Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,包括底料涂层、中层涂层和面料涂层,所述底料涂层施涂于建筑物外墙腻子的基层面上,所述底料涂层上涂有中层涂层,所述中层涂层上涂有面料涂层,其中面料涂层可由砂壁状涂料层和透明罩面涂料层替换。包括三层,底料涂层、中层涂层和面料涂层,利用中层涂料具有较高蓄热系数和热稳定性,把面层涂料未反射的太阳光热量和室内向室外传递的热量全部蓄存在中层涂料中,做到既夏季隔热又冬季蓄热保温,底层涂料,施涂于建筑物外墙腻子的基层面上,起抗碱封闭、基层固化、增加粘结强度和辅助保温隔热作用,面层涂料,施涂于中层涂料面上,具有较高的太阳光反射比和半球发射率,起隔热保温、装饰和保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑节能技术领域,具体为一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料。
背景技术
建筑能耗占我国社会总能耗的30%以上,实行建筑节能是我国经济可持续发展的一项基本国策,国家住建部已要求全国城镇新建建筑设计和施工阶段执行节能强制性标准平均达到100%,我国夏热冬冷地区建筑节能的技术路线由过去只考虑冬季保温忽视夏季隔热的技术路线向重点考虑夏季隔热适当兼顾冬季保温的技术路线转变。
现在市面上通常对外墙进行粘贴保温板,但保温板强度差,装饰时钉钉子易开裂和钉不稳,占用室内空间和中间隔墙热桥部位平面有高出50-80㎜台阶,粘贴瓷片易脱落,发泡聚苯保温板存在防火安全隐患,同时夏季不隔热,鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有只是用保温板而带来的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,包括底料涂层、中层涂层和面料涂层,所述底料涂层施涂于建筑物外墙腻子的基层面上,所述底料涂层上涂有中层涂层,所述中层涂层上涂有面料涂层,其中面料涂层可由砂壁状涂料层和透明罩面涂料层替换。
优选的,所述底料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:400~600㎏、分散剂:2~10㎏、润湿剂:1~5㎏、消泡剂:1~5㎏、防腐剂:10~25㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~20㎏、纳米硅基氧化物:50~150㎏、超细硅酸铝:50~150㎏、底漆乳液:200~350㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏。
优选的,所述中层涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:5~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~10㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~30㎏、中空玻璃微球:50~150㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、多孔纳米陶瓷:25~100㎏、弹性乳液:300~600㎏、增稠剂:1~3㎏。
优选的,所述面料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:10~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~8㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:20~40㎏、金红石钛白粉:100~200㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、云母粉:25~100㎏、纳米远红外反射材料:25~50㎏、纳米陶瓷:25~75㎏、纳米稀土金属氧化物15~40㎏、纯丙乳液:300~500㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏、氟硅助剂:40~80㎏、隔热色浆:根据所需颜色调色。
优选的,所述砂壁状涂料层是由以下组分构成:水:80~150㎏加羟乙基纤维素2㎏充分搅拌溶解、消泡剂:1~8㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~20㎏、成膜助剂:2~5㎏、真石漆乳液:50~75㎏、彩色石英砂:300~400㎏、中层涂料:400~500㎏、有色面层涂料:50~100㎏。
优选的,所述透明罩面涂料层由以下组分构成:水:500~650㎏、分散剂:0.5~2㎏、润湿剂:0.1~0.5㎏、消泡剂:1~5㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~20㎏、成膜助剂:10~20㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):15~50㎏、纳米稀土金属氧化物(YO)15~50㎏、纯丙乳液:300~450㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏、氟硅助剂:40~80㎏。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该建筑隔热保温复层涂料包括三层,底料涂层、中层涂层和面料涂层,利用中层涂料具有较高蓄热系数和热稳定性,把面层涂料未反射的太阳光热量和室内向室外传递的热量全部蓄存在中层涂料中,做到既夏季隔热又冬季蓄热保温,底层涂料,施涂于建筑物外墙腻子的基层面上,起抗碱封闭、基层固化、增加粘结强度和辅助保温隔热作用,面层涂料,施涂于中层涂料面上,具有较高的太阳光反射比和半球发射率,起隔热保温、装饰和保护作用。

