技术领域
 本实用新型属于工业自动化控制领域,具体地说是消除控制主电源、备用电源切换过程中短时掉电现象的一种延时切换电路。
背景技术
 在目前的工控领域中,直流控制主电源采用AC220V交流电源转换为DC直流电源供电,备用电源采用蓄电池供电。在控制备用电源切换主电源过程中,有瞬间掉电现象,使得像PLC、工控机(PC)、人机界面(HMI)等控制、监控设备需要重新启动,在此过程中不能实时的对设备进行控制和监控。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术问题,提供一种延时切换电路,消除了备用电源与主电源切换过程中瞬间掉电现象,对PLC、工控机(PC)、人机界面(HMI)等控制、监控设备不间断供电,使其对设备进行实时控制和监控。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种延时切换电路,包括主回路和控制回路,所述控制回路包括中间继电器KA1、KA2以及时间继电器KT,主电源接中间继电器KA1的常开触点,备用电源接中间继电器KA2的常闭触点;中间继电器KA1线圈接网电电源,中间继电器KA2线圈通过时间继电器KT通电延时触点,接网电电源,时间继电器KT线圈、中间继电器KA2常闭触点接网电电源。
本实用新型消除了备用电源与主电源切换过程中瞬间掉电现象,对PLC、工控机(PC)、人机界面(HMI)等控制、监控设备不间断供电,使其对设备进行实时控制和监控。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步描述。
一种延时切换电路,包括主回路和控制回路,所述控制回路包括中间继电器KA1、KA2以及时间继电器KT,主电源接中间继电器KA1的常开触点,备用电源接中间继电器KA2的常闭触点;中间继电器KA1线圈接网电电源,中间继电器KA2线圈通过时间继电器KT通电延时触点,接网电电源,时间继电器KT线圈、中间继电器KA2常闭触点接网电电源。
当网电掉电时,中间继电器KA1、KA2以及时间继电器KT全部失电,中间继电器KA1常开触点打开、中间继电器KA2常闭触点闭合,控制电源由备用电源通过中间继电器KA2常闭触点供电。
当网电来电时,时间继电器KT、中间继电器KA1吸合,中间继电器KA1常开触点闭合,控制电源由主电源通过中间继电器KA1常开触点供电;时间继电器KT通电延时触点延时2s闭合,中间继电器KA2吸合并自保,同时断开备用电源及时间继电器KT线圈电源。
