In practical applications, the same electronic device may be used as the first device 11 or the second device 13.
Referring to FIG. 2A, a flow chart of an advertisement delivery method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The method can be applied to the application scene shown in fig. 1. The method may comprise the steps of:
in step 201, a first device displays an advertisement order creation page.
The advertisement order creation page is used for creating advertisement orders for merchants, and the server can conduct advertisement delivery according to the advertisement orders created by the merchants. In one example, the server is provided with a uniform resource locator (Uniform Resource Locator, URL) of the advertisement order creation page, and the first device displays the advertisement order creation page after receiving a trigger signal corresponding to the URL. In another example, the server is a background server corresponding to an application program for implementing advertisement delivery, and after receiving a trigger signal corresponding to the application program, the first device displays an advertisement order creation page. The advertisement order creation page includes an advertisement upload entry and a keyword entry.
The advertisement uploading inlet is used for a merchant to upload advertisements to be put. Advertising refers to the means by which merchants disseminate information about goods or services to consumers through advertising media in order to promote the goods or provide services. The advertisement to be placed may be a multimedia file in the form of text, picture, audio, video, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The keyword input portal is used for inputting basic keywords used by merchants when advertising. The basic keywords are used for indicating classification labels corresponding to the advertisements, and further, the basic keywords are used for describing classification information of products corresponding to the advertisements. Illustratively, the product to which the advertisement corresponds is "xx mini-game", then the underlying keyword may be a game. The base keywords are determined by the merchant. In one example, the advertisement order creation page is provided with an input box in which the merchant enters the underlying keywords employed in the advertisement placement; in another example, the advertisement order creation page is provided with a plurality of base keywords that are used by the merchant in selecting the advertisement placement.
Optionally, the advertisement order creation page further includes an entry for the merchant to input product description information, an entry for the merchant to input a time of impression, an entry for the merchant to input an advertisement fee to be paid, an operation control for triggering completion of creation of the advertisement order, and the like, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. Referring in conjunction to FIG. 2B, an interface diagram of an advertisement order creation page 20 is shown, in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The advertisement order creation page 20 includes an advertisement upload entry 21, a keyword input entry 22, and an operation control 23 for triggering completion of advertisement order creation.
In step 202, the first device obtains an advertisement to be delivered uploaded through an advertisement upload entry, and at least one basic keyword input at a keyword input entry.
If the merchant has the advertisement putting requirement, the first equipment can be triggered to display an advertisement order creation page, and the advertisement to be put and the basic keywords adopted when the advertisement is put are uploaded on the advertisement order creation page, so that the creation of the advertisement order is realized.
In step 203, the first device sends an advertisement delivery request to a server.
The advertisement delivery request is used for requesting the server to deliver the advertisement. The advertisement delivery request carries the advertisement to be delivered and at least one base keyword. Optionally, the advertisement delivery request further carries an identifier of the first device, where the identifier of the device is used to uniquely identify the device. The identification of the device may be an international mobile equipment identity (International Mobile Equipment Identity, IMEI), an advertisement identifier (identifier For Identifier, IDFA), to which embodiments of the present invention are not limited. Optionally, after the first device receives a trigger signal corresponding to an operation control for triggering completion of creation of the advertisement order, an advertisement delivery request is sent to the server.
Accordingly, the server receives the advertisement delivery request sent by the first device.
In step 204, the server obtains the placement keywords corresponding to the advertisement based on the base keywords.
The delivery keywords are used for a server to determine delivery objects when the advertisements are delivered, and the delivery keywords can be obtained based on basic keyword expansion. The placement keywords may be the same or different from the base keywords. One base keyword may correspond to a plurality of put keywords, that is, the number of put keywords is greater than the number of base keywords. For a specific implementation manner that the server obtains the placement keywords corresponding to the advertisements based on the basic keywords, the following embodiments will be explained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the subsequent advertisement delivery is performed based on the delivery keywords, and the quantity and the diversity of the delivery keywords are improved compared with those of the basic keywords set by merchants, so that more delivery objects can be determined, and the coverage range of the advertisement is enlarged.
In step 205, the server determines at least one target delivery object according to the delivery keywords.
