the command dispatching center adopts a cascade management architecture of a multi-level center according to the mechanism setting of a user, namely an overall command center and a sub command center; the total command center is a command and control center of the whole comprehensive emergency command and dispatch system service, and has the highest management and dispatch authority; the sub command center is authorized by the general command center to control and manage the jurisdiction of the sub command center; the sub command centers cannot access the total command center in an override way, and the sub command centers cannot access in a peer way;
the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch platform is a core of the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch system, is deployed in the general command center, one end of the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch platform receives a dangerous signal sent by the multifunctional three-proofing mask through the interface gateway, and the other end of the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch platform is in data butt joint with the third-party emergency platform through an SDK (software development kit) to feed back an emergency plan; the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch platform is responsible for unified access, centralized management and integrated linkage of information; unified scheduling and linkage control are realized;
the storage system is a storage platform supporting voice, video, short messages and message multi-service based on an IP network, realizes the functions of storing, inquiring, downloading and playing various media, and supports the realization of the call of the media processing function through a standard API;
the interface gateway adopts an IP technology and is in butt joint with a main control box in the multifunctional three-proofing mask, so that passive receiving and active acquisition of data are realized; the information is timely transmitted to an overall command center, and intelligent linkage and quick response to various information are realized by the overall command center;
the third party emergency platform comprises medical emergency centers, traffic management centers and fire rescue centers which are distributed at all places.

The comprehensive emergency command and dispatch system based on the multifunctional three-proofing mask according to claim 1, wherein the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch system comprises the following components: the communication module has three modes of face-to-face communication, intra-group communication and upper and lower communication; the three modes have set priority, the priority of the upper and lower calls is highest, the face-to-face call is the next, the call in the group is the last, and the three modes are switched through buttons; the intra-group call distance is within 50 meters, so that the communication is stable and the anti-interference capability is strong; the upper and lower-level communication distance can reach uninterrupted communication within 10000 meters, the communication is clear, and the anti-interference capability is strong; in addition, the call priority sets the priority level by itself in the system setting.
