11. A laundry treating apparatus using the laundry identification time setting method of any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising:
a laundry treating drum for receiving laundry and performing a laundry treating operation;
the clothes identification module is used for identifying clothes thrown in the clothes treatment drum and internally provided with the electronic tag;
the control module is used for controlling the clothes identification module to identify clothes in a selected time period when the clothes identification module is started, and increasing identification time according to identification conditions;
the clothing identification module comprises an RFID reader.
