Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a tree straw rope winding machine, which comprises a lifting platform 1, a rope winding device and a rope feeding device for conveying straw ropes to the rope winding device; the rope winding device and the rope feeding device are arranged on the lifting platform 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the rope winding device includes a circular arc guide rail 2 fixed on the lifting platform 1 and surrounding the trunk outside, and a circular arc rope winding ring body 3 disposed at the inner circle of the circular arc guide rail 2 and rotating along the circular arc guide rail 2. The rope winding ring body 3 comprises a plurality of vertical rope winding rollers 5 which are arranged on the circumference of the rope winding ring body 3; the rope winding rollers 5 are arranged at intervals, and the gaps between the rope winding rollers 5 are used for grass ropes to pass through.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rope winding device further includes a circular arc guide plate 6 fixed to a lower side of the inner race of the circular arc guide rail 2 and a motor-driven friction wheel 7 fixed to a bottom of the circular arc guide rail 2.
The inner ring of the arc guide plate 6 is provided with a guide groove 8; the lower side of the outer ring of the rope winding ring body 3 is provided with a guide track 9 which is embedded into the guide groove 8 in a sliding way.
The electric friction wheel 7 is connected with the bottom of the rope winding ring body 3 and drives the rope winding ring body 3 to rotate along the guide groove 8.
And a plurality of radial rotating rollers 10 are also arranged at the outer edge of the upper end surface of the arc guide plate 6. After the outer ring of the rope winding ring body 3 is wound with the grass rope, the grass rope can be connected with the upper end face of the arc guide plate 6, and the rotating roller 10 is used for reducing the movement friction resistance of the grass rope on the outer ring of the rope winding ring body 3 and the upper end face of the arc guide plate 6, so that the rope winding ring body 3 can rotate more smoothly.
And the lifting platform 1 is also fixedly provided with a clamp, and the clamp comprises an expansion rod 11 along the radial direction of the arc guide rail 2 and a chuck 4 positioned on the expansion rod 11. The chuck 4 is positioned at the inner ring of the rope winding ring body 3 and extends and retracts along the radial direction under the driving of the telescopic rod 11.

S2, the straw rope is rolled on the lifting platform 1, the straw rope head is drawn out from the center of the straw rope roll and clamped into the electric guide compression roller 13, the electric guide compression roller 13 is started to drive the straw rope to move forwards, meanwhile, the straw rope laid on the conveying roller 14 is dragged to move, and the resistance of the straw rope when being dragged is reduced by the conveying roller 14; and when the straw rope passes through the gap between the two rope winding rollers 5 and hangs down for a certain length, the electric guide compression roller 13 is closed, and the rope feeding is stopped.
S3, the upper part of the vertical straw rope is clamped by the chuck 4, and the telescopic rod 11 is started to enable the chuck 4 to be tightly attached to the trunk.

S6, when the length of the straw rope wound on the trunk and the length of the straw rope wound on the outer ring of the rope ring body 3 reach the preset rope outlet length, the cutting device 12 is started to cut off the straw rope.
