Abstract
本发明公开了一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液及其制备方法,所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,包括如下原料:水,乙醇,何首乌提取物,甘油,当归提取物,芦荟提取物,人参提取物,茶多酚,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类,维生素H,叶酸,维生素B3,泛酸,维生素B6,维生素B2,维生素B1,酵母多肽类,半胱氨酸,苯甲酸钠,山梨酸钾,柠檬酸,亚油酸,木聚糖酶,水螅提取物。本发明通过采用亚油酸、木聚糖酶、水螅提取物协同提高温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的防脱发率和促毛发生长率。

【技术领域】
本发明属于护发养护技术,具体涉及一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
人类头发由10-15股头发构成,每一股都在生长和脱落,头发的生长和脱落重复三个阶段:毛发生长初期,在该阶段头发生长;毛发生长初期后的毛发生长中期,该阶段代谢变慢,并维持头发形状;毛发生长终期,在该阶段毛乳头收缩,并且毛囊逐步收缩,因此毛囊变小,被强制升高。头发周期或寿命可能依赖于营养状态、疾病史、遗传、体质、激素分泌或年龄而改变。就正在处于脱发的病人而言,头发在毛发生长初期变成中期和终期,因此,大量头发被拉出,引物生长初期不正常地变慢。可以看出,头发脱落是因为毛囊变小。
就脱发而言,最大的引起因素依赖于遗传因素(男性荷尔蒙)、环境因素(污染、发型固定剂)。首先,我们知道,脱发的发生是因为遗传因素,并且其发展依赖于男性荷尔蒙。与脱发有关的男性荷尔蒙是DHT,其为一种活性男性荷尔蒙,一般被5-α-还原酶激活。此外,压力、疾病、胎儿娩出、饮食结构改变、不规则的生活、血液循环障碍、传染病感染以及过氧化与脱发有关,然而,导致脱发的明确的因素未见报道。随着工业化和信息化的发展,脱发患者数量在增加,在最近的脱发患者中,低年龄和女性患者数量在增加。
中国专利文献″具有良好发型固定功能的防脱发组合物以及含有所述组合物的生发油(授权公告号:CN103269678B)″公开了一种良好的头发定型功能,并最大限度防止头皮疖和脱落,为头发带来光泽、不刺激头发、并使头发柔顺,但是其防脱发率和促毛发生长率方面还有很大的提升空间;中国专利(CN104887594A)公开了一种防脱发修护精华油,虽然对比文件1公开了纯天然萃取橄榄油、芦荟纯露、当归、何首乌、女贞果、松木、荷叶、山楂、核桃仁、葵花籽的提取物,可以预防毛囊发炎和发质过油,能促进细胞再生,防止因发质过油引起的脱发、掉发,平衡皮脂分泌,帮助头发生长,且也公开了可以加入亚麻酸、维生素等作为调理剂,但其效果不明显,且加入苯氧乙醇,而苯氧乙醇是一种防腐剂,长期对头皮有损伤,有害健康,防脱发效果也不显著;中国专利CN106726980A)公开了一种防脱发的护发素,主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:异硬脂醇棕榈酸酯18-26%、硬脂酸甘油酯6-10%、丙二醇2-4%、橄榄油4-6%、卵磷脂5-10%、水解角蛋白5-10%、维生素B6 1-2%、防脱剂8-16%、海藻胶3-5%、谷胱甘肽2-3%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠2-3%、亚油酸5-8%、防腐剂0.02-0.04%和水15-25%。
且防脱发采用主要技术手段加入防脱剂和维生素提高脱发效果,但是其防头发效果不明显,且也加入了防腐剂,期对头皮有损伤,有害健康,且防脱发效果不突出;中国专利(CN104546612A)公开了一种防脱发的洗发护发组合物,含有锯棕榈果提取物和柠檬草精油,虽然以纯天然植物组分为主要成分,能够有效防止或减少脱发,维持头皮健康,同时降低化学成分的添加量,改善产品的使用效果,杜绝副作用的发生。但是其实质上还有加入了抑菌剂,尤其是间苯二酚、煤焦油,间苯二酚有毒,煤焦油也是《化妆品卫生规范》中规定的化妆品禁用组分,而且防脱发的洗发护发组合物对防脱发效果提升并不明显;中国专利CN10329678A)公开一种防脱发组合物,所述组合物包括0.1~3wt%水杨酸、0.1~5wt%的生育酚乙酸酯、0.1~3wt%的烟酸酰胺、和0.5~5wt%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、8~20wt%乙醇、0.3~0.5wt%氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、0.2~0.4wt%固体参提取物、0.2~0.4wt%芍药根提取物、以及剩余重量的纯化水;所述固体参和芍药根提取物由甲醇、1,3-丁二醇和纯化水或它们混合物提取制备得到。该技术方案采用传统的人参和芍药等提取物,再加入其他表面活性剂成分,只添加上述组分,防脱发率和促毛发生长率效果不突出,对于脱发严重的患者、尤其是男性中年脱发患者而言,效果差强人意。基于现有技术中,防脱发净化液脱发效果不好,需要进一步提升的问题,申请人经过长期摸索和研究,提供一种全新的、能够高效提升防脱发率和促毛发生长率的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液及其制备方法,一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液及其制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,包括如下原料:水,乙醇,何首乌提取物,甘油,当归提取物,芦荟提取物,人参提取物,茶多酚,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类,维生素H,叶酸,维生素B3,泛酸,维生素B6,维生素B2,维生素B1,酵母多肽类,半胱氨酸,苯甲酸钠,山梨酸钾,柠檬酸,亚油酸,木聚糖酶,水螅提取物;所述水螅提取物的添加量为防脱发生发精华液的总质量的1-3%;所述木聚糖酶的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的5-10%;所述亚油酸的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的10-20%。
进一步地,所述水螅提取物为水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流24-48小时后,过滤液干燥后得到。
进一步地,所述水螅提取物的添加量为防脱发生发精华液的总质量的2%。
进一步地,所述木聚糖酶的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的7.5%。
