技术领域
本发明涉及搪瓷建材领域,尤其涉及一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板及其制备方法。
背景技术
搪瓷着瓷产物也叫后涂覆制品,其是一种通过在基板表面上形成搪瓷层而赋予其防腐性、耐药品性和耐风化性等功能并提高钢板寿命的制品。搪瓷着瓷产物与预涂覆制品相比,虽具有制造成本昂贵等缺点,但其在硬度、耐风化性、洗涤性、耐热性和不燃性等方面都具有优良品质;同时,搪瓷着瓷产品本身还具有高度抑制污染,通过清洗可优异复原的耐化学性的作用。目前,搪瓷装饰板在国外的建筑幕墙和各种室内装饰工作中已得到广泛的应用,在我国也有近十年是应用历史。现有的搪瓷装饰板制备方法由于材料及工艺原因,有图案或花纹的一般用花纸或丝网印的方法,此方法只适用平面,不适用于有转角、阴角、凹槽等形状的搪瓷装饰板,制备的产品质量无法满足使用要求。如部分应用领域及场合的搪瓷装饰装饰材料要兼有搪瓷装饰板的防撞、吸音和仿麻花石外观的要求,现有的制备工艺得到的搪瓷装饰板无法满足上述应用要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,制备得到一种具有麻花石外观的镜面搪瓷装饰板,釉面细腻平整光滑、耐磨、耐蚀、耐候、易清洁。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板。

一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待处理的搪瓷专用钢板进行除油、除锈和防返锈处理;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中处理后的搪瓷专用钢板进行底釉和面釉的喷涂;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中完成喷涂的搪瓷专用钢板进行烧结,得到白色搪瓷钢板基板;
(4)制备麻花石底色釉料;
(5)在上述步骤(3)制备得到的白色搪瓷钢板基板上喷涂步骤(4)制备得到的麻花石底色釉料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板进行烧结,得到麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板;
(7)制备麻花石釉料;
(8)在上述步骤(6)得到的麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板上喷涂麻花石釉料;
(9)将上述步骤(8)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板进行烧结,得到仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板。
进一步地,上述步骤(4)中麻花石底色釉料的制备过程为:
A:取以下重量份的原料:钛釉100份、粘土5-8份、膨润土0.1-0.5份、色素0-5份、亚硝钠0.1-0.5份、尿素0.2-0.5份、石英砂5-20份、水40-60份;
B:研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为5-8克;
C:过筛:研磨后的釉浆用80-100目的滤网过滤去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后进行喷涂。
进一步地,上述步骤(7)中麻花石釉料的制备过程为:
A:制备透明基釉浆:取如下重量份的原料:透明基釉100份、粘土3-5份、膨润土0.1-1.0份、碳酸钾0.1-0.5份、尿素0.2-0.5份、水40-60份,经研磨8-12小时后用100-120目过滤网过筛备用;
B:透明基釉研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为8-12克;
C:透明基釉过筛:研磨后的釉浆用80-100的滤网过虑去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后备用;
D:麻花色釉粒研磨:取麻花色釉放入球磨机进行研磨粉碎1-3小时,上述麻花色釉可以是白色、黑色、红色、黄色或蓝色的钛釉,分别进行研磨;
E:麻花色釉粒筛选:上述麻花色釉白色、黑色、红色、黄色或蓝色的钛釉研磨后先用40目过滤网过筛,通过40目的部分再用80目过滤网,未通过筛的筛余物备用麻花色釉颗粒;
F:透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒勾兑:取透明基釉浆100份,加入一种或多种麻花色釉颗粒进行混合其中,其中单色麻花色釉颗粒用量为1-4份;
G:混合搅拌:上述透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒混合搅拌至均匀,得到麻花石釉料。

(3)将上述步骤(2)中处理后的搪瓷专用钢板采用静电干粉设备进行底釉和面釉的喷涂;
(4)将上述步骤(3)中完成喷涂的搪瓷专用钢板在830℃下进行7min烧结,烧结后底釉加面釉的厚度为100μ,得到白色搪瓷钢板基板;
(5)麻花石底色釉料的制备过程为;
A:取以下重量份的原料:钛釉100份、粘土5份、膨润土0.1份、色素2份、亚硝钠0.1份、尿素0.2份、石英砂5份、水40份;
B:研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为5克;
C:过筛:研磨后的釉浆用80目的滤网过滤去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后进行喷涂;

B:透明基釉研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为8克;
