A rapid and portable detector for detecting acute toxicity comprises a box body (1), a sterilization groove (2), an operating keyboard (3), a first clamping rod (4), a buckling rod (5), a fixed beam (6), a second clamping rod (7), a display screen (8), a fixed assembly (9), a plug sheet hole (10), a rotary button (11), an aeration pipe (12), a sewage discharge pipe (13), a liquid accumulation box (14), a feeding pipe (15) and a compression motor (16), exhaust fan (17), first spout (18), centre gripping spring (19), infrared fluorescent tube (20), ultraviolet fluorescent tube (21), clamping piece (22), first slider (23), rotor plate (24), magnet (25), first sleeve (26), fixed axle (27), fixed plate (28), cardboard (29), second sleeve (30), kelly (31) and extrusion spring (32), its characterized in that: the sterilizing tank (2) is arranged in the tank body (1), the micro motor is arranged on the bottom side of the sterilizing tank (2) in an embedded mode, the infrared lamp tube (20) and the ultraviolet lamp tube (21) are arranged on the wall of the sterilizing tank (2) in a surrounding mode, the rotating plate (24) is arranged at the output end portion of the micro motor, the first sliding groove (18) is formed in the rotating plate (24), the first sliding block (23) is arranged in the first sliding groove (18), one end of the clamping spring (19) is fixed to one side of the first sliding block (23), the other end of the clamping spring (19) is fixed to the wall of one side of the first sliding groove (18), the clamping piece (22) is fixed to the top side of the first sliding block (23), the exhaust fan (17) is arranged on the bottom side of the sterilizing tank (2) in an embedded mode and located on two sides of the micro motor, and the liquid accumulating box (14) is fixed in the tank body (1), the compression motor (16) is arranged on the top side of the liquid accumulation box (14), the compression motor (16) is connected with the input end of the compression motor (16) through an air duct, the aeration pipe (12) is arranged on the bottom side of the inner wall of the liquid accumulation box (14), and is connected with the output end of a compression motor (16) through an air duct, the feeding pipe (15) and the sewage discharge pipe (13) are arranged on one side of the outer wall of the liquid accumulation box (14) in parallel up and down, and one side of the feeding pipe (15) and one side of the sewage discharge pipe (13) are both provided with valves, the inserting piece hole (10) is arranged inside the box body (1), the end part of the inserting sheet hole (10) is positioned at one side of the box body (1), the display screen (8) is fixed at the top side of the box body (1), the operating keyboard (3) is arranged at the top side of the box body (1), the fixing component (9) is arranged at one side of the display screen (8) and is arranged in one end of the box body (1);
the fixed component (9) comprises an extrusion rod (91), a contraction spring (92), a rubber sheet (93), a test tube (94), a bearing base (95), a roller (96), a support column (97), a return spring (98), a second sliding groove (99), a second sliding block (910) and a connecting rod (911), wherein a mounting groove is formed in one end of the box body (1), the second sliding groove (99) is formed in the bottom side groove wall of the mounting groove, the second sliding block (910) is mounted in the second sliding groove (99), one end of the return spring (98) is fixed on one side of the second sliding block (910), the other end of the return spring (98) is fixed on one side groove wall of the second sliding groove (99), the connecting rod (911) is vertically mounted on the top side of the second sliding block (910), the support column (97) is vertically mounted on the bottom side groove wall of the mounting groove, and the roller (96) is mounted at the top end of the support column (97), the bottom end of the bearing base (95) is fixed to the top end of the connecting rod (911), the extrusion rod (91) is vertically inserted into the top side wall of the mounting groove, the contraction spring (92) is sleeved outside the top end of the extrusion rod (91), the top end of the contraction spring (92) is fixed to the top of the extrusion rod (91), the bottom end of the contraction spring (92) is fixed to the top side wall of the box body (1), the rubber sheet (93) is mounted at the bottom end of the extrusion rod (91), and the test tube (94) is inserted into the bearing base (95) and located below the rubber sheet (93);

1) when in use, the buckle rod (5) is pulled out of the slot, one end of the buckle rod (5) is separated from the magnet (25), the rotating button (11) is rotated to loosen the second sleeve (30), the second sleeve (30) moves towards the end part of the fixed shaft (27) under the action of the extrusion spring (32) of the second sleeve (30), so that the clamping rod (31) is separated from the clamping plate (29) and the clamping rod (31) and the clamping plate (29) are dislocated, then the first clamping rod (4) is matched with the second sleeve (30), the second clamping rod (7) is matched with the first sleeve (26), the fixed cross beam (6) is rotated to the bottom of the box body (1), then the rotating button (11) is rotated, the second sleeve (30) is extruded, the clamping plate (29) is clamped between the two clamping rods (31) to support and fix the box body (1), and the fixed cross beam (6) is reset when the box body moves;
2) during detection, the rubber sheet (93) is stretched upwards by stretching the extrusion rod (91), then the bearing base (95) is pulled, the bearing base (95) is pulled out under the sliding fit of the second sliding block (910) along the connecting rod (911), the test tube (94) is taken out to obtain pollutants, the pollutants are sampled and placed on a slide by using the test tube (94), the slide is placed inside the inserting hole (10), a non-pathogenic bright luminous bacillus is added as an indicating organism, data statistics is carried out by the light sensing module, then detection data are transmitted to the display screen (8) by the data transmission module, meanwhile, recording is carried out by the data storage module, then the test tube (94) is placed in the bearing base (95), the bearing base (95) is released, the bearing base (95) is reset under the action of the reset spring (98), and simultaneously, the rubber sheet (93) is under the matching action of the contraction spring (92), the test tube (94) is sealed and stored, so that later detailed analysis is facilitated;
3) after detection, the slide needs to be cleaned, the slide is washed by clean water, the slide is placed between two clamping sheets (22), the clamping sheets (22) clamp the slide under the action of a clamping spring (19), then a micro motor operates to drive a rotating plate (24) to rotate, an infrared lamp tube (20) and an ultraviolet lamp tube (21) operate simultaneously to sterilize the slide, an exhaust fan (17) operates simultaneously to exhaust air in a sterilization tank (2) to a compression motor (16) through an air guide tube, the air is compressed by the compression motor (16) and is exhausted into a liquid accumulation box (14) through an aeration tube (12), an organic solvent is added into the liquid accumulation box (14) to adsorb and dissolve toxic gas, the sterilization of the slide is completed, and the subsequent detection is continued.
