery address information;
the classification unit U120 is used for determining the category of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information;
the first processing unit U130 is configured to split the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information to obtain first order information and second order information associated with the first order information through the delivery address information if the order to be delivered belongs to the first category;
the second processing unit U140 is configured to determine a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information, and determine a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information;
a sending unit U150, configured to send the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals, so that the target distributors complete distribution of the corresponding first orders and second orders.
Preferably, the classification unit U120 specifically includes:
the goods information judging subunit U121 is configured to judge whether the goods ordering information includes standard package information and goods item information;
a classification subunit U122, configured to determine that the order to be delivered belongs to a first category if the item ordering information includes standard package information and item information;
and if the goods ordering information is the goods item information, determining that the order to be delivered belongs to a second category.
Referring to fig. 7, preferably, the apparatus further includes:
the third processing unit U160 is configured to, if the order to be delivered belongs to the second category, obtain a planned delivery task of a delivery provider preset by the delivery address; the planned delivery task comprises a planned delivery address and a planned idle capacity;
the fourth processing unit U170 is configured to determine, according to a distance between a planned delivery address of each distributor and the delivery address and according to whether the planned idle capacity meets a required capacity corresponding to the to-be-delivered order, a target distributor corresponding to the to-be-delivered order in the second category;
and the sending unit U150 is further configured to send the order information to be distributed to a corresponding target distributor terminal.
Preferably, the first order information includes first goods ordering information; the second processing unit U140 specifically includes:
the matching subunit U141 is configured to match the first item ordering information with inventory information of a distributor preset by the distribution address, and determine a distributor whose inventory information is partially or completely matched with the first item ordering information;
the selecting subunit U142 is configured to select, according to a preset rule, multiple distributors whose stock information is partially matched with the first item ordering information as target distributors corresponding to the first order, or select one distributor whose stock information is completely matched with the first item ordering information as a target distributor corresponding to the first order.
Preferably, the second processing unit U140 further includes:
the transport capacity judging subunit U143 is configured to judge whether the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets a required transport capacity corresponding to the second order information associated with the first order information;
a determining subunit U144, configured to determine that the target distributor corresponding to the first order corresponds to the second order at the same time if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the required capacity corresponding to the second order information;
and if the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order does not meet the demand transport capacity corresponding to the second order information, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information.
The method and the device for processing the to-be-delivered order, provided by the embodiment, firstly determine the type of the to-be-delivered order, and split the to-be-delivered order if the to-be-delivered order belongs to a first type, so as to obtain first order information only including standard package goods and second order information only including goods items; and then determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order information according to the first order information so that the target distributor completes the shipment and distribution of the first order, and if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order information meets the demand capacity of the second order information, determining that the target distributor corresponding to the first order information also corresponds to the second order information, and completing the distribution of the second order by the target distributor, otherwise, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information. Therefore, the method and the device avoid the problem that the deliverer cannot independently finish shipment and delivery when the to-be-delivered order comprises the standard package goods and the single goods at the same time, and meanwhile, the target deliverer corresponding to the second order is determined based on the association of the first order and the second order, so that the transportation capacity resources in the logistics system can be saved. In addition, the distribution provider only having capacity resources is scheduled to participate in the distribution link of the second order, so that the resource utilization rate of the logistics system is further improved, and the store user experience is improved.
In a specific implementation, the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a program, and the program may include some or all of the steps in each embodiment of the method for processing an order to be delivered provided by the present invention when executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM) or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the techniques of the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as software plus a required general purpose hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
The same and similar parts in the various embodiments in this specification may be referred to each other. In particular, as for the apparatus embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the description in the method embodiment.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A method for processing an order to be delivered, the method comprising:
receiving order information to be distributed sent by a store terminal; the order information to be delivered comprises goods ordering information and delivery address information;
determining the type of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information; determining the type of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information, wherein the step of determining whether the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods single item information is included; if the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods item information, determining that the order to be delivered belongs to a first category;
if the order to be delivered belongs to the first category, splitting the order to be delivered according to the goods order information to obtain first order information and second order information which is associated with the first order information through the delivery address information, wherein the first order information comprises the first goods order information and the original delivery address information, and the first goods order information only comprises standard package information; the second order information comprises second goods ordering information and original delivery address information, and the second goods ordering information only comprises goods single-item information;
determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information, and determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the correlation between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information;
respectively sending the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals so that the target distributors complete the distribution of the corresponding first orders and second orders;
the determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information includes:
judging whether the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the demand transport capacity corresponding to the second order information associated with the first order information;
if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the required capacity corresponding to the second order information, determining that the target distributor corresponding to the first order corresponds to the second order at the same time;
and if the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order does not meet the demand transport capacity corresponding to the second order information, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the category of the order to be delivered based on the item ordering information further comprises:
and if the goods ordering information is the goods item information, determining that the order to be delivered belongs to a second category.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the order to be delivered belongs to the second category, acquiring a planned delivery task of a delivery provider preset by the delivery address; the planned delivery task comprises a planned delivery address and a planned idle capacity;
determining a target distributor corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders of the second category according to the distance between the planned distribution address and the distribution address of each distributor and whether the planned idle capacity meets the demand capacity corresponding to the to-be-distributed orders;
and sending the order information to be distributed to the corresponding target distributor terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first order information comprises first goods ordering information; the determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information includes:
matching the first goods ordering information with the stock information of a distributor preset by the distribution address, and determining the distributor of which the stock information is partially or completely matched with the first goods ordering information;
and selecting a plurality of distributors of which the stock information is partially matched with the first goods ordering information as target distributors corresponding to the first orders according to a preset rule, or selecting one distributor of which the stock information is completely matched with the first goods ordering information as the target distributor corresponding to the first orders.
5. A processing apparatus for orders to be dispensed, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving order information to be distributed sent by the store terminal; the order information to be delivered comprises goods ordering information and delivery address information;
the classification unit is used for determining the category of the order to be delivered according to the goods ordering information; the classification unit specifically comprises a goods information judgment subunit, which is used for judging whether the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods single-item information; the classification subunit is used for determining that the order to be distributed belongs to a first category if the goods ordering information comprises standard package information and goods item information;
the first processing unit is used for splitting the order to be delivered according to the goods order information to obtain first order information and second order information which is associated with the first order information through the delivery address information if the order to be delivered belongs to a first category, wherein the first order information comprises the first goods order information and the original delivery address information, and the first goods order information only comprises standard package information; the second order information comprises second goods ordering information and original delivery address information, and the second goods ordering information only comprises goods single-item information;
the second processing unit is used for determining a target distributor corresponding to the first order according to the first order information and the distributor inventory information, and determining a target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the association between the second order information and the first order information or the second order information;
a sending unit, configured to send the first order information and the second order information to corresponding target distributor terminals, respectively, so that the target distributors complete distribution of the corresponding first orders and second orders;
the second processing unit further comprises:
the transport capacity judging subunit is used for judging whether the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the required transport capacity corresponding to the second order information associated with the first order;
the determining subunit is configured to determine that the target distributor corresponding to the first order corresponds to the second order at the same time if the planned idle capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order meets the demand capacity corresponding to the second order information;
and if the planned idle transport capacity of the target distributor corresponding to the first order does not meet the demand transport capacity corresponding to the second order information, determining the target distributor corresponding to the second order according to the second order information.
