As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air cleaning of the laundry can fully stretch the fibers of the laundry, increase the elasticity of the laundry, make the fabric of the laundry softer, and perform steam care of the laundry, so that the stains on the laundry can be quickly removed, and the laundry can be sterilized to some extent. By the combined treatment mode of the clothes, the fabric of the clothes is softer and has high elasticity, the wearing comfort of the clothes is improved, the cleaning effect is good, the cleanliness is high, the clothes cannot be damaged, and the user experience is improved.
Furthermore, the clothes are cleaned by circularly introducing the heated air into the clothes treatment equipment, so that the fibers of the clothes are fully stretched under the action of the heated air, the elasticity of the fabric of the clothes is improved, the clothes are softer, and the wearing comfort of the clothes is improved.
Furthermore, the temperature in the working cavity can be reduced by injecting water into the working cavity of the clothes treatment equipment, so that the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to overhigh temperature in the working cavity, the temperature in the working cavity is maintained in a proper range, the extensibility of the clothes is ensured, the clothes can keep elasticity and softness, steam can be formed by the injected water under the action of heated air, the formed steam can quickly soak the clothes, the washing effect on the clothes is improved, and a certain sterilization effect can be achieved.
Still further, the temperature in the working cavity of the clothes treatment equipment is judged before water is filled into the working cavity, and through the judgment mode, a user can select proper temperature to carry out water filling operation, and the user can flexibly set the time of water filling according to different materials of clothes. Specifically, if the material of the clothes can resist high temperature, the preset temperature can be set to be slightly higher, so as to ensure the sufficient extension of the clothes fiber; if the material of clothing can not be high temperature resistant, can set preset the temperature slightly low to guarantee that the clothing can not be damaged by high temperature. By the mode, the flexibility of clothes treatment can be improved, namely, a user can set different treatment modes for clothes made of different materials.
Still further, water is injected into the working chamber of the laundry treating apparatus in the form of a spray/mist. By the mode, water can form steam quickly, clothes can be soaked quickly, fully and uniformly, the washing effect on the clothes is improved, the washing ratio is improved, and meanwhile a certain sterilization effect on the clothes and the working cavity can be achieved.
Still further, besides the above-mentioned water injection in the form of spraying/misting, steam can be directly introduced into the working chamber of the clothes treatment apparatus. fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a laundry treating method of the present invention.
Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the following embodiments are explained in conjunction with a drum washing machine, this is not limitative, and the technical solution of the present invention is also applicable to other laundry treating apparatuses, such as a dry washer and a washer-dryer, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Based on the problem that the traditional washing mode indicated by the background art cannot meet the cleaning requirements of users on the middle-grade and high-grade clothes, the invention provides a clothes treatment method for clothes treatment equipment and the clothes treatment equipment, aiming at improving the clothes treatment effect, preventing the clothes from being damaged, improving the clothes cleaning effect, meeting the cleaning requirements of users on the middle-grade and high-grade clothes and improving the user experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the drum washing machine of the present invention includes a cabinet and a drum disposed in the cabinet, the drum including an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably disposed in the outer tub, and the laundry processing method of the present invention includes: performing air cleaning on the clothes; steam nursing is carried out on the clothes.
Preferably, the step of "air-washing the laundry" specifically includes: and heating air is circularly introduced into the inner cylinder. Wherein, the heating air is led into the inner cylinder in a circulating mode, which is favorable for the repeated utilization of heat, thereby saving energy to a certain extent. Specifically, heated air is circulated into the inner cylinder and is continuously fed for a preset time. In the present invention, the specific value of the preset time can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art in practical application, for example, in practical application, the value of the preset time can be set according to the material of the clothes, as long as the clothes can be air-cleaned by heating the air. Of course, the heated air can be introduced into the inner drum in a non-circulating manner, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the introduction manner of the heated air in practical application as long as the air cleaning of the clothes can be realized by the introduction of the heated air, and the change of the introduction manner of the heated air does not depart from the principle and the scope of the invention.
