本发明公开了一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，属于中药技术领域。该中药热敷药袋包括袋体和装在袋体内的中药组合物，其中，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄、桂枝、防风、独活、柴胡、百部、茯苓、苏籽、细辛、青皮、枳实、干姜、大黄、玄参、茵陈、金钱草、蒲公英、黄芩、黄柏、甘草。本发明实施例提供的中药热敷药袋可以内病外治，其省去了传统煎煮中药的繁琐步骤，去除了患者传统口服中药的痛苦，使用方便，又不用伤及患者的五脏六腑，即可达到治疗的效果，尤其是对于治疗慢性支气管炎和肺气肿等疾病，其治疗效果显著。

本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体是一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
中药热敷，是使用中药对患者的相关部位进行热敷的治疗方法。目前，使用中药热敷药袋进行热敷，是现代中医学比较常见的一种中药热敷方法。其中，中药热敷药袋，是通过将多种中药材混合在一起，并装入在袋体中得到的，相比于口服药物和膏药外敷，其使用起来比较方便。
然而，目前市面上的中药热敷药袋，至少存在药物毒性和药性较烈等问题。尤其是，传统的中药热敷药袋用于治疗慢性支气管炎和肺气肿等疾病，还存在治疗时间偏长、治疗效果偏差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明实施例提供如下技术方案：
一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋，包括袋体和装在袋体内的中药组合物；其中，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄2-6份、桂枝1-5份、防风1-5份、独活2-7份、柴胡2-6份、百部2-6份、茯苓2-7份、苏籽2-6份、细辛1-5份、青皮2-6份、枳实1-6份、干姜0.5-2.5份、大黄1-6份、玄参2-6份、茵陈2-7份、金钱草2-6份、蒲公英2-6份、黄芩2-7份、黄柏1-5份、甘草1-5份。
本发明实施例采用的一种优选方案，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄3-5份、桂枝2-4份、防风2.5-4份、独活3-5.5份、柴胡3-5份、百部3-5份、茯苓3-5.5份、苏籽3-5份、细辛2-3.5份、青皮3-4.5份、枳实2-4.5份、干姜1-1.5份、大黄3-4.5份、玄参3-5份、茵陈3-5.5份、金钱草3-5份、蒲公英3-5份、黄芩3-4.5份、黄柏2-4份、甘草1-3份。
本发明实施例采用的另一种优选方案，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄4份、桂枝3份、防风3份、独活4.5份、柴胡4份、百部4份、茯苓4.5份、苏籽4份、细辛2.5份、青皮4份、枳实3.5份、干姜1.2份、大黄3.5份、玄参4份、茵陈4.5份、金钱草4份、蒲公英4份、黄芩4份、黄柏3份、甘草2份。
本发明实施例还提供了一种上述中药热敷药袋的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：
(1)按照上述重量份称取各组分，备用；
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；
(6)将上述称取的黄柏和茵陈用白醋进行炮制，得到混合物E；
(7)将步骤(2)-(6)得到的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C、混合物D、混合物E和剩余的组分混合均匀，并加工成粉末状，得到中药组合物；
(8)将上述得到的中药组分物装入到袋体中，并封口，得到所述的中药热敷药袋。本发明实施例采用的另一种优选方案，所述的步骤(2)中，白酒为高粱酒。
本发明实施例采用的另一种优选方案，所述白酒的酒精度数为50-70度。
本发明实施例采用的另一种优选方案，所述的步骤(7)中，袋体为无纺布袋。
其中，本发明所采用的各中药组分的药理如下：
1、麻黄，辛、微苦，温。归肺、膀胱经。具有发汗散寒，宣肺平喘，利水消肿功效。用于风寒感冒，胸闷喘咳，风水浮肿；支气管哮喘。
2、桂枝，辛、甘，温。归心、肺、膀胱经。具有发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气功效。用于风寒感冒，脘腹冷痛，血寒经闭，关节痹痛，痰饮，水肿，心悸，奔豚。
3、防风，辛、甘，温。归膀胱、肝、脾经。具有解表祛风，胜湿，止痉功效。用于感冒头痛，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风。
4、独活，辛、苦，温。归肝、肾、膀胱经。具有祛风除湿，通痹止痛，解表功效。主治风寒湿痹，腰膝疼痛，少阳伏风头痛。
5、柴胡，苦，微寒。归肝、胆经。具有和解表里，疏肝，升阳功效。用于感冒发热，寒热往来，胸胁胀痛，月经不调，子官脱垂，脱肛。
6、百部，甘、苦，微温。归肺经。具有润肺下气止咳，杀虫功效。用于新久咳嗽，肺痨咳嗽，百日咳。
7、茯苓，甘、淡，平；归心、脾、肾经，具有利水渗湿、健脾、安神的功效，主治水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠。
