Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steelmaking, in particular to a tundish dry material mould and an explosion-proof ignition device thereof.
Background
The tundish dry material is a main body refractory material of a tundish working layer for continuous casting at home and abroad at present, and is characterized by bulk material shape, convenient construction, and certain strength formed by solidification after heating, so that the tundish dry material needs to be pre-baked for 2-3 hours after construction is finished and can be demoulded. At present, the nozzle of the domestic tundish dry material mould is connected to the dry material mould through anchors, the nozzle is positioned in an inner hole of the mould, the dry material mould is a closed trapezoid steel structure body, and 2-5 nozzles on the normal dry material mould need to be ignited one by one.
The applicant found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems: after the gas valve is opened, all the burners need to be ignited quickly, otherwise, part of gas is easy to remain in the mould; if ignition fails, the gas valve should be immediately closed to remove unburned gas in the mould completely, otherwise, after the gas reaches a certain concentration, a working personnel is easy to generate a blasting explosion accident in the ignition process, so that personal injury is caused.
Therefore, the setting of the mold and the nozzle thereof has a great potential safety hazard, and how to solve the problems is always plagued by users and inventors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tundish dry material mould and an explosion-proof ignition device thereof, which are used for solving the technical problem that the residual gas in the mould is easy to explode when a nozzle is ignited in the prior art; the preferred technical solutions of the technical solutions provided by the present invention can produce a plurality of technical effects described below.

Preferably, the lifting frame is vertically welded on the mould, and when the nozzle is ignited, an included angle between the fixing plate and the upper surface of the mould is an acute angle.
The invention also provides a tundish dry material mould which comprises the explosion-proof ignition device, wherein the nozzle is arranged in an inner hole of the mould.
Preferably, the mould is provided with a gas main pipe and a combustion supporting air main pipe, and the gas main pipe and the combustion supporting air main pipe are communicated with the combustion chamber of the mould.

Because the burner 1 is exposed in the air, the condition of blasting explosion during ignition of the closed space can be avoided, the operation safety of operators is ensured, and the device has simple structure, durability and easy operation.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, there is provided a lifting mechanism which may be implemented, the lifting mechanism including: a lifting frame 4 fixedly arranged on the mold 3; a chain block 5, the upper end of which is fixed to the upper part of the lifting frame 4, and the fixed end of the lower part of which is connected to one side of the fixed plate 2; pulling the chain 5 forward, which can lift one side of the fixed plate 2 to make the nozzle 1 leave the inner hole 3 of the mould; the fixed plate 2 can be flattened by pulling the chain 5 in reverse so that the nozzle 1 is aligned with the inner bore 3 of the mould.
It should be understood that, one side of the fixing plate 2 is connected with one end of the chain 5, and the other end is erected on the upper surface of the mold 3, but is not fixed with the mold 3, and can be erected on the mold 3 by means of self gravity; when the chain 5 is pulled, the side of the fixed plate 2 connected with the chain 5 is lifted, and the other side of the fixed plate is still erected on the mould 3. The chain block 5 is a well-established technology, and the structure thereof will not be described in detail.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a structural plan view of the fixing plate; the lifting frame and the chain block can be one or more, so that the cost is saved, the structure is simplified, the operation is easy, the lifting mechanism and the chain block are arranged at the middle position of the clamping fixture, and the effect of lifting a plurality of burners is achieved by lifting the middle part of the fixing plate. The middle rectangle in fig. 4 is a hollow, which can lighten the dead weight of the fixing plate, and simultaneously prevent other structures from passing through and preventing the movement of the fixing plate from being blocked when the fixing plate is lifted.
As an alternative embodiment, both sides of the burner 1 are respectively provided with a compressed air pipe 7 and a gas pipe 8 so as to facilitate the spot-burning of the burner 1.
In order to enable one side of the fixing plate 2 to be erected on the fixing plate 2 by means of gravity, as an alternative embodiment, the fixing plate 2 is a steel plate, which has a certain gravity and strength, and can meet the above requirements.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lifting frame 4 is of rectangular steel construction, and the chain links 5 are fixed to the top cross beam.
It will be appreciated that the above-described lifting frame 4 functions as: the chain 5 is fixed and one side of the fixed plate 2 can be pulled to enable the nozzle 1 to leave the inner hole of the mould.
As an alternative embodiment, the lifting frame 4 is welded to the mould 3 vertically, and when the nozzle 1 is burnt, the included angle between the fixing plate 2 and the upper surface of the mould 3 is an acute angle.
The fixing plate 2 and the upper surface of the mould 3 form an acute angle, one can lift the starting nozzle 1, and the other can prevent the other side of the fixing plate 2 from being separated from the mould 3 and being unable to return.
The invention also provides a tundish dry material mould 3, and referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a front view of the tundish dry material mould 3; the tundish dry material mould 3 comprises the explosion-proof ignition device, wherein the nozzle 1 is arranged in an inner hole of the mould 3.
The tundish dry material mould 3 with the explosion-proof ignition device can safely ignite, can prevent the occurrence of blasting explosion accidents in the ignition process, can be operated by one person, and does not occupy redundant labor force.
As an alternative embodiment, the mould 3 is provided with a gas manifold 10 and a combustion air manifold 11, which communicate with the combustion chamber 6 of the mould 3.
The gas header pipe 10 and the combustion air header pipe 11 can assist combustion, and an opening valve is provided in the gas header pipe.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the lifting mechanism is provided with one and is located at the middle of the mold, and is connected with the middle of one side of the fixing plate through a chain block.
As an alternative embodiment, the upper surface of the mould 3 is provided with a fume exhaust duct 13 which communicates with the combustion chamber 6 of the mould 3.
As an alternative embodiment, in order to improve the drying and heating effects, the strength of the mold 3 is ensured, and the mold 3 is a steel plate frame structure.
When the tundish dry material mould 3 provided by the invention is specifically used, the fixed plate 2 and one side of the nozzle 1 are lifted by pulling the chain block 5 before ignition, so that the nozzle 1 leaves the inner hole of the mould 3; opening a gas valve and burning the nozzles 1 one by one; opening a compressed air valve, and adjusting the flame size; after flame stabilization, the chain 5 is pulled, the fixed plate 2 and the burner 1 are put flat, and the burner 1 is opposite to the reserved hole site on the dry material mould 3. The burner 1 is exposed in the air, so that the condition of blasting explosion during ignition of the closed space can be avoided, the operation safety of operators is ensured, and the device has a simple structure, is durable and is easy to operate.
