Abstract
本发明涉及一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其重量计组分包括:甲壳素3‑5份、壳聚糖2‑4份、葡聚多糖5‑10份、保温剂4‑6份、增稠剂1‑3份,生物介质6‑12份,其余为无菌蒸馏水;所述生物介质包括alpha‑葡聚糖2‑4份及beta‑葡聚糖2‑4份;所述甲壳素是由乙酰‑氨基‑葡萄糖胺以糖苷键连结而成的含氮多糖;所述甲壳素来源于甲壳动物骨骼或菌类植物细胞膜;所述壳聚糖是甲壳素的脱乙酰化产物;所述葡聚多糖来源于微生物生长过程中分泌的粘液。本发明的优点是,在现有产品、技术上又创新增加了同型多糖,尤其是新型葡聚糖,具有提高白细胞、细胞裂变和特殊抗体含量的功效,不含肉毒素,在治疗肿瘤、感染、创伤,减少瘢痕方面具有很好的成效。

技术领域
本发明属于医用凝胶领域,具体涉及一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶。
背景技术
凝胶是指颗粒大小在1埃到10埃之间的混合物。高分子溶液和某些溶胶,在适当的条件下,整个体系会转变成一种弹性的半固体状态的稠厚物质,失去流动性。这种现象称为胶凝作用,所形成的产物叫做凝胶或冻胶。现有医用凝胶止血、愈合伤口的效果不够理想。
壳聚糖作为有机多糖的一大组成成分,具有优异的生物相容性、生物降解性、抗菌活性及止血特性,是一种天然的生物相容性高分子材料,并得到了广泛的认可和应用。作为凝胶,可以大大提高医用凝胶的止血效果、促进伤口快速愈合。本发明以其为主要原料,进行医用凝胶的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,具有提高白细胞、细胞裂变和特殊抗体含量的功效,不含肉毒素,在治疗肿瘤、感染、创伤、瘢痕修复方面具有很好的成效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其重量计组分包括:甲壳素3-5份、壳聚糖2-4份、葡聚多糖5-10份、保温剂4-6份、增稠剂1-3份,生物介质6-12份,其余为无菌蒸馏水。
进一步的,所述生物介质包括alpha-葡聚糖2-4份及beta-葡聚糖2-4份。
进一步的,所述甲壳素是由乙酰-氨基-葡萄糖胺以糖苷键连结而成的含氮多糖。
进一步的,所述甲壳素来源于甲壳动物骨骼或菌类植物细胞膜。
进一步的,所述壳聚糖是甲壳素的脱乙酰化产物。
进一步的,所述葡聚多糖来源于微生物生长过程中分泌的粘液。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明为现有技术和产品的提高和创新,在现有产品、技术上又创新增加了同型多糖,尤其是新型葡聚糖,具有提高白细胞、细胞裂变和特殊抗体含量的功效,不含肉毒素,在治疗肿瘤、感染、创伤方面具有很好的成效;同时本发明的医用凝胶在瘢痕的辅助治疗方面也有很好的效果,能够减少新瘢痕,淡化旧瘢痕。

一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其重量计组分包括:甲壳素3-5份、壳聚糖2-4份、葡聚多糖5-10份、保温剂4-6份、增稠剂1-3份,生物介质6-12份,其余为无菌蒸馏水。
进一步的,所述生物介质包括alpha-葡聚糖2-4份及beta-葡聚糖2-4份。
进一步的,所述甲壳素是由乙酰-氨基-葡萄糖胺以糖苷键连结而成的含氮多糖。
进一步的,所述甲壳素来源于甲壳动物骨骼或菌类植物细胞膜。

甲壳素:又称甲壳多糖、几丁质。甲壳动物(虾、蟹)等的骨骼和菌类(地衣)等的细胞膜的重要成分。白色半透明固体。不溶于水、乙醇和乙醚。是由N-乙酰α-氨基-D-葡萄糖胺以β(1→4)糖苷键连结而成的含氮多糖。溶于浓无机酸和无水甲酸。在浓酸或浓碱中发生水解而成α-氨基葡萄糖。可用于纺织品的防皱和防缩处理;直接染料或硫化染料的固色;涂料印花的固着;木材的胶合以及防雨篷布的上浆等;也可用作制人造纤维和塑料等的原料。由含有甲壳质的物质如虾壳、蟹壳等提取制得。甲壳素广泛存在于蟹、虾等甲壳动物的外壳及各种昆虫的表皮和贝类等软体动物的骨骼、外壳中,以及蘑菇和灵芝等的细胞壁中,是自然界中唯一带正电荷的动物性膳食纤维素。对于人体具有调节免疫功能,有活化细胞、抑制老化、预防疾病、调节人体生理功能等作用。是功能最全面、效果最显著的第三代机能性健康食品。
壳聚糖是甲壳素的脱乙酰化产物,又称可溶甲壳素、壳多糖、甲壳胺,是一种天然生物高分子聚合物,白色结品性扮末,有很强的吸湿性,仅次于甘油,高于聚乙二醇、山梨醇。在吸湿过程中,分子中的羟基、胺基等极性基团与水分子作用而水合,分子链逐渐膨胀,随着pH值的变化,分子够从球状胶束变成线状。具有很好成膜性、透气性和生物相容性,无毒,且可生物降解。
葡聚多糖是指以葡萄糖为单糖组成的同型多糖,葡萄糖单元之间以糖苷键连接。其中根据糖苷键的类型又可分为alpha-葡聚糖和beta-葡聚糖;alpha-葡聚糖中研究及使用较多的为dextran,又称右旋糖酐,为一种多糖,存在于某些微生物在生长过程中分泌的粘液中。葡聚糖具有较高的分子量,水解主要得到异麦芽糖。葡聚糖在输血过程中可代替一部分全血,溶于生理盐水,属低聚糖、多糖,具有提高免疫力、提高白细胞、细胞分裂素和特殊抗体含量的功效,在治疗肿瘤、感染、创伤、瘢痕方面深受瞩目,不含肉毒素,广泛存在于多种真菌和植物、香菇、灵芝、燕麦中,能够改善血脂、抗辐射、改善肠道功能。

1.一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,其重量计组分包括:甲壳素3-5份、壳聚糖2-4份、葡聚多糖5-10份、保温剂4-6份、增稠剂1-3份,生物介质6-12份,其余为无菌蒸馏水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,所述生物介质包括alpha-葡聚糖2-4份及beta-葡聚糖2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,所述甲壳素是由乙酰-氨基-葡萄糖胺以糖苷键连结而成的含氮多糖。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,所述甲壳素来源于甲壳动物骨骼或菌类植物细胞膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖是甲壳素的脱乙酰化产物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进创伤愈合的医用凝胶,其特征在于,所述葡聚多糖来源于微生物生长过程中分泌的粘液。