C:透明基釉过筛:研磨后的釉浆用80目的滤网过虑去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后备用;
D:麻花色釉粒研磨:取红色麻花色釉放入球磨机进行研磨粉碎1小时;
E:麻花色釉粒筛选:上述红色麻花色釉研磨后先用40目过滤网过筛,通过40目的部分再用80目过滤网,未通过筛的筛余物备用麻花色釉颗粒;
F:透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒勾兑:取透明基釉浆100份,红色麻花色釉颗粒2份进行混合;
G:混合搅拌:上述透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒混合搅拌至均匀,得到麻花石釉料;

(6)在上述步骤(4)制备得到的白色搪瓷钢板基板上采用湿法喷涂设备喷涂步骤(4)制备得到的麻花石底色釉料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板在820℃下进行6min烧结,得到麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板;
(8)麻花石釉料的制备:
A:制备透明基釉浆:取如下重量份的原料:透明基釉100份、粘土4份、膨润土0.5份、碳酸钾0.3份、尿素0.3份、水50份,经研磨10小时后用110目过滤网过筛备用;
B:透明基釉研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为10克;
C:透明基釉过筛:研磨后的釉浆用90目的滤网过虑去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后备用;
D:麻花色釉粒研磨:取黑色、红色麻花色釉,分别放入球磨机进行研磨粉碎2小时;
E:麻花色釉粒筛选:上述麻花色釉研磨后先用40目过滤网过筛,通过40目的部分再用80目过滤网,未通过筛的筛余物备用麻花色釉颗粒;
F:透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒勾兑:取透明基釉浆100份,黑色麻花色釉颗粒2份,红色麻花色釉颗粒4份进行混合;
G:混合搅拌:上述透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒混合搅拌至均匀,得到麻花石釉料;
(9)在上述步骤(7)得到的麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板上采用湿法喷涂设备喷涂麻花石釉料;
(10)将上述步骤(9)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板在800℃下进行5min烧结,烧结后涂层厚度为200μ,得到仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板;
(11)在步骤(10)中得到的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的背面粘结铝蜂窝芯作为背衬层,并进行压平处理,在背衬层周边采用密封胶进行密封即得产品。
实施例3
一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待处理搪瓷专用钢板采用数控切割裁剪、折制成所需形状
(2)将待处理的搪瓷专用钢板进行除油、除锈和二道中和防返锈处理;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中处理后的搪瓷专用钢板采用静电干粉设备进行底釉和面釉的喷涂;
(4)将上述步骤(3)中完成喷涂的搪瓷专用钢板在850℃下进行5min烧结,烧结后底釉加面釉的厚度为180μ,得到白色搪瓷钢板基板;
(5)麻花石底色釉料的制备过程为:
A:取以下重量份的原料:钛釉100份、粘土8份、膨润土0.5份、色素5份、亚硝钠0.5份、尿素0.5份、石英砂20份、水60份;
B:研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为8克;
C:过筛:研磨后的釉浆用100目的滤网过滤去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后进行喷涂;
(6)在上述步骤(4)制备得到的白色搪瓷钢板基板上采用湿法喷涂设备喷涂步骤(4)制备得到的麻花石底色釉料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板在830℃下进行5min烧结,得到麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板;
(8)麻花石釉料的制备:
A:制备透明基釉浆:取如下重量份的原料:透明基釉100份、粘土5份、膨润土1.0份、碳酸钾0.5份、尿素0.5份、水60份,经研磨12小时后用120目过滤网过筛备用;
B:透明基釉研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为12克;
C:透明基釉过筛:研磨后的釉浆用100目的滤网过滤去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后备用;
D:麻花色釉粒研磨:分别取白色、黑色、红色、黄色和蓝色麻花色釉,放入球磨机进行研磨粉碎3小时;
E:麻花色釉粒筛选:上述麻花色釉研磨后先用40目过滤网过筛,通过40目的部分再用80目过滤网,未通过筛的筛余物备用麻花色釉颗粒;
F:透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒勾兑:取透明基釉浆100份,上述步骤E筛选后的麻花色釉颗粒各4份进行混合;
