As shown in fig. 4, the roll brush for applying the conductive paste is composed of a fixing plate 351, a grease box 352, a mounting hole 353, a B rotating shaft 354, a brush 355, and a nipple 356. The fixing plate 351 and the mounting hole 353 are used for fixing the roller brush 35. The grease box 352 is a semi-closed chamber for storing the conductive paste, and the brush 355 is a cylindrical brush for uniformly applying the conductive paste to the contact rail 9. The nipple 356 is connected to a grease tube.
As shown in fig. 5, the head frame 31 is composed of a left support frame 311, a wheel frame base 312, a pin 313, a wire hole 314, a cylinder base 315, a middle support frame 317, a right support frame 318, and a connecting frame 319. The head frame 31 main body is formed by welding a left support frame 311, a middle support frame 317, a right support frame 318 and a connecting frame 319. The left support frame 311, the middle support frame 317 and the right support frame 318 are respectively provided with two pin shafts 313,1 cylinder seats. 2 wheel carrier seats 312,1 stay wire holes 314 are respectively arranged on the left support frame 311 and the right support frame 318. The knuckle bearing 324 ensures free rotation of the head 3 of conductive paste in the horizontal plane direction and rotation compensation relative to the horizontal plane. The pressing cover 325 is used for pressing the upper cushion block 326, and simultaneously limiting the rotation compensation angle of the conductive paste applying head 3 relative to the horizontal plane to be smaller than 3 degrees. The upper spacer 326 and the lower spacer 327 compress the knuckle bearing 324.
The rolling brush fixing frame 34 is composed of a horizontal frame 341, a pad 342, a cylinder lug 343, a rolling brush fixing lug 344 and a connecting arm 345. The horizontal frame 341 is a main body 34 of the rolling brush fixing frame, and a pad seat 342 and rolling brush fixing lugs 344 are arranged on the horizontal frame 341 for installing the rolling brush 35.