The target delivery object is a delivery object when the server delivers the advertisement corresponding to the first device. In the embodiment of the present invention, the target delivery object is the second device in the application scenario shown in fig. 1.
Optionally, step 205 includes the following sub-steps:
step 205a, searching for a preset corresponding relation to obtain a set of delivery objects corresponding to the delivery keywords.
Step 205b, taking the delivery object included in the delivery object set corresponding to the delivery keyword as the target delivery object.
The preset corresponding relation comprises a corresponding relation between the throwing keywords and the throwing object set. The same delivery object set comprises a plurality of delivery objects corresponding to the same delivery keywords.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server stores one-to-one correspondence between the release keywords and the release object sets, and after determining the release keywords, the server can query in the preset correspondence with the release keywords as indexes, thereby determining the release object sets and further determining the target release objects. In addition, the following embodiments will explain the manner of acquiring the preset correspondence.
In step 206, the server delivers advertisements to each target delivery object.
The server sends the advertisement to each target delivery object (i.e., the second device), which receives and presents the advertisement.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server expands the basic keywords sent by the first device to obtain the release keywords, and as the quantity and diversity of the release keywords are improved compared with those of the basic keywords, the follow-up server determines the target release objects based on the release keywords and performs advertisement release, the determined target release objects are more, so that the coverage of advertisements can be enlarged, and the release effect of the advertisements is prompted.
The following embodiment explains a specific implementation manner in which a server obtains a delivery keyword corresponding to an advertisement based on a base keyword. Optionally, the step of obtaining the placement keywords corresponding to the advertisements based on the basic keywords specifically includes the following steps:
step 204a, obtaining the association degree between the basic keywords and the pre-stored candidate keywords.
The candidate keywords are keywords pre-stored in the server, and each candidate keyword corresponds to a set of put objects. The degree of association is used to characterize the similarity between the base keyword and the candidate keywords. The degree of association and the similarity are in positive correlation, namely, the greater the similarity between the basic keyword and the candidate keyword is, the greater the degree of association between the first vector corresponding to the basic keyword and the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword is; the smaller the similarity between the base keyword and the candidate keyword, the smaller the degree of association between the first vector corresponding to the base keyword and the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword.
Alternatively, the obtaining the association degree between the basic keyword and the pre-stored candidate keyword may specifically include the following steps:
step 204a1, obtaining a first vector corresponding to a basic keyword and a second vector corresponding to a candidate keyword based on a word vector model;
The word vector model comprises an embedding layer, an input layer, a hiding layer and an output layer. The Embedding layer is used for representing words by adopting vectors, the input layer is used for splicing the vectors corresponding to the words end to end, and the output layer is used for outputting the probability of each word. In addition, tan h is used as an activation function between the hidden layer and the output layer, and softmax (classification) is used as an activation function after the output layer. In the embodiment of the invention, the word vector model can be a neural network language model (Neural network language model, NNLM), CBOW (Continuous Bag Of Words Model) model, skip-gram model and the like.
Referring in conjunction to FIG. 3, a schematic diagram of a word vector model is shown, according to one embodiment of the present invention. The server inputs indexes of the first n words in the word list into the enabling layer to obtain vectors corresponding to the words, then sequentially inputs the vectors corresponding to the words into the input layer, the hidden layer and the output layer to be processed, and finally obtains normalized probabilities corresponding to the words.
In the embodiment of the invention, the word vector model is trained to obtain each word and the vector corresponding to the word. Wherein, the words comprise basic keywords and candidate keywords. The subsequent server directly acquires a first vector corresponding to the basic keyword and a second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword from the training result of the word vector model.
The training process of the word vector model is explained as follows: for the appointed word, inputting vectors corresponding to the first n words of the appointed word into a word vector model to obtain a training result, adjusting parameters of a hidden layer according to the training result, and inputting vectors corresponding to the first n words of the appointed word into the word vector model again until the training result meets the expected result. The training result comprises probabilities corresponding to each word, the probabilities corresponding to the words are probabilities of the words after the first n words, and the expected result is the maximum probability corresponding to the specified words.
In step 204a2, a cosine distance between the first vector and the second vector is calculated, where the cosine distance is used to indicate a degree of association between the base keyword and the candidate keyword.