8、苏籽，亦称紫苏子，味辛，性温。归肺，大肠经。具有降气、消痰、平喘、润肠功效，用于主痰壅气逆，咳嗽气喘，肠燥便秘。
9、细辛，辛，温。归肺、肾经。具有祛风，散寒止痛，温肺化饮，宣通鼻窍的功效，主治风寒感冒，鼻塞头痛，风寒湿痹，气逆痰多喘咳和牙痛。
10、青皮，味苦、辛、温。归肝、胆、胃经。具有舒肝破气，消积化滞功效。用于胁勒肋胀痛，乳房肿痛，疝气疼痛，胃脘肿痛，肝脾肿大，肝硬化。
11、枳实，性寒，味苦酸；归脾、胃二经，具有破气除积、化痰消痞的功效，主治食积痰滞不消、气郁胸腹、痞满胀痛、痢疾后重等。
12、干姜，辛，热。归脾、胃、心、肺经。具有温中散寒，回阳通脉，温肺化饮功效，用于脘腹冷痛，寒呕，冷泻。
13、大黄，苦，寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。具有泻热通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经功效。用于实热便秘，积滞腹痛，泻痢不爽，湿热黄疸，血热吐衄，目赤，咽肿，肠痈腹痛，痈肿疔疮，瘀血经闭，跌打损伤。
14、玄参，性微寒，味甘、苦、咸；归肺经、胃经、肾经，具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效，用于治疗热病伤阴、舌降烦渴、温毒发斑、津伤便秘、骨蒸劳嗽、目赤、咽痛、瘰疬、白喉、痈肿疮毒、高血压。
15、茵陈，苦、辛，微寒。归脾、胃、肝、胆经。具有清湿热，退黄疸功效。用于黄疸尿少，湿疮瘙痒，传染性黄疸型肝炎。
16、金钱草，甘淡，平。归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。具有清利湿热，利水通淋，除湿退黄，解毒消肿功效。主治热淋，砂淋，尿涩作痛，黄疸尿赤，痈肿疔疮，毒蛇咬伤，肝胆结石，尿路结石。
17、蒲公英，苦、甘，寒。归肝、胃经。具有清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋功效。用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疠，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痈，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
18、黄芩，苦，寒。归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经。具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎功效。用于湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶，湿热痞满，泻痢，黄疸，肺热咳嗽，高热烦渴，血热吐衄，痈肿疮毒，胎动不安。
19、黄柏，苦，寒。归肾、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮功效。用于湿热泻痢，黄疸，带下，热淋，脚气，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹瘙痒。
20、甘草，甘，平；归心、肺、脾、胃经，具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药，用于脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多、脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛、痈肿疮毒、缓解药物毒性和烈性。
与现有技术相比，本发明实施例的有益效果是：
(1)本发明实施例提供的中药热敷药袋可以内病外治、节能环保、节约能源，省去了传统煎煮中药的繁琐步骤，去除了患者传统口服中药的痛苦，其省时省力、使用方便、老幼兼宜，不需要打针、输液，不用伤及患者的“五脏六腑”，即可达到治疗的效果，尤其是对于治疗慢性支气管炎和肺气肿等疾病，其治疗效果显著。
(2)本发明实施例提供的中药热敷药袋具有驱除“六淫”、扩张血管、活血化瘀、疏通经络、软化血管、平衡阴阳、调理患者的“五脏六腑”等功效，以及可以起到驱除患者全身、咽喉、支气管、肺部风寒湿痹，修复损伤的细胞，增强患者的血液循环和提高肾、肺功能的作用。
(3)本发明实施例通过将部分中药组分用白酒、食用盐、蜂蜜、纯牛奶和白醋等进行炮制，可以增强中药的疗效，缩短患者的治疗时间，以及减轻中药组分的毒性和烈性，从而可以使得制得的中药热敷药袋无任何毒副作用，以保证使用者的用药安全。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
该实施例提供了一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，具体的，该中药热敷药袋的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取麻黄2kg、桂枝1kg、防风1kg、独活2kg、柴胡2kg、百部2kg、茯苓2kg、苏籽2kg、细辛1kg、青皮2kg、枳实1kg、干姜0.5kg、大黄1kg、玄参2kg、茵陈2kg、金钱草2kg、蒲公英2kg、黄芩2kg、黄柏1kg、甘草1kg，备用。
