determining a distribution mode of the meal order to be distributed based on the user information and/or the historical order information; wherein, the distribution mode comprises common distribution and non-contact distribution.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the meal box determining module 320 is further adapted to:
identifying package information in a to-be-dispensed meal order; the package information comprises the number of packages and the number of food items included in each package;
and judging the lunch box information required by the catering order to be distributed according to the package information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the meal box determining module 320 is further adapted to:
judging at least one type of lunch boxes required by the meal order to be distributed according to the quantity of the meal items included in each set of meal;
and determining the number of each lunch box type according to the number of the packages.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the meal box determining module 320 is further adapted to:
obtaining internal space information of a plurality of preset distribution boxes;
and selecting matched distribution boxes from the preset distribution boxes according to the types of the lunch boxes, the number of the types of the lunch boxes and the internal space information of the preset distribution boxes required by the order to be distributed.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the meal box determining module 320 is further adapted to:
counting the occupied volume of the lunch boxes according to the types of the lunch boxes required by the order to be prepared and the number of the types of the lunch boxes;
and selecting matched distribution boxes from the preset distribution boxes according to the internal space information and the occupied volume of the preset distribution boxes.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the processing system of the food order may further include a location selecting module 360;
a location selection module 360 adapted to determine racks on which the delivery boxes can be placed based on a target delivery address of the meal order to be delivered;
acquiring structural characteristic information of the rack;
and determining the recommended placement position of the delivery box on the rack according to the user information of the target delivery user and the structural characteristic information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the catering order to be prepared is obtained, the distribution box matched with the catering order is configured by judging the needed lunch box information, so that the distribution box can be rapidly selected, the distribution box matched with the catering order to be prepared is intelligently matched, and the convenience of distribution is improved while resources are saved.
Furthermore, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention matches the distribution box with the appropriate size of the catering order according to the type and the number of the lunch boxes required by the catering order and the internal space information of the preset distribution box, so that not only can a smaller distribution box be selected to avoid resource waste when the number of the lunch boxes required by the catering order is small, but also a larger distribution box can be selected to avoid the problem of inconvenient distribution caused by a plurality of distribution boxes when the number of the lunch boxes required by the catering order is large.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is further provided, where a computer program is stored in the storage medium, where the computer program is configured to execute the method for processing a food order according to any one of the above embodiments when running.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided an electronic apparatus, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program to perform the method for processing a food order according to any one of the above embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that the specific working processes of the above-described systems, devices, modules and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and for the sake of brevity, further description is omitted here.
In addition, the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be physically independent of each other, two or more functional units may be integrated together, or all the functional units may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated functional units may be implemented in the form of hardware, or in the form of software or firmware.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the integrated functional units, if implemented in software and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computing device (e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention when the instructions are executed. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: u disk, removable hard disk, Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program code.
Alternatively, all or part of the steps of implementing the foregoing method embodiments may be implemented by hardware (such as a computing device, e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device) associated with program instructions, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the program instructions are executed by a processor of the computing device, the computing device executes all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A processing method of a catering order is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a to-be-dispensed food and drink order;
judging the lunch box information required by the catering order to be distributed;
and configuring a matched distribution box for the catering order to be distributed according to the lunch box information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the order for the meal to be dispensed, further comprising:
when the catering order to be distributed is judged to be one, at least one matched catering order which has the same target distribution address and/or the same target distribution user as the catering order to be distributed is obtained from other catering orders; combining the matched catering orders into the catering orders to be distributed so as to determine the required lunch box information;
and when the catering orders to be distributed are judged to be multiple, the catering orders to be distributed with the same target distribution address and/or the same target distribution user are selected from the multiple catering orders to determine the needed meal box information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the order for the meal to be dispensed, further comprising:
acquiring user information of a target delivery user of the meal order to be delivered and/or historical order information of the target delivery user;
determining a delivery mode of the meal and drink order to be delivered based on the user information and/or the historical order information; wherein the distribution mode comprises common distribution and non-contact distribution.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said determining meal box information required for said catering order to be dispatched comprises:
identifying package information in the order of the food and drink to be dispensed; the package information comprises the number of packages and the number of food items included in each package;
and judging the lunch box information required by the catering order to be distributed according to the package information.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the determining the meal box information required for the catering order to be delivered according to the package information comprises:
judging at least one type of lunch boxes required by the to-be-distributed meal order according to the quantity of the meal items included in each set of meal;
and determining the number of each type of lunch box according to the number of the set meal.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein configuring a matching distribution box for the catering order to be distributed according to the meal box information comprises:
obtaining internal space information of a plurality of preset distribution boxes;
and selecting matched distribution boxes from the preset distribution boxes according to the types of the meal boxes required by the order to be distributed, the number of the types of the meal boxes and the internal space information of the preset distribution boxes.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the selecting out the matched distribution boxes from the preset distribution boxes according to the types of lunch boxes, the number of types of lunch boxes and the internal space information of the preset distribution boxes required by the catering order to be distributed comprises:
counting the occupied volume of the lunch boxes according to the type of the lunch boxes required by the order to be prepared and the number of the types of the lunch boxes;
and selecting matched distribution boxes from the preset distribution boxes according to the internal space information of the preset distribution boxes and the occupied volume.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after configuring the matched distribution box for the catering order to be distributed according to the meal box information, the method further comprises:
determining a rack on which the delivery box can be placed based on a target delivery address of the meal and drink order to be delivered;
acquiring structural characteristic information of the rack;
and determining the recommended placement position of the delivery box on the rack according to the user information of the target delivery user and the structural characteristic information.
9. A system for processing a food order, comprising:
the order acquisition module is suitable for acquiring a to-be-distributed catering order;
the meal box determining module is suitable for judging meal box information required by the catering order to be distributed;
and the distribution box selection module is suitable for configuring a matched distribution box for the catering order to be distributed according to the lunch box information.
10. A storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the method of processing a food order according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program to perform the method of processing a meal order according to any of claims 1 to 8.