The cosine distance cos θ between two vectors can be calculated by the following formula:
where n is the dimension of two vectors, A i Is the first vector, B i Is the second vector of the first vector and,is the size of the first vector, +.>Is the size of the second vector.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server obtains the association degree between the basic keyword and the candidate keyword by calculating the cosine distance between the first vector corresponding to the basic keyword and the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword. The cosine distance and the association degree form a positive correlation relationship, namely, the larger the cosine distance between a first vector corresponding to the basic keyword and a second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword is, the larger the association degree between the basic keyword and the candidate keyword is; the smaller the cosine distance between the first vector corresponding to the basic keyword and the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword, the smaller the degree of association between the basic keyword and the candidate keyword.
Table-1 below exemplarily shows the correspondence between the base keyword, the put keyword, and the cosine distance between the first vector corresponding to the base keyword and the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword.
TABLE-1
And 204b, determining the candidate keywords with the association degree meeting the preset conditions as the release keywords.
And arranging the association degree between the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword and the first vector corresponding to the basic keyword in a sequence from high to low, wherein the preset condition is that the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword and the first vector corresponding to the basic keyword are arranged in the first m bits. The value of m may be preset, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the preset condition may be that the degree of association between the second vector corresponding to the candidate keyword and the first vector corresponding to the base keyword is greater than the preset degree. The preset degree may be set according to actual experience, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
When the association degree is obtained through the cosine distance, step 204b is specifically implemented as: and determining the candidate keywords corresponding to the target second vector as the put keywords, wherein the target second vector is a second vector with a cosine distance from the first vector being larger than a first preset value. The first preset value may be set according to practical experience, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, cosine distances between the second vectors and the first vectors may be arranged in order from large to small, and candidate keywords corresponding to the second vectors with cosine distances arranged in the first m bits may be determined as put keywords.
The following embodiments explain an implementation manner in which a server acquires a preset correspondence before determining at least one target delivery object. Optionally, the server obtaining the preset correspondence may include the following steps:
step 301, obtaining historical browsing data of a put object.
The historical browsing data includes text files that were browsed by the cast object. For example, the historical browsing data may be news that the posting subject browses. Optionally, the historical browsing data is a text file that the delivery object browses over a preset period of time. The preset time period may be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and is exemplified by the last half year.
Historical browsing data of the delivered object may be obtained from other servers having a communication connection with the server. The other servers may be a background server corresponding to a social application, a background server corresponding to a news application, a background server corresponding to a shopping application, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Optionally, the server acquires historical browsing data of the object to be put from the other servers at intervals of preset time.
Step 302, extracting a release keyword corresponding to the release object from the text file.
In the embodiment of the invention, the release keywords corresponding to the release object are the characteristic content of the text file, and the characteristic content of the text file can be regarded as the content possibly interested by the release object because the release object browses the text file once, so that the characteristic content of the text file can be regarded as the release keywords corresponding to the release object. Wherein the characteristic content of the text file is a high-level extraction of the text file, and can be generally used for generally representing text information included in the text file.
Alternatively, step 302 may include the following sub-steps:
step 302a, preprocessing a text file to obtain a plurality of text keywords;
preprocessing the text file includes word segmentation processing, filtering stop words and the like on the text file. The word segmentation process refers to dividing a text file into individual words. For a sentence, word segmentation is the basis of text mining, word segmentation processing is carried out on the sentence, and five words such as word segmentation, text mining, word segmentation and word segmentation are obtained. The algorithm adopted for word segmentation processing on the text file can be word segmentation algorithm based on character string matching, word segmentation algorithm based on understanding, word segmentation algorithm based on statistics, and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this.
Stop words are functional words without actual meaning, such as mood aid words, adverbs, prepositions, connector words. Illustratively, the disabling words are "ground", "also". Filtering stop words refers to ignoring the stop words in text keywords obtained by word segmentation processing of the text file.
Step 302b, calculating word frequencies (TF) and inverse document frequencies (inverse document frequency, IDF) respectively corresponding to the text keywords;
the word frequency corresponding to the text keyword is the ratio of the occurrence number of the text keyword in the text file to the total number of the text keywords included in the text file. Illustratively, the number of occurrences of the text keyword "recommendation" in the text file is 25 times, and the total number of keywords of the text file included in the text file is 1000, the word frequency=25/1000=0.025 corresponding to the text keyword "recommendation".