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用50度的高粱白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；
(6)将上述称取的黄柏和茵陈用白醋进行炮制，得到混合物E；
(7)将步骤(2)-(6)得到的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C、混合物D和剩余的组分混合均匀，用电动粉碎机粉碎加工成粉末状，并用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀，得到中药组合物；
(8)将上述得到的中药组分物装入到袋体中，并用电动缝纫机进行封口，贴上标签，得到所述的中药热敷药袋，其中，袋体为长13cm、宽10cm的无纺布袋，每个袋体内装45g的中药组分物。
实施例2

(1)称取麻黄6kg、桂枝5kg、防风5kg、独活7kg、柴胡6kg、百部6kg、茯苓7kg、苏籽6kg、细辛5kg、青皮6kg、枳实6kg、干姜2.5kg、大黄6kg、玄参6kg、茵陈7kg、金钱草6kg、蒲公英6kg、黄芩7kg、黄柏5kg、甘草5kg，备用。
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用70度的高粱白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；
(6)将上述称取的黄柏和茵陈用白醋进行炮制，得到混合物E；
(7)将步骤(2)-(6)得到的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C、混合物D和剩余的组分混合均匀，用电动粉碎机粉碎加工成粉末状，并用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀，得到中药组合物；
(8)将上述得到的中药组分物装入到袋体中，并用电动缝纫机进行封口，贴上标签，得到所述的中药热敷药袋，其中，袋体为长13cm、宽10cm的无纺布袋，每个袋体内装45g的中药组分物。
实施例3
该实施例提供了一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，具体的，该中药热敷药袋的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取麻黄3kg、桂枝2kg、防风2.5kg、独活3kg、柴胡3kg、百部3kg、茯苓3kg、苏籽3kg、细辛2kg、青皮3kg、枳实2kg、干姜1kg、大黄3kg、玄参3kg、茵陈3kg、金钱草3kg、蒲公英3kg、黄芩3kg、黄柏2kg、甘草1kg，备用。
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用60度的高粱白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；

该实施例提供了一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，具体的，该中药热敷药袋的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取麻黄5kg、桂枝4kg、防风4kg、独活5.5kg、柴胡5kg、百部5kg、茯苓5.5kg、苏籽5kg、细辛3.5kg、青皮4.5kg、枳实4.5kg、干姜1.5kg、大黄4.5kg、玄参5kg、茵陈5.5kg、金钱草5kg、蒲公英5kg、黄芩4.5kg、黄柏4kg、甘草3kg，备用。
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用60度的高粱白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；

实施例5
该实施例提供了一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋及其制备方法，具体的，该中药热敷药袋的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取麻黄4kg、桂枝3kg、防风3kg、独活4.5kg、柴胡4kg、百部4kg、茯苓4.5kg、苏籽4kg、细辛2.5kg、青皮4kg、枳实3.5kg、干姜1.2kg、大黄3.5kg、玄参4kg、茵陈4.5kg、金钱草4kg、蒲公英4kg、黄芩4kg、黄柏3kg、甘草2kg，备用。
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用60度的高粱白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；
(6)将上述称取的黄柏和茵陈用白醋进行炮制，得到混合物E；
(7)将步骤(2)-(6)得到的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C、混合物D和剩余的组分混合均匀，用电动粉碎机粉碎加工成粉末状，并用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀，得到中药组合物；
(8)将上述得到的中药组分物装入到袋体中，并用电动缝纫机进行封口，贴上标签，得到所述的中药热敷药袋，其中，袋体为长13cm、宽10cm的无纺布袋，每个袋体内装45g的中药组分物。