G:混合搅拌:上述透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒混合搅拌至均匀,得到麻花石釉料;
(9)在上述步骤(7)得到的麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板上采用湿法喷涂设备喷涂麻花石釉料;
(10)将上述步骤(9)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板在820℃下进行4min烧结,烧结后涂层厚度为250μ,得到仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板;
(11)在步骤(10)中得到的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的背面粘结硅酸钙板作为背衬层,并进行压平处理,在背衬层周边采用密封胶进行密封即得产品。
性能测试:将本申请实施例1制备的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板和普通的搪瓷钢板分别按行业标准JGT234-2008《建筑装饰用搪瓷钢板》的测试要求在同等条件下进行性能测试:结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本申请的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板在各项性能上均优于普通的搪瓷钢板或和普通搪瓷版性能相当,说明采用本发明的制备方法,通过在搪瓷钢板基板上依次喷涂麻花石底色釉料和麻花石釉料,并通过烧结使釉料和基板更好的融合,得到的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板具有麻花釉层平滑美观,釉面细腻,耐磨、耐蚀、耐候、易清洁的特点
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待处理的搪瓷专用钢板进行除油、除锈和防返锈处理;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中处理后的搪瓷专用钢板进行底釉和面釉的喷涂;
(3)将上述步骤(2)中完成喷涂的搪瓷专用钢板进行烧结,得到白色搪瓷钢板基板;
(4)制备麻花石底色釉料;
(5)在上述步骤(3)制备得到的白色搪瓷钢板基板上喷涂步骤(4)制备得到的麻花石底色釉料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板进行烧结,得到麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板;
(7)制备麻花石釉料;
A:制备透明基釉浆:取如下重量份的原料:透明基釉100份、粘土3-5份、膨润土0.1-1.0份、碳酸钾0.1-0.5份、尿素0.2-0.5份、水40-60份,经研磨8-12小时后用100-120目过滤网过筛备用;
B:透明基釉研磨:按以上比例加入球磨机中进行研磨至100ml经350目筛余量为8-12克;
C:透明基釉过筛:研磨后的釉浆用80-100的滤网过虑去掉大的颗粒得到釉浆后备用;
D:麻花色釉粒研磨:取麻花色釉放入球磨机进行研磨粉碎1-3小时,上述麻花色釉可以是白色、黑色、红色、黄色或蓝色的钛釉,分别进行研磨;
E:麻花色釉粒筛选:上述麻花色釉白色、黑色、红色、黄色或蓝色的钛釉研磨后先用40目过滤网过筛,通过40目的部分再用80目过滤网,未通过筛的筛余物备用麻花色釉颗粒;
F:透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒勾兑:取透明基釉浆100份,加入一种或多种麻花色釉颗粒进行混合其中,其中单色麻花色釉颗粒用量为1-4份;
G:混合搅拌:上述透明基釉浆和麻花色釉颗粒混合搅拌至均匀,得到麻花石釉料;
(8)在上述步骤(6)得到的麻花石底色的搪瓷钢板上喷涂麻花石釉料;
(9)将上述步骤(8)中完成喷涂的搪瓷钢板进行烧结,得到仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中烧结过程为:在830-850℃下烧结3-5min;上述步骤(6)中烧结过程为:在800-830℃下烧结5-7min;上述步骤(9)中烧结过程为:在780-820℃下烧结4-6min。
3.根据权利要求1所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中采用静电干粉喷涂设备进行喷涂,上述步骤(5)和步骤(8)中采用湿法喷涂设备进行喷涂。
4.根据权利要求1所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中烧结后底釉加面釉的厚度为100-180μ;上述步骤(9)中烧结后涂层厚度为150-250μ。
5.根据权利要求1所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,预处理之前还包括以下步骤:将待处理搪瓷专用钢板裁剪、折制成所需形状。
6.根据权利要求1所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:在步骤(9)中得到的仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的背面粘结背衬层,并进行压平处理,在背衬层周边采用密封胶进行密封。
7.根据权利要求6所述仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述背衬层为硅酸钙板或铝蜂窝芯。
8.一种仿麻花石搪瓷装饰板,其特征在于,由权利要求1至7任一项所述方法制备而成。