进一步地,所述亚油酸的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的15%。
进一步地,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:水70-80份,乙醇5-10份,何首乌提取物1-3份,甘油5-10份,当归提取物2-4份,芦荟提取物2-4份,人参提取物1-3份,茶多酚0.1-0.3份,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类0.1-0.3份维生素H0.01-0.03份,叶酸0.01-0.03份,维生素B30.01-0.03份,泛酸0.01-0.03份,维生素B60.01-0.03份,维生素B20.01-0.03份,维生素B10.01-0.03份,酵母多肽类0.01-0.03份,半胱氨酸0.01-0.03份,苯甲酸钠1-3份,山梨酸钾1-3份,柠檬酸1-3份,亚油酸0.1-0.6份,木聚糖酶0.05-0.3份,水螅提取物1-3份。
一种根据上述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将何首乌,当归,芦荟,人参称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20-30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,干燥,即得各自的提取物;(2)将水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流24-48小时后,过滤液干燥后得到水螅提取物;(3)在水中加入水螅提取物,然后加入亚油酸,木聚糖酶,搅拌24-48小时,稳定后,加入其它组分,分散均匀即可。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的甘草能养血活血,通经行脉;人参、祛风除湿,祛风除湿,活血通经开腠理,促生毛发之功;何首乌可促进局部血液循,营养毛发;当归可补气升阳、益气固表;芦荟可促进头皮血液循环及新陈代谢,为毛乳头补充营养,并促使有损伤有感染的头皮康复,减少油性头发的油脂溢出,促进新发再生。但是只添加上述组分,防脱发率和促毛发生长率还有提升空间,而通过大量的试验和组合,申请人发现亚油酸、木聚糖酶、水螅提取物具有上述的协同促进作用。
亚油酸,具有软化血管、促进微循环的作用,同时其具有弱酸性和还原性,具有稳定水螅提取物的效果,可以去除头皮油脂,从而增加吸收效率,增加了促毛发生长率;水螅提取物具体的成分不明了,但是其提取物在水中分散为透明黏状物,通过实验发现,该提取物可以极大的提高防脱发率和毛发生长率,推测其具有活性因子,但是该成分不太稳定且粘度较高,在水中分散时,容易被水中溶解氧气氧化而失去活性,因此通过加入亚油酸和木聚糖酶可以起到稳定的效果;木聚糖酶为水溶性半纤维,其能够吸附水螅提取物,提高分散性,同时其覆盖在毛发根部的表皮上,增加粘附时间,提高作用时间,从而促进毛发生长。
本发明的所有组分天然环保,温和对人体无副作用,且可以有效的提高防脱发率和促毛发生长率。
【具体实施方式】
为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
下面通过更具体的实施例加以说明。
实施例1
一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:水75份,乙醇7.5份,何首乌提取物2份,甘油7.5份,当归提取物3份,芦荟提取物3份,人参提取物2份,茶多酚0.2份,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类0.2份,维生素H0.02份,叶酸0.02份,维生素B30.02份,泛酸0.02份,维生素B60.02份,维生素B20.02份,维生素B10.02份,酵母多肽类0.02份,半胱氨酸0.02份,苯甲酸钠2份,山梨酸钾2份,柠檬酸2份,亚油酸0.15份,木聚糖酶0.3份,水螅提取物2份。
一种根据上述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将何首乌,当归,芦荟,人参称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量25倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,干燥,即得各自的提取物;(2)将水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流36小时后,过滤液干燥后得到水螅提取物;(3)在水中加入水螅提取物,然后加入亚油酸,木聚糖酶,搅拌36小时,稳定后,加入其它组分,分散均匀即可。
(1)实施例2
一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:水70份,乙醇10份,何首乌提取物1份,甘油10份,当归提取物2份,芦荟提取物4份,人参提取物1份,茶多酚0.3份,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类0.1份,维生素H0.03份,叶酸0.01份,维生素B30.03份,泛酸0.01份,维生素B60.03份,维生素B20.01份,维生素B10.03份,酵母多肽类0.01份,半胱氨酸0.03份,苯甲酸钠1份,山梨酸钾3份,柠檬酸1份,亚油酸0.225份,木聚糖酶0.45份,水螅提取物3份。
一种根据上述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将何首乌,当归,芦荟,人参称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量25倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,干燥,即得各自的提取物;(2)将水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流36小时后,过滤液干燥后得到水螅提取物;(3)在水中加入水螅提取物,然后加入亚油酸,木聚糖酶,搅拌36小时,稳定后,加入其它组分,分散均匀即可。
实施例3
一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:水80份,乙醇5份,何首乌提取物3份,甘油5份,当归提取物4份,芦荟提取物2份,人参提取物3份,茶多酚0.1份,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类0.3份,维生素H0.01份,叶酸0.03份,维生素B30.01份,泛酸0.03份,维生素B60.01份,维生素B20.03份,维生素B10.01份,酵母多肽类0.03份,半胱氨酸0.01份,苯甲酸钠3份,山梨酸钾1份,柠檬酸3份,亚油酸0.075份,木聚糖酶0.15份,水螅提取物1份。
