技术领域
本发明涉及家纺面料领域,特别涉及一种防钻绒羽绒面料。
背景技术
现有的羽绒服、羽绒被等由于良好的保暖性能,柔软舒适,深受人们的喜欢。羽绒服或羽绒被等通过在面料和里料之间填充羽绒,使其蓬松保暖。为了保证羽绒在羽绒服或羽绒被内的稳定性,面料和里料之间需要做绗缝处理,然而绗缝后在面料上会留下许多针眼,鸭绒、鹅绒、中空化纤等羽绒填充物会透过针眼移动到面料之外,出现钻绒现象,影响织物的穿着效果。目前有通过覆膜或涂层工艺,对钻绒现象进行改善,但是会导致面料的透气性下降,一方面影响舒适性,另一方面会导致羽绒在湿热的环境下滋生大量细菌,使用效果不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防钻绒羽绒面料,通过设置中间网格层,采用无衍缝的方式,解决了现有羽绒面料绗缝后在面料上会留下许多针眼,鸭绒、鹅绒、中空化纤等羽绒填充物会透过针眼移动到面料之外,出现钻绒现象,影响织物的穿着效果,并且透气性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种防钻绒羽绒面料,包括面层和中间网格层;在所述中间网格层的两面设置有所述面层,在两所述面层之间填充有羽绒填充物;所述中间网格层由热压粘合纱线十字纵横交错编织成具有方形网眼的镂空网格布;所述热压粘合纱线为包芯纱结构,包括外包纤维和芯纤维;所述热压粘合纱线以低温热粘合聚酯纤维作为外包纤维螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维外;所述芯纤维为PPT纤维;所述面层以皮芯纱线作为经纬纱采用平纹组织编织而成;所述皮芯纱线由20-25根皮芯长丝加捻并股而成;所述皮芯长丝以细旦锦纶丝为芯层,以粘胶纤维为皮层;所述粘胶纤维包覆在所述细旦锦纶丝外;所述皮芯纱线的捻系数为300-350;作为经纱和纬纱的所述皮芯纱线的捻向相同;对所述中间网格层进行烫压,使两所述面层粘结形成阵列排布的封闭填充空间;所述羽绒填充物位于所述封闭填充空间内。

通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,通过烫压,使中间网格层的热压粘合纱线的外包纤维熔化,实现将两面层的粘结呈一个个填充空间,无需衍缝,能够有效避免衍缝针孔钻绒现象,并且中间网格层可以提高填充物的稳定性,同时采用皮芯纱线编织高密面料结构,以细旦锦纶丝为芯层,强度好,抗皱挺括,不易变形,以粘胶纤维为皮层,触感轻柔,透湿透气,舒适性好,并且粘胶纤维使皮芯纱线表面保持毛糙,可以有效减少钻绒;面层采用平纹组织,稳定性好,面层的经纬纱采用适合的同捻向捻度,使织物交织点处相互嵌合,能增强织物的紧密感,减小织物的孔隙,增强防羽绒性。

实施例
结合图1、图2,本发明公开了一种防钻绒羽绒面料,包括面层1和中间网格层2。在中间网格层2的两面设置有面层1,在两面层1之间填充有羽绒填充物。中间网格层2由热压粘合纱线十字纵横交错编织成具有方形网眼的镂空网格布。热压粘合纱线为包芯纱结构,包括外包纤维和芯纤维。热压粘合纱线以低温热粘合聚酯纤维作为外包纤维螺旋包缠在芯纤维外。优选的,热压粘合纱线为75D。芯纤维为PPT纤维。具体的,可以采用涡流纺工艺进行纺纱。面层1以皮芯纱线作为经纬纱采用平纹组织编织而成。皮芯纱线由20-25根皮芯长丝加捻并股而成。皮芯长丝以细旦锦纶丝为芯层,以粘胶纤维为皮层。粘胶纤维包覆在细旦锦纶丝外。具体的,可以将细旦锦纶丝浸渍在粘胶浆液中,然后热风烘干形成皮芯长丝。皮芯纱线的捻系数为300-350。作为经纱和纬纱的皮芯纱线的捻向相同。优选的,皮芯纱线为25D。对中间网格层2进行烫压,使两面层1粘结形成阵列排布的封闭填充空间。羽绒填充物位于封闭填充空间内。结合图2,先将中间网格层2双面涂覆水溶性胶水,将其于两面层1固定,采用网格形的热压模沿中间网格层2的热压粘合纱线进行烫压,使热压粘合纱线的低温热粘合聚酯纤维熔化,然后冷却实现粘结。具体烫压时,分两次烫压,第一次烫压预留充绒口,进行充绒;第二次烫压时,再封闭充绒口。
为了保证面层1防钻绒效果,本发明采用高密平纹织物,优选的,面层1的经密为105-120根/cm,纬密为95-110根/cm。
为了保证本发明的透气性,同时降低生产成本,中间网格层2的网孔密度为50-400个/1dm2。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,通过烫压,使中间网格层2的热压粘合纱线的外包纤维熔化,实现将两面层1的粘结呈一个个填充空间,无需衍缝,能够有效避免衍缝针孔钻绒现象,同时采用皮芯纱线编织高密面料结构,以细旦锦纶丝为芯层,强度好,抗皱挺括,不易变形,以粘胶纤维为皮层,触感轻柔,透湿透气,舒适性好,并且粘胶纤维使皮芯纱线表面保持毛糙,可以有效减少钻绒;面层1采用平纹组织,稳定性好,面层1的经纬纱采用适合的同捻向捻度,使织物交织点处相互嵌合,能增强织物的紧密感,减小织物的孔隙,增强防羽绒性。

Claims (5)
1.一种防钻绒羽绒面料,其特征在于,包括面层和中间网格层;在所述中间网格层的两面设置有所述面层,在两所述面层之间填充有羽绒填充物;所述中间网格层由热压粘合纱线十字纵横交错编织成具有方形网眼的镂空网格布;所述热压粘合纱线为包芯纱结构,包括外包纤维和芯纤维;所述热压粘合纱线以低温热粘合聚酯纤维作为外包纤维螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维外;所述芯纤维为PPT纤维;所述面层以皮芯纱线作为经纬纱采用平纹组织编织而成;所述皮芯纱线由20-25根皮芯长丝加捻并股而成;所述皮芯长丝以细旦锦纶丝为芯层,以粘胶纤维为皮层;所述粘胶纤维包覆在所述细旦锦纶丝外;所述皮芯纱线的捻系数为300-350;作为经纱和纬纱的所述皮芯纱线的捻向相同;对所述中间网格层进行烫压,使两所述面层粘结形成阵列排布的封闭填充空间;所述羽绒填充物位于所述封闭填充空间内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防钻绒羽绒面料,其特征在于,所述面层的经密为105-120根/cm,纬密为95-110根/cm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防钻绒羽绒面料,其特征在于,所述皮芯纱线为25D。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防钻绒羽绒面料,其特征在于,所述热压粘合纱线为75D。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防钻绒羽绒面料,其特征在于,所述中间网格层的网孔密度为50-400个/1dm2。