The inverse document frequency corresponding to the text keyword can be calculated according to the following formula:
the IDF (w) is an IDF corresponding to the text keyword w, N is the number of text files in which the text keyword w appears, and M is the total number of text files included in the database. Illustratively, the number of text files having the text keyword "recommended" appears is 2 times, the total number of text files included in the database is 1023, and the text files correspond to
Step 302c, calculating TF-IDF corresponding to each text keyword according to TF and IDF;
the TF-IDF corresponding to the text keyword may be used to evaluate the importance of the text keyword in the text file. The TF-IDF and the importance degree of the text keywords in the text file are in positive correlation, namely, the higher the TF-IDF of the text keywords is, the higher the importance degree of the text keywords in the text file is; the lower the TF-IDF of a term, the lower the importance of the text keyword in the text file.
The TF-IDF of a text keyword may be commonly measured by the word frequency corresponding to the text keyword and the inverse document frequency. Alternatively, the TF-IDF corresponding to the text keyword may be calculated by the following formula:
TF-IDF(w)=TF(w)×IDF(w);
wherein w is a text keyword, TF-IDF (w) is TF-IDF corresponding to the text keyword w, TF (w) is TF corresponding to the text keyword w, and IDF (w) is IDF corresponding to the text keyword w.
According to the above formula, if the number of occurrences of the text keyword in one text file is larger and the number of occurrences of the text keyword in other text files is smaller, the TF-IDF of the text keyword is higher, and if the number of occurrences of the text keyword in one text file is smaller and the number of occurrences of the text keyword in other text files is larger, the TF-IDF of the text keyword is lower.
And 303d, determining the text keywords with TF-IDF larger than a second preset value as the delivery keywords corresponding to the delivery object.
The second preset value may be set according to practical experience, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In other possible examples, the text keywords are arranged according to the size of the TF-IDF, and the text keywords with TF-IDF indexes ranked in the top n bits are determined as the delivery keywords corresponding to the delivery object. The value of n may be preset, and n is illustratively 5.
Optionally, after determining the release keywords of the release object, the release keywords can be further expanded, so that more release keywords are determined. The manner of expanding the keyword may refer to step 204a and step 204b, which are not described herein.
Step 303, adding the delivery objects corresponding to the same delivery keyword to the same delivery object set to obtain a preset corresponding relationship.
In step 302, the server obtains a correspondence between each of the delivery objects and the delivery keywords. Each of the delivery objects corresponds to one or more delivery keywords. Because the number of the throwing objects is far greater than the number of the throwing keywords, in order to avoid the overlong time required to be consumed when traversing the throwing keywords corresponding to each throwing object in the follow-up advertisement throwing, the server further sorts the corresponding relation between each throwing object and the throwing keywords, thereby establishing the index relation between the throwing keywords and the throwing objects.
Illustratively, the release keywords corresponding to the release object a include release keywords "game", "play", the release keywords corresponding to the release object B include "game", "leisure", the release keywords corresponding to the release object C include "game", "fight", "arena", and the release objects A, B and C correspond to the same release keyword "game", so that the release objects A, B and C are included in the release object set corresponding to the release keyword "game".
Referring to fig. 4A, a flowchart of an advertisement delivery method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the method is also applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 1. The method may comprise the following steps:

In step 402, the first device obtains an advertisement to be delivered uploaded through an advertisement upload entry, and at least one basic keyword input at a keyword input entry.
In step 403, the first device sends an advertisement delivery request to a server.
The advertisement placement request carries an advertisement and at least one underlying keyword.
Accordingly, the server receives the advertisement delivery request sent by the first device.
Step 404, the server obtains the placement keywords corresponding to the advertisements based on the basic keywords.
The number of put keywords is greater than the number of base keywords.
The server sends the delivery query information to the first device, step 405.
The advertisement inquiry information carries advertisement corresponding advertisement keywords, and is used for inquiring whether advertisement is put according to the advertisement keywords. The delivery query information may be displayed in a prompt pop-up window displayed by the first device. In the embodiment of the invention, before advertisement delivery, the server can also display the delivery keywords to the merchant and inquire whether the merchant delivers advertisements according to the delivery keywords.