Preferably, the step of "steam-treating the laundry" specifically comprises: and injecting water into the inner cylinder while introducing heated air into the inner cylinder in a circulating manner. Wherein the mode of water injection can be for spraying the mode, or be the spraying mode, or again for directly letting in steam in to the inner tube, and the technical staff in the art can set up the injection mode of water in a flexible way in practical application, as long as can realize carrying out steam nursing to the clothing through the water injection operation. In addition, since the temperature in the drum is increased by heating the air, when water is injected into the drum, the water is rapidly evaporated, thereby forming steam to steam-treat the laundry. When the spraying or spraying water injection mode is adopted, a user can inject water into the inner barrel through the detergent feeding cavity, and when the steam mode is adopted for water injection, the user can directly inject steam into the inner barrel by using the steam generating device arranged in the drum washing machine. In addition, in the invention, the operation of injecting water into the inner cylinder can be started simultaneously with the operation of introducing the heated air into the inner cylinder, and can also be performed in the process of introducing the heated air, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the time of the water injection operation in practical application as long as the clothes can be subjected to steam nursing.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the step of "steam-treating the laundry" further includes: acquiring the temperature in the inner cylinder; judging whether the temperature in the inner cylinder reaches a preset temperature or not; if the temperature in the inner drum reaches the preset temperature, the clothes are subjected to steam nursing. In the present invention, the specific value of the preset temperature can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art in practical application, for example, in practical application, the corresponding value of the preset temperature can be set according to the material of the clothes, as long as the demarcation point determined by the preset temperature can perform steam nursing on the clothes at the best time.
In addition, the mode that the heated air is circularly introduced into the inner cylinder and water is injected into the inner cylinder is adopted, and the clothes can be moistened before the air cleaning is carried out on the clothes. Specifically, the step of "wetting the laundry before air-washing the laundry" includes: wetting the fabric items prior to placing the fabric items in the drum; or to wet the laundry after the laundry is placed in the drum and before the air washing. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the time for wetting the laundry in practical applications, and the manner for wetting the laundry can be manually wetted before the laundry is put into the drum, or automatically wetted by the drum washing machine after the laundry is put into the drum, and the manner for wetting and the time for wetting can be changed without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Optionally, after the steam treatment is performed on the laundry, optionally performing an air drying treatment on the laundry, as shown in fig. 2, if the steam treatment time is short and the humidity of the laundry is high, the air drying treatment may be performed on the laundry, specifically, normal temperature air is circulated into the inner tub. Certainly, normal temperature air can be introduced into the inner cylinder in a non-circulating manner, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the introduction manner of the normal temperature air in practical application, as long as the clothes can be air-dried and nursed by the introduction of the normal temperature air, and the change of the air introduction manner does not deviate from the principle and the scope of the invention; if the steam nursing time is long and the humidity of the clothes is low, the clothes can not be dried, namely, a user can directly finish the clothes processing procedure and directly dry the clothes in the air in an airing mode, and therefore the clothes processing efficiency is improved. The person skilled in the art can flexibly choose whether to air-dry the clothes in practical application as long as the washing requirements of the user can be met.
Preferably, after the step of "air-dry treating laundry", the laundry treating method of the present invention further comprises: and cleaning the inner cylinder. By the processing mode, the inner barrel can be cleaned in time after the clothes are processed every time, and the processing of the next clothes is prevented from being influenced. Specifically, if the material of the clothes which just finished the clothes treatment is cashmere and/or wool, then the inner cylinder wall is easy to leave wool or other impurities, which inevitably results in the condition that the next clothes is napped during the treatment if the next clothes is not cleaned, and therefore, the inner cylinder needs to be cleaned in time after the clothes are treated every time. In addition, when the inner barrel is cleaned, the space between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the window pad and the thread scrap collecting box are cleaned in time, and the subsequent clothes treatment is prevented from being influenced. Furthermore, after the clothes are treated every time, whether water remains in the inner drum or not is checked as much as possible, if the water remains, an air drying program can be started to dry the inner drum, so that the remaining water is evaporated as soon as possible, and the influence on subsequent clothes treatment is avoided. In summary, in order to ensure the treatment effect of each time of the clothes, the inner cylinder should be ensured to be clean enough as far as possible so as not to affect the subsequent clothes treatment.
Preferably, the laundry treating method of the present invention further comprises: the inner drum is rotated during air cleaning, steam nursing and air drying nursing of the clothes. All sides of the clothes can be cleaned by air, steam and air-drying nursing can be achieved through rotation of the inner barrel, so that the clothes can be treated without dead angles, the clothes treatment effect is improved, the clothes can be further stretched through mechanical rotation of the inner barrel, the elasticity and softness of the clothes are improved, and the wearing comfort of the clothes is improved.
