Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种外环链路自适应的调整方法和装置,基站通过获取终端设备的至少一个信道质量信息,根据终端设备的至少一个信道质量信息以及小区内的多个簇的信道质量范围,确定终端设备所属的目标簇,并根据终端设备的至少一个信道质量信息更新目标簇的SINR误差调整量以及小区的信道质量波动参数,最后根据目标簇的SINR误差调整量和小区的信道质量波动参数确定终端设备的OLLA调整量的初始值。本实施例的方法从SINR测量误差和SINR波动两个维度确定终端设备的OLLA调整量的初始值,并且调整时考虑到了不同终端设备的信道质量的差异,使得终端设备的OLLA调整量的初始值更加准确。
