本发明专利公开了一种旗形隐式合页，它包括门框半页、门扇半合页、合页芯轴、钢珠、堵头螺丝和装饰垫片等部份组成。所述门框半合页和门扇半合页端头卷圆部均设有螺纹轴孔内设有两只堵头螺丝，通过调节堵头螺丝可以调节合页的轴向尺寸。门框半合页下端头卷圆的腹部设计成钩形让位槽口，钩形让位槽口为门扇盖边让位，使门扇开启角度增大。在合页芯轴的两端设有钢珠，门扇半合页通过合页芯轴插接在门框半合页上，门框半合页和门扇半合页插接的中间部住设有一装饰垫片组成合页组件。本发明专利的优点是：相比明合页由于隐藏在门扇里边，防破坏能力方面较明合页要好，开启灵活轻松，承载能力等同明合页。

(一)技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种隐形合页，属于五金类产品。
(二)背景技术
合页是门产品的主要零部件，其有外装明合页和隐式内装合页等之分，明合页由于转轴置于门扇和门框外侧，容易被破坏从门扇铰链边撬开门，而且影响门的整体外观美感。故对于安全入户防撬门，防撬和美观尤其重要。另外，现有的暗铰链均藏于门框内，转动臂长结构松散刚性差，影响承载能力。本专利旗形隐式合页与明合页相比门扇整体外观美观承载能力强，而且制造成本较低。
(三)发明内容
本发明专利要解决的技术问题是提供一种承载能力强、成本低且美观的一种旗形隐式合页。
以下是本发明专利所采取的技术方案：
旗形隐式合页，它包括门框半页、门扇半合页、合页芯轴、钢珠、堵头螺丝和装饰垫片等部份组成。所述门框半合页和门扇半合页端头卷圆部均设有螺纹轴孔内设有两只堵头螺丝，通过调节堵头螺丝可以调节合页的轴向尺寸。门框半合页下端头卷圆的腹部设计成钩形让位槽口，钩形让位槽口为门扇盖边让位，当门扇开启时，门扇盖边的侧边缘转入门框半合页腹部钩形让位槽口，使门扇开启角度增大。在合页芯轴的两端设有钢珠，门扇半合页通过合页芯轴插接在门框半合页上，门框半合页和门扇半合页插接的中间部住设有一装饰垫片组成合页组件。
本发明专利的优点是：相比明合页由于隐藏在门扇里边，从外观美观和对门扇的防破坏能力方面较明合页要好，而且制造成本较低于明合页，明合页由于外露安装，表面电镀成本非常高，容易被破坏从门扇铰链边撬开门，开启灵活轻松，承载能力等同明合页。

(五)具体实施例
参照附图1-图4，旗形隐式合页，它包括门框半页(1)、门扇半合页(2)、合页芯轴(3)、钢珠(4)、堵头螺丝(5)和装饰垫片(6)等部份组成。门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)端头卷圆部均设计为螺纹轴孔(1-1)和(2-1)，用来安装调节堵头螺丝(5)，通过调节堵头螺丝(5)可以调节两半合页的轴向位置尺寸。在门框半合页(1)下端头卷圆的腹部设计成钩形让位槽口(1-2)，当门扇开启时，门扇盖边的侧边缘转入门框半合页腹部钩形让位槽口，使门扇开启角度增大。在合页芯轴(3)的两端设有设计凹孔(3-1)用来安放钢珠(4)，在合页芯轴(3)的外圆设有螺旋油槽(3-2)以润滑门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)的轴孔，合页芯轴(3)两端钢珠(4)减少门扇转动时摩擦力可使门扇开启灵活轻松。门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)通过合页芯轴插接，在门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)插接的中间部住设有一装饰垫片(6)组成合页组件。

1.旗形隐式合页，它包括门框半页(1)、门扇半合页(2)、合页芯轴(3)、钢珠(4)、堵头螺丝(5)和装饰垫片(6)部份组成，其特征是：门框半合页(1)和门扇半合(2)的端头卷圆部均设有螺纹轴孔(1-1)和(2-1)，门框半合页(1)下端头卷圆的腹部设计成钩形让位槽口(1-2)，在门框半合页(1)和门扇半合(2)的端头螺纹轴孔(1-1)和(2-1)设有两只堵头螺丝(5)，在合页芯轴(3)的两端设有钢珠(4)，门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)通过合页芯轴(3)插接，在门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)插接的中间部设有一装饰垫片(6)组成合页组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旗形隐式合页，其特征是：所述合页芯轴(3)两端设有凹孔(3-1)用来安放钢珠(4)，在合页芯轴(3)的外圆设有螺旋油槽(3-2)以润滑门框半合页(1)和门扇半合页(2)的轴孔。