一种根据上述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将何首乌,当归,芦荟,人参称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量25倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,干燥,即得各自的提取物;(2)将水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流24-48小时后,过滤液干燥后得到水螅提取物;(3)在水中加入水螅提取物,然后加入亚油酸,木聚糖酶,搅拌36小时,稳定后,加入其它组分,分散均匀即可。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中缺少亚油酸、木聚糖酶、水螅提取物。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中缺少亚油酸。
对比例3
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中木聚糖酶。
对比例4
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中缺少水螅提取物。
对比例5
采用中国专利文献″具有良好发型固定功能的防脱发组合物以及含有所述组合物的生发油(授权公告号:CN103269678B)″的实施例1的工艺制备生发油。
对比例6
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中亚油酸0.3份、木聚糖酶0.1份。
对比例7
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中亚油酸0.05份、木聚糖酶0.5份。
对比例8
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的原料中亚油酸0.3份、木聚糖酶0.5份。
共选取110例病患,年龄30-40岁,病程1年以上。前2个月未用过生发类药物及糖皮质激素等。使用方法:将头皮用清水洗干净后,取本发明的组合物直接喷涂于头皮根部即可,每两天喷涂一次,喷涂量固定,二个月为1个疗程,使用1个疗程。对实施例和对比例的产品进行评价,等级分为1-5。防脱发率5表示毛发停止脱落,1表示基本无作用。促生长率5表示新发全部生长良好,4表示新发再生>70%,3表示新发再生>50%,2表示新发再生>30%,1表示新发生长<30%。计算平均得分,列于下表。
由上表可知:由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,亚油酸、木聚糖酶、水螅提取物在温和固发的防脱发生发精华液使用过程中起到了协同作用,协同提高了防脱发率和促毛发生长率。由对比例6-8的数据可见,亚油酸、木聚糖酶的添加量对水螅提取物的效用具有极大的影响,两者在一定比例范围内加入可以有效的提高水螅提取物的效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,包括如下原料:水,乙醇,何首乌提取物,甘油,当归提取物,芦荟提取物,人参提取物,茶多酚,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类,维生素H,叶酸,维生素B3,泛酸,维生素B6,维生素B2,维生素B1,酵母多肽类,半胱氨酸,苯甲酸钠,山梨酸钾,柠檬酸,亚油酸,木聚糖酶,水螅提取物;所述水螅提取物的添加量为防脱发生发精华液的总质量的1-3%;所述木聚糖酶的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的5-10%;所述亚油酸的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的10-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,所述水螅提取物为水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流24-48小时后,过滤液干燥后得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,所述水螅提取物的添加量为防脱发生发精华液的总质量的2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,所述木聚糖酶的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的7.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,所述亚油酸的添加量为水螅提取物的质量的15%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液,其特征在于,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:水70-80份,乙醇5-10份,何首乌提取物1-3份,甘油5-10份,当归提取物2-4份,芦荟提取物2-4份,人参提取物1-3份,茶多酚0.1-0.3份,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类0.1-0.3份,维生素H0.01-0.03份,叶酸0.01-0.03份,维生素B30.01-0.03份,泛酸0.01-0.03份,维生素B60.01-0.03份,维生素B20.01-0.03份,维生素B10.01-0.03份,酵母多肽类0.01-0.03份,半胱氨酸0.01-0.03份,苯甲酸钠1-3份,山梨酸钾1-3份,柠檬酸1-3份,亚油酸0.1-0.6份,木聚糖酶0.05-0.3份,水螅提取物1-3份。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6所述的温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将何首乌,当归,芦荟,人参称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20-30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,干燥,即得各自的提取物;(2)将水螅在冷冻干燥后研磨成粉,在乙醇中真空回流24-48小时后,过滤液干燥后得到水螅提取物;(3)在水中加入水螅提取物,然后加入亚油酸,木聚糖酶,搅拌24-48小时,稳定后,加入其它组分,分散均匀即可。
