本发明涉及镁铝钛砖领域,特别涉及一种隔热保温性能好的镁铝钛砖。
背景技术
近些年,随着铜冶炼工艺技术的发展,尤其火法炼铜工艺的进步及产能的扩大,对铜冶炼炉用耐火材料的要求也越来越苛刻。镁铬系耐火材料因其高强度和良好的抗侵蚀渗透性,在铜冶炼炉上得到广泛地使用,但使用后存在六价铬离子的污染问题,不符合目前国家环保的要求,且我国的铬铁矿资源匮乏。因此,加速开发、研制及应用无铬碱性耐火材料成为必然的趋势。针对这种情况,中国专利号CN103011855A提出一种铜冶炼炉用镁铝钛砖,具有优良的烧结性能、热震稳定性、抗侵蚀和防渗透性,可以取代铜冶炼炉用镁铬质耐火材料,避免Cr6+对环境造成的污染,但是其保温性能不佳,为冶炼炉的冶炼加工带来影响。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种隔热保温性能好的镁铝钛砖,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热保温性能好的镁铝钛砖,其特征在于:采用如下质量分数的原料制成:环氧树脂25份、乙二醇25份、电熔尖晶石100份、电熔镁砂100份、烧结镁砂100份、二氧化钛细粉15份、氧化铝细粉15份、黏土50份、滑石粉5份、分散剂5份、膨胀剂5份、消沫剂5份、水50份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热保温性能好的镁铝钛砖,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
S1、称量:将环氧树脂5份、乙二醇5份、电熔尖晶石20份、电熔镁砂20份、烧结镁砂20份、二氧化钛细粉3份、氧化铝细粉3份、黏土10份、滑石粉1份、分散剂1份、膨胀剂1份、消沫剂1份、水10份以的比例称取所需要的原料;
S2、将原料注入混料设备,搅拌混料1.5小时,使原料混合均匀制成混合物料;
S3、将混合物料注入模具制成砖坯,注料的同时启用振动装置对模具进行震动,使砖坯介质均匀;
S4、通过压实设备对模具内部的砖坯进行压实;
S5、干燥24小时后,经1600℃高温烧制成镁铝钛砖。