以上实施例所提供的中药热敷药袋的使用方法如下：将三个上述的中药热敷药袋用60度高粱白酒喷洒湿透后，拧干，并装入自动控温器内，(每次使用中药热敷药袋前都需要用60度高粱白酒对其进行喷洒)；然后，将自动控温器的电源插入220v/50Hz的电源插座上，并将自动控温器的温度调节到43℃左右，使中药热敷药袋升温后即可对其进行使用。使用时，需要将中药热敷药袋敷在相关的部位和穴位上(譬如天突穴、膻中穴、大椎穴、命门穴和关元穴等)，并反复交叉进行使用，直至身体冒出大汗。另外，每个中药热敷药袋使用十天为一个疗程，十天后需要更换中药热敷药袋，每一次敷三个小时以上，每天2次，上午和晚上各一次。
其中，慢性支气管炎和肺气肿患者使用实施例5得到的中药热敷药袋进行热敷，一个疗程之后，便可感到全身轻松、胸部压力减轻、咽喉和支气管呼吸特别顺畅；二个疗程之后，可以咳出顽痰；四到五个疗程之后，便可感到全身非常轻松、食欲增加、睡眠变好；十二个疗程之后，便可治愈，不易感冒，且疾病不再复发。根据患者使用该中药热敷药后的反馈，该中药热敷药对于慢性支气管炎和肺气肿等疾病的治愈率在96％以上。
典型病例
1、蒲某某，男，68岁，四川省安岳县退休教师，1975年患慢性支气管炎、肺气肿，经常感冒。1996年10月11日使用实施例5制得的中药热敷药袋后，11个疗程痊愈。
2、张某某，男，64岁，四川省安岳县人，1972年5月患慢性支气管炎，肺气肿经四处医治不愈。1996年10月3日使用实施例5制得的中药热敷药袋后，11个疗程痊愈。
3、周某某，男，64岁，四川省安岳县退休教师，1981年患支气管炎、肺气肿。1997年6月1日使用实施例5制得的中药热敷药袋后，13个疗程痊愈。
综上所述，本发明实施例提供的中药热敷药袋可以内病外治、节能环保、节约能源，省去了传统煎煮中药的繁琐步骤，去除了患者传统口服中药的痛苦，其省时省力，不需要打针、输液，不用伤及患者的“五脏六腑”，即可达到治疗的效果，尤其是对于治疗慢性支气管炎和肺气肿等疾病，其治疗效果显著。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋，包括袋体和装在袋体内的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄2-6份、桂枝1-5份、防风1-5份、独活2-7份、柴胡2-6份、百部2-6份、茯苓2-7份、苏籽2-6份、细辛1-5份、青皮2-6份、枳实1-6份、干姜0.5-2.5份、大黄1-6份、玄参2-6份、茵陈2-7份、金钱草2-6份、蒲公英2-6份、黄芩2-7份、黄柏1-5份、甘草1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋，其特征在于，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄3-5份、桂枝2-4份、防风2.5-4份、独活3-5.5份、柴胡3-5份、百部3-5份、茯苓3-5.5份、苏籽3-5份、细辛2-3.5份、青皮3-4.5份、枳实2-4.5份、干姜1-1.5份、大黄3-4.5份、玄参3-5份、茵陈3-5.5份、金钱草3-5份、蒲公英3-5份、黄芩3-4.5份、黄柏2-4份、甘草1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗慢性支气管炎的中药热敷药袋，其特征在于，所述的中药组合物包括以下按照重量份计的组分：麻黄4份、桂枝3份、防风3份、独活4.5份、柴胡4份、百部4份、茯苓4.5份、苏籽4份、细辛2.5份、青皮4份、枳实3.5份、干姜1.2份、大黄3.5份、玄参4份、茵陈4.5份、金钱草4份、蒲公英4份、黄芩4份、黄柏3份、甘草2份。
4.一种如根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的中药热敷药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)按照上述重量份称取各组分，备用；
(2)将上述称取的麻黄和桂枝用白酒进行炮制，得到混合物A；
(3)将上述称取的独活、柴胡和百部用食用盐进行炒制，得到混合物B；
(4)将上述称取的玄参和茯苓用纯牛奶进行炒制，得到混合物C；
(5)将上述称取的大黄、干姜和甘草用蜂蜜进行炒制，得到混合物D；
(6)将上述称取的黄柏和茵陈用白醋进行炮制，得到混合物E；
(7)将步骤(2)-(6)得到的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C、混合物D、混合物E和剩余的组分混合均匀，并加工成粉末状，得到中药组合物；
(8)将上述得到的中药组分物装入到袋体中，并封口，得到所述的中药热敷药袋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中药热敷药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的步骤(2)中，白酒为高粱酒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种中药热敷药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，所述白酒的酒精度数为50-70度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药热敷药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的步骤(7)中，袋体为无纺布袋。
