At present, the production methods of the artificial board with the synchronous grain decoration surface on the market mainly comprise two methods: firstly, the clamp or the backer is manufactured manually for positioning to realize synchronous pressing and pasting, the clamp or the backer needs to be made in advance, the production efficiency is low, and the clamp or the backer can be worn and displaced after long-time use to influence the line accuracy; and secondly, synchronous pressing and pasting are realized through a three-point positioning camera shooting technology and a positioning image computer processing technology which are carried by imported equipment, and the method is high in production efficiency and grain aligning precision, large in investment and low in cost performance. However, both methods are not well suited for the lamination of wood-crossing decorative sheets, so the inventors invented the following manufacturing method according to wood-crossing decorative sheets, which includes the following processing steps:
A. the fiber film coiled material is uncoiled and placed on a feeding roller of an automatic slicing machine, the machine speed and the cutting length are set, the machine is started to automatically cut, the cut fiber films 13 are orderly stacked on a wood frame and packaged by plastic films, and the size of the fiber films 13 is 2500 x 1260mm in the process.
B. The steel template is installed on the hot press heat-conducting plate, the demolding cloth, the silica gel pad, the backing plate and the blanket cloth are sequentially arranged on the lower heat-conducting plate from top to bottom, the infrared generator is installed on the plate inlet end frames on two sides of the lower heat-conducting plate, and the infrared synchronous pattern aligning device is installed. Meanwhile, the carved texture of the steel template is consistent with the decorative paper 12, and the long edge is provided with a corresponding cross mark, so that the steel template must be boiled and cleaned before use, and the plate sticking during pressing is prevented.
C. Pre-pressing and positioning, placing a medium density fiberboard on the demolding cloth to press and attach, printing the cross mark of the steel molding board on the medium density fiberboard, adjusting an infrared generator to enable the infrared cross point to be superposed with the cross grain alignment mark on the medium density fiberboard and then fixing the medium density fiberboard.
D. Assembling the materials, sequentially paving the fiber film 13, the balance paper 11 and the decorative paper 12 on a medium density fiberboard, feeding the medium density fiberboard into a hot press, drawing out the medium density fiberboard, and adjusting the position of the decorative paper 12 to enable a cross grain mark one on the decorative paper 12 to coincide with an infrared intersection.
E. Setting a required pressing and pasting process, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the finished product of the wood-crossing decorative sheet, wherein the pressing and pasting process comprises the following steps: the working pressure is 18MPa, the working temperature is 170 ℃, and the hot pressing time is 45S.
F. The resulting wooded decorative veneer was demolded from the steel plate and stacked face-to-face on a pre-prepared wooden frame measuring 2630 x 1280 mm.
Preferably, the infrared generator in step B comprises a fixing bracket and an infrared generator main body, the fixing bracket is mounted on the plate feeding end, the infrared generator main body is mounted on the fixing bracket, and the fixing bracket is provided with a directional valve capable of adjusting the position of infrared rays in a vertical, horizontal and left-right direction.
Preferably, the surface of the release cloth in the step B is provided with a Teflon coating, and the backing plate is an 18mm medium-density fiberboard. Further, the thickness ratio of the release cloth, the silica gel pad, the backing plate and the carpet cloth in the embodiment is 0.03: 0.5: 1.8: 1, and their length and width are 2510 x 1310 mm. The use of the above-mentioned auxiliary production materials in step B has the following advantages: the blanket cloth prevents the base plate from directly contacting with the lower heat conducting plate, and effectively prevents the base plate from deforming and shifting; the backing plate is required to be intact when in use, so that the pressing quality is prevented from being influenced by the problem of the backing plate; the silica gel pad plays a role in increasing the buffering effect, and can effectively improve the quality of the pressed surface; the demolding cloth is used for reducing friction force, preventing plates from being stuck and facilitating demolding. In addition, in actual use, the silica gel pad and the demolding cloth can resist the high temperature of 200 ℃, so that the silica gel pad and the demolding cloth are prevented from being damaged in use, and the production is prevented from being delayed.
Preferably, the balance paper 11 and the decorative paper 12 in the step D are both adhesive film paper impregnated with modified melamine resin, the mass ratio of formaldehyde to melamine in the modified melamine resin is 1:2, and the addition amount of the antibacterial mildew preventive in the modified melamine resin is 0.5-0.75% of the mass of the modified melamine resin.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the medium density fiberboard used has a size of 2460 × 1250 × 1 mm. Further, the antibacterial and mildewproof agent adopted in the embodiment is an antibacterial and mildewproof material manufactured by an aqueous technical formula, and the antibacterial and mildewproof agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 4-8 parts of organic thiazole, 2-5 parts of phenols and 10-15 parts of water.
The results of comparing the physical and chemical properties of the wood-crossing decorative sheet produced by the examples with those of other decorative sheets on the market are shown in the following table 1:

as can be seen from table 1, the wood-crossing decorative sheet manufactured by the invention has better appearance quality, wear resistance, scratch resistance, weather resistance and environmental protection than the decorative sheet on the veneer, has good flame retardant effect and antibacterial and mildewproof functions, and can be widely applied to various decorative places, so that the wood-crossing decorative sheet provided by the invention is particularly suitable for wide popularization and application.

C. placing a medium density fiberboard on the demoulding cloth to press and paste, printing the cross mark of the steel template on the medium density fiberboard, adjusting an infrared generator to enable the infrared cross point to coincide with the cross grain-aligning mark on the medium density fiberboard and then fixing the medium density fiberboard;
D. sequentially paving a fiber film (13), balance paper (11) and decorative paper (12) on a medium density fiberboard and feeding the medium density fiberboard into a hot press, drawing out the medium density fiberboard, and adjusting the position of the decorative paper (12) to enable a cross grain mark one on the decorative paper (12) to coincide with an infrared intersection;
E. setting a required pressing and pasting process and carrying out hot pressing to form the wood-crossing decorative sheet;
F. and demolding the formed wood-crossing decorative sheet from the steel plate, and stacking the wood-crossing decorative sheet on a prepared wood frame.
