Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic tablet half-cutting mechanism which comprises a dumping mechanism, a frame, a movable baffle mechanism and a blade cutting mechanism. The frame is constrained to the tilting mechanism by a hinge and is axially constrained so that the frame can rotate about an axis under control. The frame is provided with a groove and a guide rail. The blade cutting mechanism consists of a blade lifting mechanism and a blade, the blade lifting mechanism is fixed on the frame, the blade is installed on the blade lifting mechanism, and the blade rotates along with the blade lifting mechanism to realize vertical translation. The dumping mechanism is a servo motor, an output shaft of the servo motor can drive the frame to be connected, and tablets in the frame can be dumped through overturning of the frame. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effect of high automation, and can be used as a module and integrated in related automation equipment besides being used independently.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device special for making medicines into special physical or administration shapes, in particular to an automatic tablet cutting mechanism (hereinafter referred to as an automatic tablet cutting mechanism).
Background
Among people who need to take medicines, a large number of patients with inconvenient actions, old people with poor memory and other members with poor self-care capability exist. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to meet the requirement of an automatic medicine cutting mechanism and design a mechanical device which can cut tablets without manual intervention and has a time-sharing taking function.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is an automatic tablet half-cutting mechanism which comprises four parts, namely a dumping mechanism 1, a frame 2, a movable baffle mechanism and a blade cutting mechanism 13.
The frame 2 is constrained to the tilting mechanism 1 by means of hinges and is constrained axially so that the frame 2 can pivot under control. The frame 2 is provided with a groove 12 and a guide rail 9, the movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 passes through the groove 12 and is fixed on the frame 2, the movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 is fixed with the movable baffle translation mechanism 8, and the movable baffle translation mechanism 8 is fixed on the guide rail 9 on the frame 2, so that the movable baffle translation mechanism 8 can perform translation in one direction along the guide rail 9. The blade cutting mechanism 13 is composed of a blade lifting mechanism 3 and a blade 4, the blade lifting mechanism 3 is fixed on the frame 2, the blade 4 is installed on the blade lifting mechanism 3, and the blade 4 rotates along with the blade lifting mechanism 3 to realize vertical translation.

The automatic medicine cutting mechanism comprises a dumping mechanism 1, a frame 2, a movable baffle mechanism and a blade cutting mechanism 13. The frame 2 is hinged to the tilting mechanism 1 and is constrained axially so that the frame 2 can pivot under control. The frame 2 is provided with a groove 12 and a guide rail 9, the movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 is fixed on the frame 2 through the groove 12 and is fixed with the movable baffle translation mechanism 8, and the movable baffle translation mechanism 8 is fixed on the guide rail 9 on the frame 2, so that the movable baffle translation mechanism 8 can perform translation in one direction along the guide rail 9. the output end of the temporary storage branch is provided with an openable door 6. The movable baffle mechanism consists of a movable baffle 14, a movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 and a movable baffle translation mechanism 8. The movable baffle plate 14 is hinged on the movable baffle plate rotating mechanism 7. The movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 is a small servo motor and drives the movable baffle to rotate. The movable baffle plate translation mechanism 8 is a gear and rack transmission mechanism, and a gear is driven by a servo motor to realize the translation of the rack plate 15. The movable baffle translation mechanism 8 drives the movable baffle 14 to translate towards the direction far away from the blade 4, and the space required by the up-and-down translation of the blade 4 is avoided. The blade 4 is driven by the blade lifting mechanism 3 to translate downwards to cut the tablet into two halves.
The tilting mechanism 1 adjusts the frame 2 to an inclined position. The movable baffle rotating mechanism 7 adjusts the movable baffle 14 to enable the two half-cut tablets to enter the medicine outlet branch and the temporary storage branch respectively. Wherein, the medicine outlet branch circuit directly outputs tablets, and the temporary storage branch circuit outputs tablets when half tablets are needed again under the control of the opening and closing door 6.
