Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of aviation assembly, and relates to a movable telescopic positioning device for assembling products on the upper part of a tool. The device comprises a foundation plate, a positioner, a guide post, a telescopic mechanism, a framework, a hand wheel, a lifting ring, a wedge-shaped positioning group, an auxiliary positioning pin, a V-shaped groove positioning group, a compression nut, a theoretical position positioning pin, a front frame and a rear frame; the foundation plate is arranged above the product and provided with a plurality of positioners for positioning the product parts; the framework is arranged above the foundation plate and is connected with the telescopic mechanism through the guide post; the guide post is provided with a theoretical position locating pin for determining the theoretical positions of the base plate and the locator; the telescopic mechanism is connected with the hand wheel, and the up-and-down movement of the foundation plate and the positioner is realized by rotating the hand wheel; the wedge-shaped positioning group and the auxiliary positioning pin are used for connecting the front frame; the V-shaped groove positioning group and the compression nut are used for connecting the rear frame. The invention can greatly improve the assembly efficiency and quality, is more convenient to operate and meets the production requirement.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aviation assembly, and relates to a movable telescopic positioning device for assembling products on the upper part of a tool.
Background
The assembly of the upper parts of the general aircraft is accomplished by a positioner extending from the upper frame of the tooling. Because the structural characteristics, the installation sequence and the lower frame mode of the product are limited, the upper frame and the upper positioner of the tool need to be moved or disassembled to meet the lower frame of the product. When the fixture is used on site, particularly, the large-scale assembly fixture has a certain influence on clamping difficulty and clamping time due to the large number of movable positioning devices which need to be disassembled and moved. Particularly, the longer extending support arm of the movable positioner limited by the frame structure affects the positioning precision of the product. And certain influence is brought to the quality of products and the management of tools.

the framework 5 is of a bracket structure and is arranged above the foundation plate 1, and is connected with the foundation plate 1 through the guide post 3 and the telescopic mechanism 4; the guide column 3 is provided with a theoretical position locating pin 12 for determining the theoretical positions of the foundation plate 1 and the positioner; a hand wheel 6 is arranged on the framework 5, the telescopic mechanism 4 is connected with the hand wheel 6, and the up-and-down movement of the foundation plate 1 and the positioner 2 is realized by rotating the hand wheel 6;

The application method of the movable telescopic positioning device for assembling the upper product of the tool comprises the following steps:
1. working state: connecting the skeleton 5 to the front frame 13 and the rear frame 14, rotating the hand wheel 6 to move the base plate 1 and the positioner 2 to the theoretical position, and inserting the theoretical position locating pin 12; the product part is positioned with a positioner 2.
2. Non-working state: pulling out a product locating pin on the locator 2, pulling out a theoretical position locating pin 12, and moving the base plate 1 and the locator 2 upwards by rotating the hand wheel 6 to withdraw from the product by a certain distance; the auxiliary locating pin 9 is pulled out, the compression nut 11 is loosened, and the whole set of device is lifted away through the lifting ring 7.

The application method of the movable telescopic positioning device for assembling the upper product of the tool comprises the following steps:
1. working state: connecting the skeleton 5 to the front frame 13 and the rear frame 14, rotating the hand wheel 6 to move the base plate 1 and the positioner 2 to the theoretical position, and inserting the theoretical position locating pin 12; the product part is positioned with a positioner 2.
2. Non-working state: pulling out a product locating pin on the locator 2, pulling out a theoretical position locating pin 12, and moving the base plate 1 and the locator 2 upwards by rotating the hand wheel 6 to withdraw from the product by a certain distance; the auxiliary locating pin 9 is pulled out, the compression nut 11 is loosened, and the whole set of device is lifted away through the lifting ring 7.

5. mounting the base plate 1 to a theoretical position by means of a tool ball, and inserting a theoretical position locating pin 12;
6. the positioner 2 is mounted to a theoretical position by means of tool balls and is connected to the base plate 1.
