And secondly, performing three-equal subdivision or four-equal subdivision treatment on the bamboo tube along the longitudinal direction by using a circular bamboo subdivision device to obtain arc-shaped bamboo chips, wherein the arc-shaped bamboo chips are preferably three-equal subdivision.
And thirdly, placing the arc-shaped bamboo chips into a crack-free bamboo flattening and shaping device shown in fig. 1. The arc-shaped bamboo chips 1 are positioned between the upper flattening plate 2 and the heating and wetting device 3, one side of the arc-shaped bamboo chips 1 is contacted with the convex fixing parts, and the other side is contacted with the lateral pressurizing moving blocks 6.
And fourthly, performing steam softening treatment on the green surfaces of the arc-shaped bamboo chips, wherein steam and water injection channels 11 formed on the upper steam flattening plate 2 are discharged, the steam treatment temperature is 150 ℃, and the time is 5-6 min, preferably 6min. The lower part of the arc-shaped bamboo chips is heated by the heating and spraying device 3, and the temperature is set to be 150 ℃.
Step five, pressurizing and shaping the arc-shaped bamboo chips to obtain flattened bamboo chips; the upper part of the arc-shaped bamboo chips is pressurized by adopting an upper flattening plate 2, the side part of the arc-shaped bamboo chips 1 is loaded with pressure of 1.5-2.0 kN, preferably 2.0kN by adopting a lateral cylinder, and the upper flattening plate 2 moves downwards at a speed of 1-2 mm/min, preferably 2mm/min until the arc-shaped bamboo chips are flattened.
Step six, drying the flattened bamboo chips under the pressure; the upper and lower parts of the flattened bamboo chips are heated simultaneously, the upper part is heated by an upper hot pressing plate of a hot press, the lower part is heated by a heating and wetting device 3, the temperature is set to be 110-120 ℃, preferably 120 ℃, and the flattened bamboo chips are dried until the water content is not higher than 12%.
And seventhly, spraying and wetting the green surface and the yellow surface of the flattened bamboo chips simultaneously, wherein the green surface is sprayed and wetted by using the steam and water spraying channels 11 on the steam upper flattening plate 2, the yellow surface is sprayed and wetted by using the heating and wetting channel 4 on the wetting device 3, and the duration of spraying and wetting is 2-3 min.
And step eight, performing secondary drying, wherein the flattened bamboo chips are dried by adopting a mode of heating the upper surface and the lower surface simultaneously, the temperature is set to be 80-90 ℃, preferably 90 ℃, and the drying is performed until the water content is not higher than 12%.

s01, cutting off the bamboo tube, removing inner joints, outer joints and removing green;
s02, performing three-equal subdivision or four-equal subdivision treatment on the bamboo tube along the longitudinal direction to obtain arc-shaped bamboo chips;
s03, placing the arc-shaped bamboo chips into a crack-free bamboo flattening and shaping device;
s04, performing steam softening treatment on the green surfaces of the arc-shaped bamboo chips;
s05, pressurizing and shaping the arc-shaped bamboo chips to obtain flattened bamboo chips;
s06, drying the flattened bamboo chips under the pressure;
s07, spraying wet on the green surface and the yellow surface of the flattened bamboo chips simultaneously;
s08, performing secondary drying.

The crack-free bamboo flattening and sizing method of claim 1, wherein: in S01, the cut length of the bamboo tube is selected to be within 1200mm, limiting teeth are arranged on a green removing milling cutter shaft in a green removing treatment, air pressure of 0.3-0.7 MPa is applied, and the green removing thickness is 0.4-0.7 mm.

5. The crack-free bamboo flattening and sizing method of claim 1, wherein: in S06, the upper and lower surfaces of the flattened bamboo chips are heated simultaneously, the temperature is set to be 110-120 ℃, and the flattened bamboo chips are dried until the water content is not higher than 12%.
6. The crack-free bamboo flattening and sizing method of claim 1, wherein: in S07, the duration of spraying is 2-3 min.

The crack-free bamboo flattening and sizing method of claim 1, wherein: in S08, the flattened bamboo chips are dried by adopting a mode of heating the upper surface and the lower surface simultaneously, the temperature is set to 80-90 ℃, and the flattened bamboo chips are dried until the water content is not higher than 12%.