其中,建筑隔热保温复层涂料在夏热冬冷地区使用时,将建筑隔热保温复层涂料的底料涂层涂抹在涂抹有墙体轻质硅砂保温抹灰材料层和柔性腻子层的基层墙体表面;
底料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:400~600㎏、分散剂:2~10㎏、润湿剂:1~5㎏、消泡剂:1~5㎏、防腐剂:10~25㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~20㎏、纳米硅基氧化物:50~150㎏、超细硅酸铝:50~150㎏、底漆乳液:200~350㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏;中层涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:5~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~10㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~30㎏、中空玻璃微球:50~150㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、多孔纳米陶瓷:25~100㎏、弹性乳液:300~600㎏、增稠剂:1~3㎏;面料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:10~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~8㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:20~40㎏、金红石钛白粉:100~200㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、云母粉:25~100㎏、纳米远红外反射材料:25~50㎏、纳米陶瓷:25~75㎏、纳米稀土金属氧化物15~40㎏、纯丙乳液:300~500㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏、氟硅助剂:40~80㎏、隔热色浆:根据所需颜色调色。

一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,包括底料涂层、中层涂层和面料涂层,所述底料涂层施涂于建筑物外墙腻子的基层面上,所述底料涂层上涂有中层涂层,所述中层涂层上涂有面料涂层,其中面料涂层可由砂壁状涂料层和透明罩面涂料层替换。
建筑隔热保温复层涂料在寒冷地区使用时,将建筑隔热保温复层涂料涂抹在墙体上,墙体包含有墙体轻质硅砂保温抹灰材料层,且其涂抹在基层墙体的内侧,基层墙体的外侧涂抹有墙体轻质硅砂保温抹灰材料层,墙体轻质硅砂保温抹灰材料层外侧涂抹有柔性腻子层,在柔性腻子层外侧涂有建筑隔热保温复层涂料,且其配料与配比与实施例一中的相同

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,其特征在于:所述底料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:400~600㎏、分散剂:2~10㎏、润湿剂:1~5㎏、消泡剂:1~5㎏、防腐剂:10~25㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~20㎏、纳米硅基氧化物:50~150㎏、超细硅酸铝:50~150㎏、底漆乳液:200~350㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,其特征在于:所述中层涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:5~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~10㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:10~30㎏、中空玻璃微球:50~150㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、多孔纳米陶瓷:25~100㎏、弹性乳液:300~600㎏、增稠剂:1~3㎏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,其特征在于:所述面料涂层是由以下组分构成:水:200~400㎏、分散剂:10~25㎏、润湿剂:5~15㎏、消泡剂:1~8㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~25㎏、成膜助剂:20~40㎏、金红石钛白粉:100~200㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):50~150㎏、云母粉:25~100㎏、纳米远红外反射材料:25~50㎏、纳米陶瓷:25~75㎏、纳米稀土金属氧化物15~40㎏、纯丙乳液:300~500㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏、氟硅助剂:40~80㎏、隔热色浆:根据所需颜色调色。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑隔热保温复层涂料,其特征在于:所述透明罩面涂料层由以下组分构成:水:500~650㎏、分散剂:0.5~2㎏、润湿剂:0.1~0.5㎏、消泡剂:1~5㎏、防腐剂:1~5㎏、中和剂:1~5㎏、防冻剂:10~20㎏、成膜助剂:10~20㎏、纳米硅基氧化物(SiO):15~50㎏、纳米稀土金属氧化物(YO)15~50㎏、纯丙乳液:300~450㎏、增稠剂:1~5㎏、氟硅助剂:40~80㎏。
