Abstract

transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an uplink data packet to the second WLAN access point;
transmitting, by the second WLAN access point, a downlink data packet transmission status report to the mobile terminal to inform the mobile terminal that the downlink data packet is to be retransmitted, in response to receiving the uplink data packet transmission status report and the uplink data packet;

forwarding, by the second WLAN access point, the administrator training requirements of the user to the server;
generating training course information by the server based on the administrator training requirements of the user; and

In a preferred embodiment, the method for intelligent management talent training based on the internet of things further comprises the following steps: starting, by the mobile terminal, a first internal timer if the mobile terminal detects a loss of the communication link with the first WLAN access point; transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an uplink packet transmission status report to the first WLAN access point to inform the first WLAN access point that the uplink packet is to be retransmitted; transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an uplink data packet to the first WLAN access point; in response to receiving the uplink data packet transmission status report and the uplink data packet, transmitting, by the first WLAN access point, a downlink data packet transmission status report to the mobile terminal to inform the mobile terminal that the downlink data packet is to be retransmitted; transmitting, by a first WLAN access point, a downlink data packet to a mobile terminal, wherein the downlink data packet includes at least an acknowledgement message or a negative acknowledgement message for whether an uplink data packet was successfully received; forwarding, by the first WLAN access point, a user's administrator training requirements to the server; generating training course information by the server based on the administrator training requirements of the user; and sending, by the server, the training course message to the first WLAN access point.

acquiring a manager talent training requirement of a user by a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal stores a plurality of pieces of WLAN access point information and is communicating with a first WLAN access point in the plurality of pieces of WLAN access point information;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an uplink data packet to the first WLAN access point, wherein the data packet includes at least a manager talent training requirement of the user;
sensing, by the mobile terminal, at least a first link condition between the mobile terminal and the first WLAN access point and a second link condition between the mobile terminal and a second WLAN access point;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the second link condition is better than the first link condition;
if the second link condition is judged to be better than the first link condition, sending an uplink data packet sending status report to the second WLAN access point by the mobile terminal to inform the second WLAN access point that the uplink data packet is to be retransmitted;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the uplink data packet to the second WLAN access point;
transmitting, by the second WLAN access point, a downlink data packet transmission status report to the mobile terminal to inform the mobile terminal that downlink data packets are to be retransmitted in response to receiving the uplink data packet transmission status report and the uplink data packet;
transmitting, by the second WLAN access point, the downlink data packet to the mobile terminal, wherein the downlink data packet includes at least an acknowledgement message or a negative acknowledgement message for whether the uplink data packet was successfully received;
forwarding, by the second WLAN access point to a server, the administrator talent training requirements of the user;
generating, by the server, a training course message based on the administrative talent training needs of the user; and
sending, by the server, the training course message to the second WLAN access point.

means for obtaining, by a mobile terminal, a manager talent training requirement of a user, wherein the mobile terminal stores a plurality of WLAN access point information and the mobile terminal is communicating with a first WLAN access point of the plurality of WLAN access point information;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, an uplink data packet to the first WLAN access point, wherein the data packet includes at least a manager talent training requirement of the user;
means for sensing, by the mobile terminal, at least a first link condition between the mobile terminal and the first WLAN access point and a second link condition between the mobile terminal and a second WLAN access point;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the second link condition is better than the first link condition;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an uplink packet transmission status report to the second WLAN access point to inform the second WLAN access point that the uplink packet is to be retransmitted if it is determined that the second link condition is better than the first link condition;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the uplink data packet to the second WLAN access point;
means for transmitting, by the second WLAN access point, a downlink data packet transmission status report to the mobile terminal to inform the mobile terminal that downlink data packets are to be retransmitted in response to receiving the uplink data packet transmission status report and the uplink data packet;
means for transmitting, by the second WLAN access point, the downlink data packet to the mobile terminal, wherein the downlink data packet includes at least an acknowledgement message or a negative acknowledgement message for whether the uplink data packet was successfully received;
means for forwarding, by the second WLAN access point to a server, administrative talent training requirements for the user;
means for generating, by the server, a training course message based on the administrative talent training needs of the user; and
means for transmitting, by the server, the training course message to the second WLAN access point.
