本发明公开了一种腐熟秸秆的菌剂以及制备方法,通过此腐熟剂中菌群的优势与快速发酵产生的高温来消除秸秆中的病虫害,同时将秸秆的有机营养成分分解为有机肥料,保持土壤生态平衡,抑制病虫害,促进农作物生产。为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为一种秸秆腐熟剂,原料及含量为:哈茨木霉菌22%,绿色木霉菌22%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,巨大芽孢杆菌15%,苏云金芽孢杆菌20%。通过合理配比,达到所需要求。

一种用于秸秆腐熟的生物菌剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明设计一种腐熟秸秆的菌剂以及制备方法,属于微生物菌剂领域。
背景技术
目前,农业作业广泛使用农药化肥,固然对农业有了提质增效的促进,但长期使用农药和大量化肥,造成了土壤有机质含量逐年降低,致使土壤板结、酸化、线虫危害严重。而农作物的病虫害始终是严重影响农作物产量的重要因素,病虫害的发生使得农作物严重减产。农作产生的大量秸秆由于没有有效的处理方式,普遍选择丢弃或者就地焚烧,造成严重且巨大的环境污染,给生态环境和人类健康、生活都带来了极大的威胁。因此,利用生物菌剂制成腐熟剂,可提升质量与经济效益并改善土壤和环境,在农作上能有效达到抗病、抗虫以及解决农作物连作所产生的不利影响。其次,综合利用农作物秸秆,达到资源可持续利用目标,助力农业生产迈向高品质,高产量,无污染的绿色农业。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种秸秆腐熟剂以及制备方法,通过此腐熟剂中菌群的优势与快速发酵产生的高温来消除秸秆中的病虫害,同时将秸秆的有机营养成分分解为有机肥料,保持土壤生态平衡,抑制病虫害,促进农作物生产。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为一种秸秆腐熟剂,原料及含量为:哈茨木霉菌22%,绿色木霉菌22%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,巨大芽孢杆菌15%,苏云金芽孢杆菌20%。通过合理配比,达到所需要求。
具体实施方式:
腐熟剂菌种制作具体操作为:
1.将上述菌体分别在固体琼脂培养基上培养。
2.培养后的菌种再分别于液体培养基中培养,之后再置于发酵罐。
3.选取菌种配比后培养制得秸秆腐熟剂
培养条件:温度控制在28℃,培养时间48小时。
按照不同功能的微生物菌株培养后的各菌种将形成有益菌群,能够抑制和杀灭土壤中的有害虫菌,分解秸秆纤维,快速腐熟秸秆。
步骤为:
土壤样品采集→样品富集培养→菌株分离纯化→菌株筛选→构建菌群
本发明还提供了一种速腐堆肥方法,包括以下步骤:
1.腐熟剂和粉碎后的秸秆混合,加尿素,建堆发酵;
2.秸秆整体含水量约为60%左右,发酵温度48小时候达到23摄氏度;
3.经过15-20天腐熟,秸秆明显变软,极易折断和撕扯,温度达到70℃。

本发明的秸秆腐熟菌剂,各菌种之间合理配选,制备方法简便易行,在处理的过程中物料得到彻底腐熟,产生大量功能微生物。对于土壤起到生态平衡,改善环境,达到抗病、抗虫的效果。补充土壤有机质,优化土壤团粒结构,使之能够保水,排水,透气,使农作物茁壮成长。
综上所述,由于所涉及的各工艺参数的数值范围在上述实施例中不可能全部体现,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,此不应当视为本发明的技术方案的公开不充分。

Claims (3)

1.一种秸秆腐熟的生物菌剂及制备方法,其特征是:通过此腐熟剂中菌群的优势与快速发酵产生的高温来消除秸秆中的病虫害,同时将秸秆的有机营养成分分解为有机肥料,保持土壤生态平衡,抑制病虫害,促进农作物生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆腐熟的生物菌剂及制备方法,其特征在于,所述发酵菌剂的原料及含量为:哈茨木霉菌22%,绿色木霉菌22%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,巨大芽孢杆菌15%,苏云金芽孢杆菌20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种秸秆腐熟的生物菌剂及制备方法,制备方法如下:
1.将上述菌体分别在固体琼脂培养基上培养;
2.培养后的菌种再分别于液体培养基中培养,之后再置于发酵罐;