Correspondingly, the first device receives the delivery inquiry information sent by the server.
In step 406, the first device receives a placement confirmation indication for confirming placement of advertisements according to the placement keywords.
The above-described delivery confirmation indication is triggered by the merchant. If the merchant expects to carry out advertisement delivery according to the delivery keywords determined by the server, a delivery confirmation operation can be executed, so that the first device receives the delivery confirmation instruction. Optionally, the prompt popup window further includes a first operation control and a second operation control, and when the merchant triggers the first operation control, the first device receives the delivery confirmation indication. When the merchant triggers the second operation control, the first device receives a delivery discard indication, and the delivery discard indication is used for discarding advertisement delivery according to the delivery keywords.

Correspondingly, the server receives a delivery confirmation instruction sent by the first device.
In step 408, the server searches for a preset correspondence to obtain a set of objects corresponding to the keyword.
The preset corresponding relation comprises a corresponding relation between the throwing keywords and the throwing object set.
In step 409, the server uses the delivery objects included in the delivery object set corresponding to the delivery keywords as target delivery objects.
In step 410, the server delivers advertisements to each target delivery object.
Referring to FIG. 4B, a schematic diagram of an advertising method according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown. The method comprises the steps that a server obtains historical browsing data of a released object, extracts a released keyword corresponding to the released object from a text file included in the historical browsing data, obtains a preset corresponding relation between each released object and the released keyword, expands the released keyword corresponding to the released object to obtain more released keywords, obtains the preset corresponding relation based on each released object and the expanded released keyword, expands a basic keyword carried by an advertisement release request when a subsequent server receives the advertisement release request to obtain the released keyword, queries the released keyword in the preset corresponding relation by taking the released keyword as an index, determines a target released object corresponding to the released keyword, and performs advertisement release to the target released object.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server expands the basic keywords sent by the first device to obtain the release keywords, and as the quantity and diversity of the release keywords are improved compared with those of the basic keywords, the follow-up server determines the target release objects based on the release keywords and performs advertisement release, the determined target release objects are more, so that the coverage of advertisements can be enlarged, and the release effect of the advertisements can be improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server performs advertisement delivery based on the delivery keywords, and the quantity and the diversity of the delivery keywords are improved compared with those of the basic keywords, so that the coverage of advertisements can be enlarged, and the delivery effect of the advertisements is improved. In addition, when the number of selected putting keywords is larger, the coverage area of the advertisement is larger, and the putting effect of the advertisement is better.

The coverage rate refers to the ratio of the target delivery object to the total number of delivery objects. The coverage number refers to the number of target delivery objects.
In the first way, the server performs advertising based only on the base keywords.
In the second mode, the server performs advertisement delivery based on the basic keywords and one delivery keyword obtained by expanding the basic keywords.
In a third mode, the server performs advertisement delivery based on the basic keywords and three delivery keywords obtained by expanding the basic keywords.
Firstly, the server acquires a preset corresponding relation between a delivery keyword and a delivery object set based on historical browsing data of the delivery object in the last month. Specifically, the server extracts the release keywords of the release objects from each text file, expands the release keywords, and uses the word with the highest association degree with the release keywords as the release keywords to finally obtain 338482 keywords, wherein each keyword corresponds to one release object set.
Then, the server tests 263 basic keywords provided by each merchant, and sequentially carries out advertisement delivery according to the three modes, and then counts the coverage rate and the coverage quantity of advertisements under the three modes.
Referring to FIG. 5A in combination, coverage of advertisements in three ways is shown. Wherein the coverage of the advertisement in the first mode is about 0.45, the coverage of the advertisement in the second mode is about 0.85, and the coverage of the advertisement in the third mode is about 0.95.
Referring to FIG. 5B in combination, the coverage amount of advertisements in three ways is shown. Wherein the coverage of the advertisement in the first mode is about 51000, the coverage of the advertisement in the second mode is about 258000, and the coverage of the advertisement in the third mode is about 453000.
In the above method embodiment, the step on the first device side may be implemented separately as the advertisement delivery method on the first device side, and the step on the server side may be implemented separately as the advertisement delivery method on the server side.
