The invention provides a positioning-based safety production management system, which realizes the functions of real-time positioning, early warning and alarming, regional safety management, data statistics, routing inspection management and operation ticket management by combining a positioning technology, obviously improves the management level of a factory area, has low implementation cost and comprises a real-time positioning module, a positioning module and a positioning module, wherein the real-time positioning module is used for setting an electronic fence and positioning personnel and equipment carrying a positioning device in real time; the early warning alarm module generates out-of-range alarm for the event that the positioning device enters or exits the electronic fence, and generates retention alarm according to the retention time of the positioning device in the electronic fence; the regional safety management module generates an over-person early warning or an out-of-person early warning according to the number of the positioning devices in each electronic fence; the inspection detection module judges whether an inspector carrying the positioning equipment performs inspection according to requirements or not by judging whether the inspector meets inspection conditions or not; the data analysis module is used for displaying information.

Background
The chemical plant is a place with frequent accidents, and explosion, fire, leakage and poisoning are all fatal points of the chemical plant. the regional security management module 3 counts the number of the positioning devices in each electronic fence through the electronic fences constructed on the map by the real-time positioning module 1, generates over-person early warning or lack-of-person early warning according to the number of the positioning devices in each electronic fence, and sends out early warning information to remind managers of timely intervening when personnel in the electronic fence in which the plant is located do not reach the standard or exceed the standard;

The positioning-based safety production management system disclosed by the invention brings the efficient management of personnel into the daily management category by combining the positioning technology, realizes the functions of real-time positioning, early warning and alarming, regional safety management, routing inspection management, data statistics and operation ticket management, obviously improves the management level of a factory area, and can realize the one-key calling for help of dangerous cases through the positioning device.
The real-time positioning module can realize indoor positioning through the iBeacon equipment, the smart phone, the positioning base station and the positioning and map server, displays a real-time position on a map, has low cost, convenient deployment, long service life, low later maintenance cost and wide application prospect, can be used for positioning targets with positioning requirements such as personnel and equipment in an indoor environment, and has the advantages of high positioning precision, small influence of environmental factors, simple implementation, wide application range and strong popularization.
