Abstract

一种远程无线智能控制器,是由手机和智能终端控制器构成,手机通过网络与智能终端控制器的无线信号控制器连接,智能终端控制器控制现场大功率设备的启停;通过对智能终端控制器输入220VAC电源,接收手机的移动4G信号,通过手机APP实现远程无线控制并且传输影响资料。本发明实现了远程无线和现场两地皆能控制。通过现场控制器传输影像资料和运行参数监测现场设备状态,通过云服务器实现远程无线智能终端控制高耗能设备运行,实现了节能。

本发明属于控制技术领域,涉及一种远程无线智能控制器。
背景技术
1、工厂厂房空调、挂暖、电风幕等区域分散,停产无人时如关闭不及时浪费电能。
2、工厂加热间温控阀数量多、区域分散,操作方式为现场手动启停,人工操作完成浪费工时。
发明内容
本发明的提供一种远程无线智能控制器,其目的是为了实现设备无线智能启停,节约能源。
本发明是由手机和智能终端控制器构成,手机通过网络与智能终端控制器的无线信号控制器连接,智能终端控制器控制现场大功率设备的启停;智能终端控制器的两端分别与电源连接,KA1接触器的常开触点、JT转换开关、S1行程开关、S2行程开关、S3行程开关、S4行程开关、无线信号控制器21和KA继电器的线圈串联后并连在电源回路中;SF启动按钮、KA2接触器常开触点、KA1接触器线圈串联后并联在电源回路中;
KA1接触器的常开触点、KA继电器的常闭触点串联后同SF启动按钮和KA继电器的常开触点互相并联;
SS停止按钮与KA2接触器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;KA继电器的常闭触点和KT时间继电器常闭触点串联后并联到SS停止按钮两端;
KA继电器的常开触点和KT时间继电器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;
FU熔断器串联在电源中。
本发明的工作原理和过程:
通过对智能终端控制器输入220VAC电源,接收手机的移动4G信号,通过手机APP实现远程无线控制并且传输影响资料。
1、KA2接触器、JT转换开关互锁;
2、S1/S2/S3/S4行程开关连锁保护;
3、通过手机终端远程发射启动信号,使K点闭合,KA线圈得电吸合;
4、KA继电器的常开点闭合,KA1接触器的常开触点得电吸合,远程启动大功率设备;
5、通过手机1终端远程发出停止信号,使K点断开,KA继电器的线圈断电;
6、KA继电器的常闭点闭合,KA2接触器线圈、KT时间继电器线圈得电;
7、KA2接触器的常闭点断开,切断远程控制设备停止运行;
8、KT时间继电器的线圈得电后开始计时,10S后设备完全停止后才可以进入下一个启动周期;
9、SF启动按钮、SS停止按钮现场控制设备的启动和停止。
本发明的有益效果:
1、实现了远程无线和现场两地皆能控制。
2、通过现场控制器传输影像资料和运行参数监测现场设备状态,通过云服务器实现远程无线智能终端控制高耗能设备运行,实现了节能。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实施例是由手机1和智能终端控制器2构成,手机1通过网络与智能终端控制器2的无线信号控制器21连接,智能终端控制器2控制现场大功率设备3的启停;智能终端控制器2的两端分别与电源连接,KA1接触器的常开触点、JT转换开关、S1行程开关、S2行程开关、S3行程开关、S4行程开关、无线信号控制器21和KA继电器的线圈串联后并连在电源回路中;SF启动按钮、KA2接触器常开触点、KA1接触器线圈串联后并联在电源回路中;
KA1接触器的常开触点、KA继电器的常闭触点串联后同SF启动按钮和KA继电器的常开触点互相并联;
SS停止按钮与KA2接触器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;KA继电器的常闭触点和KT时间继电器常闭触点串联后并联到SS停止按钮两端;
KA继电器的常开触点和KT时间继电器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;
FU熔断器串联在电源中。

7、KA2接触器的常闭点断开,切断远程控制设备停止运行;
8、KT时间继电器的线圈得电后开始计时,10S后设备完全停止后才可以进入下一个启动周期;
9、SF启动按钮、SS停止按钮现场控制设备的启动和停止。

1.一种远程无线智能控制器,其特征在于:是由手机(1)和智能终端控制器(2)构成,手机(1)通过网络与智能终端控制器(2)的无线信号控制器(21)连接,智能终端控制器(2)控制现场大功率设备(3)的启停;智能终端控制器(2)的两端分别与电源连接,KA1接触器的常开触点、JT转换开关、S1行程开关、S2行程开关、S3行程开关、S4行程开关、无线信号控制器(21)和KA继电器的线圈串联后并连在电源回路中;SF启动按钮、KA2接触器常开触点、KA1接触器线圈串联后并联在电源回路中;
KA1接触器的常开触点、KA继电器的常闭触点串联后同SF启动按钮和KA继电器的常开触点互相并联;
SS停止按钮与KA2接触器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;KA继电器的常闭触点和KT时间继电器常闭触点串联后并联到SS停止按钮两端;
KA继电器的常开触点和KT时间继电器线圈串联后并联到电源两端;
FU熔断器串联在电源中。