Further preferably, the laundry treating method of the present invention further comprises: in the process of carrying out air drying nursing on the clothes, the inner drum is rotated at a rotating speed lower than that of air cleaning and steam nursing. Of course, those skilled in the art can flexibly set the rotation speed of the inner drum in the air cleaning, steam nursing and air drying nursing processes in practical application, and the rotation speed may be unchanged, or changed in a stepwise manner, or continuously changed, as long as the treatment effect on the clothes can be ensured by setting the rotation speed. In a preferred case, the rotation speed of the inner drum is gradually reduced during the drying care of the clothes, and by the arrangement, the clothes can be evener.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, before the step of "air-washing the laundry", the laundry treating method of the present invention further comprises: obtaining the material of the clothes; according to the material, the air cleaning parameters are set. The air cleaning parameters comprise the temperature of heated air, the time for introducing the heated air, the rotating speed of the inner drum and the like, and different clothes treatment parameters can be set according to the material of clothes through the arrangement. In addition, in the present invention, the material of the clothing includes at least one of real mink, imitation mink, cashmere, wool, leather and down, but the material of the clothing is only exemplary, and in practical application, the clothing made of other materials may be treated. The technical solution of the present invention is explained in detail below with reference to several specific embodiments.
In a possible implementation mode, the material of clothing is true ermine, can set up the time of whole clothing processing about 10 minutes this moment, because mink fine hair's the outward appearance is softer and inside harder, at first let in heated air in to the inner tube to begin the water injection when inner tube temperature reaches 50 ℃, can make the temperature reduction in the inner tube through the water injection, can also make the evaporation of water produce steam, thereby mink fine hair can nurse under suitable temperature, make fine hair become more gentle and agreeable, and make the skin below the fine hair more open.
In another possible embodiment, the material of the clothes is marten-like, at this time, the time for treating the whole clothes can be set to 7-8 minutes, because the marten-like material is soft and has a limited high temperature resistance compared with the real marten, the time for water injection operation can be advanced properly, for example, water injection is started in 3 minutes, fluff is soft and smooth and has a certain fluffy effect in 5 minutes, the fabric can be softer in the last 2 minutes, and a certain washing ratio is improved, so that the clothes are cleaner.
In another possible embodiment, the material of the clothes is cashmere, and the time for treating the clothes can be set to be about 10 minutes, and the treatment process of this method is similar to the treatment process of real minks, and thus the description is omitted here.
In another possible embodiment, the fabric is made of a mixture of cashmere and wool, for example, wool is on the outside and cashmere is on the inside, in which case the fabric can be treated for 13 to 15 minutes, the cashmere on the inside is generally air-cleaned in the inner cylinder towards the center of the inner cylinder, and heated air is started to be introduced into the inner cylinder, the temperature of the inner cylinder is generally below 70 ℃ at 10 minutes, and the temperature of the inner cylinder is generally up to 70 ℃ at 12 minutes, so that the fabric is treated in such a way that the fabric is more fluffy and soft, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the fabric.
In another possible embodiment, the clothes is made of pure leather, the whole clothes treatment time can be set to be about 10 minutes, before the air treatment is carried out on the clothes made of the pure leather, the surface of the pure leather can be wiped by a wet towel, and then the air cleaning is carried out after the surface of the pure leather is completely dried, so that the dirt on the clothes cleaned by the air is avoided, and the cleaning effect of leather clothes is improved.
In another possible embodiment, the clothing is made of a fur-integrated material, in which case the whole clothing treatment time is set to about 10 minutes, and the lining is turned outward and the leather is turned inward, so that the leather surface is not wrinkled and the leather is softer during the clothing treatment.
In another possible embodiment, the clothing is a down jacket, and in this case, if the down jacket is dirty, the down jacket may be treated by water washing first, and then treated by air washing after the treatment is completed, and if the air washing is directly adopted, the best washing effect may not be achieved due to the fact that the down jacket is hard, so that the down jacket may be treated by a mixed mode of water washing and air washing. In addition, if the down jacket is a leather-containing down jacket, the lining of the down jacket is the wool, the wool is arranged to face inwards in the washing process, the leather is arranged to face outwards, the time for treating the whole clothes can be set to be 7-8 minutes, the combined fabric is easy to retain water vapor in the washing process, and if the whole or part of the down jacket is wet after being taken out, the down jacket can be put into the inner barrel again and air-drying care can be carried out for 2-3 minutes. If only the lining is down jacket down alone, the time for the clothes treatment may be increased appropriately, for example, the clothes treatment may be performed for 30 minutes, and the air-drying care may be sufficiently performed for the last 3 to 5 minutes.
Of course, the above-mentioned clothes treating method is only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the washing strategy for clothes of various materials in practical application, and such specific strategy can be changed without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
In addition, the drum washing machine of the present invention may further include a controller and a condenser, the controller being configured to perform the above-mentioned laundry treating method, and when the temperature of the inner tub is too high, the controller may control the condenser to spray water in time, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the inner tub is not too high. In addition, in the invention, the water filling operation is preferably performed after the temperature of the inner drum is raised to a certain degree, so that the phenomenon that the clothes are wetted by a large area to harden the clothes locally and influence the clothes treatment effect is avoided.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
