Abstract

一种轮毂电机技术领域的轮毂电机内置式制动系统,包括轮毂、外壳体、碟簧、活塞、嵌块、油腔、离合器左端板、离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片、离合器右端板,垫片、碟簧、活塞、嵌块均布置在外壳体内,离合器左端板、离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片、离合器右端板布置在内壳体的左端;活塞与四周部件组成充液刹车油腔、解除刹车油腔、备用油腔。在本发明中,当驻车制动时,仅碟簧驱动活塞右移,所有油腔均不工作;在行车制动时,充液刹车油腔内充油,充液刹车油腔与碟簧一起驱动活塞右移;在行车时,解除刹车油腔充油,推动活塞左移。本发明设计合理,结构巧妙,制动可靠,既节省空间又能满足行、驻车双路径一体化的高难度技术指标。

轮毂电机用内置式制动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种轮毂电机技术领域的制动系统,特别是一种既节省空间又能满足行、驻车双路径一体化的轮毂电机用内置式制动系统。
背景技术
轮毂电机技术又称车轮内装电机技术,它的最大特点就是将动力、传动和制动装置都整合到轮毂内,因此将电动车辆的机械部分大大简化。在20世纪70年代,这一技术在矿山运输车等领域得到应用。而对于乘用车所用的轮毂电机,日系厂商对于此项技术研发开展较早,目前处于领先地位,包括通用、丰田在内的国际汽车巨头也都对该技术有所涉足。
我国国内对于轮毂电机的研究多集中于高校,产品均为电动汽车,但是对于轮毂电机驱动技术的研究尚不成熟,尤其是在高转矩轮毂电机开发方面,与国外先进产品仍有一定差距,因此我国仍需加强对轮毂电机技术的研发投入,提高核心竞争力,缩小差距,争取达到世界先进水平。目前轮毂电机大幅度地增大了簧下质量,同时也增加了轮毂的转动惯量,这对于车辆的操控性能是不利的。同时轮毂电机驱动的车辆,由于轮毂电机系统的电制动容量较小,不能满足整车制动性能的要求,都需要附加机械制动系统,靠电动真空泵来提供刹车助力,制动系统消耗的能量影响电动车续航里程,而且制动系统所需的空间也较大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,结构巧妙,制动可靠,既节省空间又能满足行、驻车双路径一体化的高难度技术指标量。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的,本发明包括轮毂、外壳体、内壳体、一级减速器内齿、二级减速器内齿、垫片、碟簧、活塞、嵌块、挡圈、O型圈、充液刹车油腔、解除刹车油腔、备用油腔、离合器左端板、离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片、离合器右端板,外壳体、内壳体连接在一起,一级减速器内齿、二级减速器内齿均布置在内壳体的内壁面,一级减速器内齿位于内壳体内侧的右端,二级减速器内齿位于内壳体内侧的中间;垫片、碟簧、活塞、嵌块、挡圈均布置在外壳体内,垫片、碟簧依次布置在活塞的左侧,嵌块、挡圈依次布置在活塞的右外侧,活塞、嵌块的内侧外侧均布置O型圈,活塞左外侧与外壳体之间的腔体组成充液刹车油腔,活塞右外侧与嵌块之间的腔体组成解除刹车油腔,活塞与碟簧之间的腔体组成备用油腔;离合器左端板、离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片、离合器右端板布置在内壳体的左端,离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片布置在离合器左端板、离合器右端板之间;离合器左端板、离合器钢片、离合器右端板的外侧边缘均布置有轮齿,离合器摩擦片的内侧边缘布置有轮齿,内壳体内侧左端也布置有内齿,离合器左端板、离合器钢片、离合器右端板的外侧边缘的轮齿与内壳体内侧左端的内齿相匹配;轮毂与离合器左端板、离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片、离合器右端板接触处布置有花键。
进一步地,在本发明中,垫片、碟簧、活塞、嵌块的纵截面均为圆环结构,活塞的横截面为“土”字型。
更进一步地,在本发明中,离合器摩擦片、离合器钢片间隔布置。
更进一步地,在本发明中,离合器为湿式离合器。
更进一步地,在本发明中,一级减速器内齿、二级减速器内齿分别与一级减速器总成、二级减速器总成相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果为:本发明采用液压全盘湿式制动器,设计合理,结构巧妙,制动可靠,既节省空间又能满足行、驻车双路径一体化的高难度技术指标。

具体实施例图1至图5所示,本发明包括轮毂1、外壳体2、内壳体3、一级减速器内齿4、二级减速器内齿5、垫片6、碟簧7、活塞8、嵌块9、挡圈10、O型圈11、充液刹车油腔12、解除刹车油腔13、备用油腔14、离合器左端板15、离合器摩擦片16、离合器钢片17、离合器右端板18,外壳体2、内壳体3连接在一起,一级减速器内齿4、二级减速器内齿5均布置在内壳体3的内壁面,一级减速器内齿4位于内壳体3内侧的右端,二级减速器内齿5位于内壳体3内侧的中间;垫片6、碟簧7、活塞8、嵌块9、挡圈10均布置在外壳体2内,垫片6、碟簧7依次布置在活塞8的左侧,嵌块9、挡圈10依次布置在活塞8的右外侧,活塞8、嵌块9的内侧外侧均布置O型圈11,活塞8左外侧与外壳体2之间的腔体组成充液刹车油腔12,活塞8右外侧与嵌块9之间的腔体组成解除刹车油腔13,活塞8与碟簧7之间的腔体组成备用油腔14;离合器左端板15、离合器摩擦片16、离合器钢片17、离合器右端板18布置在内壳体3的左端,离合器摩擦片16、离合器钢片17布置在离合器左端板15、离合器右端板18之间;离合器左端板15、离合器钢片17、离合器右端板18的外侧边缘均布置有轮齿,离合器摩擦片16的内侧边缘布置有轮齿,内壳体3内侧左端也布置有内齿,离合器左端板15、离合器钢片17、离合器右端板18的外侧边缘的轮齿与内壳体3内侧左端的内齿相匹配;轮毂1与离合器左端板15、离合器摩擦片16、离合器钢片17、离合器右端板18接触处布置有花键;离合器摩擦片16、离合器钢片17间隔布置,离合器为湿式离合器垫片6,碟簧7、活塞8、嵌块9的纵截面均为圆环结构,活塞8的横截面为“土”字型。
在本发明中,离合器与轮毂1上的花键相配合,可以实现对轮毂1的制动;充液刹车油腔12、解除刹车油腔13、备用油腔14均与相关高压油路相连接。
在本发明的实施过程中,当驻车制动时,仅碟簧7驱动活塞8右移,实现对轮毂1的制动,充液刹车油腔12、解除刹车油腔13、备用油腔14均不工作;在行车制动时,在充液刹车油腔12内充油,充液刹车油腔12与碟簧7一起驱动活塞8右移,实现对轮毂1的制动,解除刹车油腔13、备用油腔14均不工作;在行车制动时,当系统判断碟簧7失效或碟簧力不足时,在充液刹车油腔12、备用油腔14均充油,充液刹车油腔12、备用油腔14与碟簧7一起驱动活塞8右移,实现对轮毂1的制动,解除刹车油腔13不工作;在行车时,在解除刹车油腔13内充油,并使解除刹车油腔13向左推动活塞8的力大于碟簧7驱动活塞8向右的力,从而使轮毂1不受制动力约束。

1.一种轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,包括轮毂(1)、外壳体(2)、内壳体(3),外壳体(2)、内壳体(3)连接在一起,其特征在于,还包括一级减速器内齿(4)、二级减速器内齿(5)、垫片(6)、碟簧(7)、活塞(8)、嵌块(9)、挡圈(10)、O型圈(11)、充液刹车油腔(12)、解除刹车油腔(13)、备用油腔(14)、离合器左端板(15)、离合器摩擦片(16)、离合器钢片(17)、离合器右端板(18),一级减速器内齿(4)、二级减速器内齿(5)均布置在内壳体(3)的内壁面,一级减速器内齿(4)位于内壳体(3)的右端,二级减速器内齿(5)位于内壳体(3)的中间;垫片(6)、碟簧(7)、活塞(8)、嵌块(9)、挡圈(10)均布置在外壳体(2)内,垫片(6)、碟簧(7)依次布置在活塞(8)的左侧,嵌块(9)、挡圈(10)依次布置在活塞(8)的右外侧,活塞(8)、嵌块(9)的内侧外侧均布置O型圈(11),活塞(8)左外侧与外壳体(2)之间的腔体组成充液刹车油腔(12),活塞(8)右外侧与嵌块(9)之间的腔体组成解除刹车油腔(13),活塞(8)与碟簧(7)之间的腔体组成备用油腔(14);离合器左端板(15)、离合器摩擦片(16)、离合器钢片(17)、离合器右端板(18)布置在内壳体(3)的左端,离合器摩擦片(16)、离合器钢片(17)布置在离合器左端板(15)、离合器右端板(18)之间;离合器左端板(15)、离合器钢片(17)、离合器右端板(18)的外侧边缘均布置有轮齿,离合器摩擦片(16)的内侧边缘布置有轮齿,内壳体(3)内侧左端也布置有内齿,离合器左端板(15)、离合器钢片(17)、离合器右端板(18)的外侧边缘的轮齿与内壳体(3)内侧左端的内齿相匹配;轮毂(1)与离合器左端板(15)、离合器摩擦片(16)、离合器钢片(17)、离合器右端板(18)接触处布置有花键。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,其特征在于所述垫片(6)、碟簧(7)、活塞(8)、嵌块(9)的纵截面均为圆环结构,活塞(8)的横截面为“土”字型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,其特征在于所述离合器摩擦片(16)、离合器钢片(17)间隔布置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,其特征在于所述离合器为湿式离合器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轮毂电机用内置式制动系统,其特征在于所述一级减速器内齿(4)、二级减速器内齿(5)分别与一级减速器总成、二级减速器总成相匹配。
